A company website centred on Your services: a page for each service, an enquiry form, a mobile version, an admin panel and a foundation for Google. We build company websites for businesses and practices that want to be found on Google and receive enquiries: {price_website}, most often around {price_website_typical}, measured from the quotes we have sent. The website is usually ready in two to six weeks after we receive the text and photos: Bohemia Barber was completed in two weeks, and Vida Luxe and GP Invest in five. Before You pay anything, You see a homepage demo featuring Your services. - [Online store development](https://saitami.bg/en/ecommerce-development): €840-€6,300. An online store with a catalogue, filters, card or cash-on-delivery payments, courier shipping labels, and a connection to your warehouse or ERP system. We build online stores for companies selling to end customers or other businesses: {price_ecommerce}, most often around {price_ecommerce_typical}, based on the quotes we have sent. A store with a catalogue, card or cash-on-delivery payments and shipping waybills is usually ready in two to three months, like Q-Parts.bg, Labimex and UnitGold; Videoto was completed in two. Before you receive a quote, you see a demo of the homepage and product page with your products. - [SEO Optimization](https://saitami.bg/en/seo-optimization): €250-€2,500. SEO for a business website or online store: technical fixes, a page for every search, and content measured by calls and enquiries, not rankings. SEO is the work we do on your website so that people searching for what you sell can find it on Google: it is suitable for a business website or online store with at least one service that customers are already searching for. The price of our marketing packages is {price_marketing}, based on the offers we have actually sent (the number of offers and the measurement date are shown below the price), with the monthly SEO work at the lower end of the range. Every month, you see what we have changed on the website and what Google Search Console shows: impressions, clicks and rankings-and most importantly, how many calls and enquiries came from search. ## What makes us different We measure results by calls, submitted forms and won deals in your CRM system, not by rankings and clicks. A ranking is a means; the goal is for someone looking for you to find you and get in touch. That is how the websites in our portfolio were built: Dobrite Hamali, a removal services website in Sofia, structured for local search, with tracking for every call; Mobilen Serviz Burgas, a mobile tyre replacement website built around searches in Burgas, with the phone number and emergency request on the first screen; FastPool.bg, a pool company with city-specific pages and a Telegram notification for every enquiry; Baytown Machinery, a multilingual heavy equipment catalogue with separate optimisation for the British, German and Spanish markets. Each project is described in our portfolio, including what was done for it. ## What we do in the first month We start with measurement, because without it there is no way to know whether SEO is working. We check whether the website has Google Search Console, Google Analytics and call and form tracking; if not, we set them up in your name during the first week. We have seen websites where the homepage title was several hundred characters long, every page was missing a Google description, and the first screen on mobile was taken up by the cookie banner: these issues are fixed quickly and the difference is visible immediately. Next, we read the data: which searches Google already shows you for, which pages are close to the first page, and which searches do not have a page on the website at all. We carry out a technical review of mobile speed, indexing, the sitemap, broken links and duplicate pages. At the end of the month, you receive a written plan with priorities ranked by what is most likely to bring customers soonest, along with an exact monthly price in the written proposal. ## What we do every following month We fix technical issues by priority. We write the missing pages: one page for each service people search for, questions and answers using your customers' actual words, and articles based on searches that lead to those pages. Every text goes through your approval before publication. For local businesses, we maintain the Google Business profile and create pages only for the cities where you genuinely operate. At the end of the month, you receive a report: what was done, what Search Console shows compared with the previous month, and how many calls and enquiries came from Google. We will also be honest when changes have not yet been reflected: Google usually takes two to three months to process new pages and fixes, and the effect lasts because the pages are yours. ## What you get A fixed website, pages written for real searches, Search Console, Analytics and Google Business profiles in your name, and a monthly report you can show to anyone. If you decide to work with someone else tomorrow, everything remains with you. ## What is not included in the price Advertising on Google or Facebook is a separate service with a separate price, and the advertising budget is paid to Google or Meta. A new website, new photos and video, translations into other languages and fees charged by external platforms are priced separately and shown in the proposal before we start. ## What we will not do We will not buy links or directory listings, write fake reviews, create pages for cities where you do not operate, or publish text that no one from our team has read and approved. We will not promise you a Google ranking: it depends on Google and on the other websites competing for the same search. If, during the first month, we see that searches for your service are too few to bring customers, we will tell you before charging you for the second month. - [Mobile app development](https://saitami.bg/en/mobile-app-development): €200-€15,000. Development of a mobile app for iOS and Android from a single codebase, with a server, admin panel, payments and publication in App Store and Google Play; the code and accounts are yours. Building a mobile app is a project for a Bulgarian company or someone with an idea who wants an iPhone and Android app from a single codebase, with the server and admin panel it needs to work. Based on our quotes, an app costs {price_mobile}: the lower end is a screen on top of a ready-made server, while the upper end is a platform with payments, chat and notifications; FIX took six months, Avanta four, and the first prototype of KinetiX AI was on the client’s phone after two weeks. Four of our apps are in the App Store: FIX, Heal Fit, Avanta and the LiftexPro technicians’ app; the code, server and app store accounts remain yours. - [ERP System Development](https://saitami.bg/en/erp-software-development): €3,000-€29,300. Custom ERP system development for a small or medium-sized business: inventory, sales, invoices, production and reports built around your process, with the code and data in your hands. Custom ERP system development is a project for a small or medium-sized Bulgarian business that has outgrown Excel, paper records or its old software: inventory, sales, invoices, production or service in one system that follows your process, not the other way around. Based on our quotes, an ERP system costs {price_erp}, most often around {price_erp_typical}; the first module is operational after two to three months, while the full system is implemented in stages over six to eight months, as with LiftexPro and Saitami ERP. Before the quote, you open a demo with your modules, while the code and data remain yours. - [Google Ads](https://saitami.bg/en/google-ads-management): €250-€2,500. Set-up and management of Google Ads campaigns with tracking for calls, forms and won deals. We manage Google Ads campaigns: structure, keywords, ad copy and budget. We report not only on clicks, but also on calls and submitted forms, and, when a CRM system is connected, on deals won. You pay the advertising budget directly to Google, separately from our work. - [Logo design](https://saitami.bg/en/logo-design): the price is stated in the quote. Logo and visual identity: colours, fonts and usage guidelines, with all the files for print, the website and social media. We create logos and visual identities for new companies and brands, and for companies launching a new website or store: the price depends on the number of concepts and applications and we state it in the proposal; logo design is not among the services for which we have a measured price range, so we do not make up a figure. Bohemia Barber received an identity, brand book and website in two weeks; Camélia Désir received a logo, colours, typography, packaging and store in two months. You receive the logo in vector files for print and in PNG and SVG for websites and social media, along with the source files. - [AI chatbot for a website](https://saitami.bg/en/ai-chatbot-development): the price is stated in the quote. An AI chatbot for your website that answers customers about your services, prices and terms, records their enquiry and hands it over to a person; by phone, the voice agent does the same. An AI website chatbot is an assistant that answers visitors to a Bulgarian company’s website about its services, prices and terms, gathers the enquiry with a few questions and hands it to a person with a ready customer record, instead of making the customer wait until morning. We include its price in the quote after a demo with Your questions because it depends on the channels, documents and actions it handles; the only monthly cost is for the AI model, based on the number of conversations, and it is included in the quote. Launch takes two to four weeks, and You can open working examples now: the Website Enquiry Chatbot solution and the Voice Agent, which answers the phone and speaks Bulgarian. - [WordPress website development](https://saitami.bg/en/wordpress-development): €500-€5,000. A WordPress site with a custom theme for your brand, only the plugins it needs, and an admin panel where you can publish content yourself. We build WordPress sites for companies that will publish news, articles and products themselves and want a familiar admin panel: {price_website}, most often around {price_website_typical}, based on our sent proposals for websites. The theme is ours, built for your brand, with no bought template and no visual editor that slows pages down; this is also how Pelikan DTM’s WooCommerce store was built. The site is usually ready in two to six weeks after we receive the copy and images. - [Landing page](https://saitami.bg/en/landing-page-development): €500-€5,000. One page for one offer or campaign: a clear proposition, proof, an enquiry form and tracking for every enquiry. We build landing pages for one offer, one service or one campaign, for companies advertising on Google or Facebook that want every enquiry to be counted: {price_website} is the range for websites, based on the quotes we have sent, and a single page is at the lower end. It is ready in two to four weeks; the Dobrite Hamali page with a moving-cost calculator was completed in a month together with the advertising. Before the quote, you see a demo using your own offer. - [Website Redesign](https://saitami.bg/en/website-redesign): €500-€5,000. A new design and structure for your current site, with its content migrated and the old URLs already known to Google redirected. We redesign websites for businesses whose site is outdated, slow, or fails to generate enquiries, without losing what Google already brings them: {price_website}, most often around {price_website_typical}, measured from the website quotes we have sent. Lihtgiter Bulgaria received its new site ten days after the demo, and GP Invest in five weeks. Before the quote, you see a demo of the new homepage with your content and a brief review of the current site. - [Website Maintenance](https://saitami.bg/en/website-maintenance): €100-€350 per month. Monthly maintenance for a website, store or system: updates, nightly backups, uptime checks and small changes on request. We maintain websites, online stores and systems we have built for companies that want their site to simply work without having to think about updates and backups: {price_support}, measured against the quotes we have sent. Maintenance starts in the month after launch, with an invoice every month, and we specify exactly what it includes in the quote, because the work is not the same for Akbari Perfume, which we have maintained since 2023, and for a five-page site. A site that does not change can run without it too: Likhtgiter Bulgaria’s site has no monthly fee. - [Website hosting](https://saitami.bg/en/web-hosting): the price is stated in the quote. Hosting for the websites, stores and systems we build: your own server, Cloudflare in front, SSL and nightly backups. We host the websites, online stores and systems we build for companies that want one team responsible for both the code and the server: hosting is a line item in the monthly quote and, for most of our clients, part of support, {price_support}, based on our quotes sent to date. Cloudflare sits in front of every website, the SSL certificate is included, and a backup is made every night on a separate server. If you already pay for hosting and are happy with it, we deploy the website there: that is how Lichtgiter Bulgaria and GP Invest work. - [Facebook and Instagram advertising](https://saitami.bg/en/facebook-ads-management): €250-€2,500. Facebook and Instagram advertising for stores and local businesses: audiences, visuals, server-side tracking and a monthly report based on enquiries and revenue, not clicks. Facebook and Instagram advertising is the paid display of your offer to people Meta selects based on how similar they are to your customers: for an online store that sells a product, and for a local business that wants enquiries. Management costs {price_marketing} according to our measured offers (the number of offers and the date are shown below the price), with the monthly fee at the lower end of the range; the advertising budget is separate and you pay it directly to Meta from your advertising account. Every month, you receive a report showing spend, enquiries or sales, the cost per enquiry and what we will change the following month. ## What sets us apart We read advertising through revenue and enquiries, not clicks and likes. For Akbari Perfume, a perfume brand with an online store, we run Meta advertising with more than seventy ad creatives, seasonal and fragrance-based campaigns, and a product catalogue built from the store’s actual sales. Meta Pixel and Conversions API have been rewritten so that every purchase reaches Meta from both the browser and the server without being counted twice, while every order in the store keeps the campaign and ad it came from. We review the account every week by revenue and return, not by number of purchases, because the average order varies by product. The creatives, campaigns and figures are described in the portfolio. For a local business without a store, we use a form within the ad itself: the customer leaves their event, date and phone number without opening a website, and the enquiry arrives as a notification on your phone within a minute. For Vida Luxe, an aesthetic centre in Ruse, we also manage Facebook and Instagram posts: three per week, each featuring a real procedure offered by the centre, approved by the owner for the entire month from a single page. ## What we do in the first month We get access to your Facebook page, Instagram profile and advertising account, or create them in your name. We set up tracking: Pixel and Conversions API on the website, a form in the ad if you do not have a website, and a connection to your CRM system if you have one, so we can see which enquiry became a deal. We select audiences by interests, website visitors and people similar to your buyers, and show you the estimated reach of each one according to Meta before the advertising starts. We create six to eight ads, as both posts and stories, using your photos or as a scene filmed from a brief with your actual product in it. Your offer appears word for word on the creative, and the price shown in the image is the price the checkout will confirm. You see everything and say “yes” or tell us what to change; nothing goes live without your “yes”. Campaigns launch within three working days after we have access and the materials. During the first two weeks, Meta learns; on day fourteen, we send a short report and move the budget to the audience with the lower cost per enquiry. On day thirty, you receive the monthly report and we talk. ## What we do every following month We review the account every week: spend, enquiries or revenue, and cost per enquiry, by campaign and by creative. We stop ads that do not deliver, scale up those that do, and change creatives when they wear out. New creatives are priced per item and shown in the offer. At the end of the month, you receive a report you can show to anyone, along with a proposal for what we will change the following month. The budget is not changed without your approval. ## What you get An advertising account, Pixel and catalogue in your name, ads and creatives, tracking that counts enquiries and sales rather than clicks, and a monthly report. If you decide to work with someone else tomorrow, the account, its history and the data remain yours. ## What is not included in the price You pay the advertising budget directly to Meta and set it yourself. Shooting new photos and videos, a second city or second market, and advertising on other channels are quoted separately. We have no setup fee and do not take a percentage of the budget. ## What we will not do We will not promise you a number of enquiries or sales before the advertising has run: we provide an estimate based on Meta’s figures and our campaigns, and send you the real figures on day fourteen. We will not buy followers or likes, run advertising towards markets Meta does not accept, put a price on the creative that the cart does not confirm, or change the budget without you. - [Website content creation](https://saitami.bg/en/content-creation): €250-€2,500. Website content creation: service copy, product descriptions, articles based on real searches and social media posts, all approved by you before publication. Website content creation means writing the texts that sell: service pages, product descriptions, articles based on real Google searches, and Facebook and Instagram posts for companies and shops that have a website but no one to write for them regularly. The price of our marketing proposals is {price_marketing}, based on the proposals we have actually sent (their number and date are shown below the price); the texts are counted and priced per item in the written proposal, so you pay for what you receive. Every month, you see the calendar of topics, approve each text before publication, and receive a report showing what was published and what Search Console shows for the new pages. ## How we are different We do not make up the topics: we read Search Console to see what people are already searching for when they look for you and what they search for when they look for your service but do not reach you, and we write about that first. The text is written in the owner's words, not an agency's: “warehouse software”, “mobile tyre fitting”, “laser hair removal”, not “digital transformation”. For Vida Luxe, an aesthetic centre in Ruse, we create three Facebook and Instagram posts a week, each about a real procedure offered by the centre, with a photo created from a description and text that says who the procedure is for, what it does and what it does not promise. The owner approves the entire month from a single page, and in September every post went live on its scheduled day and at its scheduled time. The project is described in our portfolio. ## What we do in the first month First, we understand the business: what you sell, who you sell to, what words your customers use to search for it, and how you speak to them. We carry out a brief review of the current texts: which pages are missing, which are thin, and which services do not have their own page. Based on data from Search Console and the questions your customers ask by phone, we compile a list of the first topics, prioritised by what is most likely to generate enquiries soonest. We record the rules for the text: whether to use formal or informal address, what we do not promise, which words are yours and which we do not use. We write the first texts and send them to you for approval on a single page, with the date on which they will go live. We make revisions until you say “yes”. When you give us access to the admin panel, we publish them; otherwise, we hand over the finished texts with a title and description for Google. ## What we do every following month At the beginning of the month, you receive a calendar showing which pages, articles and posts will go live and when. Every text goes through your approval. We publish according to the calendar and at the end of the month tell you what went live and what Search Console shows for the new pages: impressions, clicks and the searches they appear for. Topics for the following month come from this data and from what your customers ask you. For social media posts, we also prepare the images: a photo created from a description for each post and text overlaid using our template, so the lettering is always correct and the brand stays consistent across every post. ## What a service page includes The answer in the first two sentences: what the service is, who it is for, how much it costs and how long it takes. Then we cover what the customer asks by phone: what is included in the price, what is not, how to get started and what happens if something goes wrong. A photo or example from your actual work, not a stock photo. And at the end, a phone number, form and button for Viber or WhatsApp, because a page that does not lead to contact has been written for nothing. This is how the pages on our website are structured too, and we use them to see what generates enquiries. ## What you receive Texts that are yours and can be used anywhere, published on the website or delivered ready to publish, a calendar for each month and a report showing what works. A page that is written well once can bring in visits for years without paying per click. ## What is not included in the price Photo and video shoots, translations into other languages, and Google or Meta advertising are quoted separately. A new website or a new website structure is separate work; here, we write for the website you already have. ## What we will not do We will not publish text that no one from our team has read and signed off, and we will not publish anything without your “yes”. We will not copy a competitor's text, stuff a page with keywords, write about services you do not offer, or write reviews on behalf of customers. We will not promise you a Google ranking for a particular text: we promise text written for a real search and honest reporting of what it has delivered. - [Viber marketing](https://saitami.bg/en/viber-marketing): €250-€2,500. Viber marketing for business: campaigns to customers who have given consent, automated replies, and conversations in one inbox together with email and phone, tracked by orders and enquiries. Viber marketing for businesses means messaging your customers on Viber on behalf of your company: campaigns for a new product or promotion sent to people who have agreed to receive them, automatic replies to frequently asked questions, and conversations collected in one inbox alongside email and phone messages. It is suitable for a shop or company with an established customer base. The price of our marketing packages is {price_marketing}, based on the offers actually sent by us. The number of offers and the date are shown below the price. Viber's fees for business messages are paid separately to Viber. Every month, you see what was sent, to how many people, how many opened and replied to the messages, and how many orders or enquiries came from the campaign. ## What makes us different We measure campaigns by orders and enquiries, not by messages sent. Every link in a message leads to a page that tracks who came from Viber and what they did, while for a shop, the order records which campaign it came from. We work only with your data: the list is yours, the consents are yours, and they stay with you. The "Contact Centre" solution at demo.mmm.software shows what Viber, WhatsApp, email and phone look like in one inbox, with the customer's history next to every message. It opens in your browser with one click. ## What we do in the first month We start with the list: where the numbers came from, who has agreed to receive messages, and how consent will be collected going forward, through the website form, in the shop and at the checkout. Without consent, we do not message anyone. We register the Viber business profile in your name or organise your existing one: name, logo, description, opening hours, and the buttons customers use to write or call you. We write automatic replies to frequently asked questions about opening hours, prices, delivery and address, and organise where questions that require a human response should go. We prepare the first campaign: which product or promotion, which recipients, with what text and which link. You review it before sending and tell us whether it is approved or what should be changed. We send it within three business days after we have the materials and access. The first report comes after that: sent, delivered, opened, replied to and ordered. ## What we do every following month We create a campaign calendar for the month: new products, promotions, reminders and seasonal occasions. We write every message and show it to you before it goes out. We respond to opt-outs immediately: anyone who no longer wants messages receives no more. We check the automatic replies and expand them with the questions that have come up. At the end of the month, you receive a campaign report showing which text and which occasion generated orders, along with a proposal for the following month. ## What we write and when The messages that work best are the ones a customer would want to receive even if they were not advertising: the product they asked about is back in stock; their appointment is tomorrow at ten; their order has been handed to the courier; the product they buy regularly is discounted this week. We keep messages short, use the customer's name and include one link, and send no more than a few per month, because every unnecessary message leads to an opt-out. We organise occasions in a monthly calendar, and you decide which ones to keep. A message that a customer replies to with a question reaches a member of your team in the same inbox, with their order history beside it. ## What you receive A Viber business profile in your name, an organised list of consents, campaigns you can review before sending, automatic replies, conversations with the customer's history, and a monthly report by orders and enquiries. When connected to a CRM system, every conversation is stored with the customer, alongside their emails and calls. ## What is not included in the price Viber's fees for business messages are paid to Viber. Advertising on Google or Meta, shop or website development, and SMS campaigns are quoted separately. ## What we will not do We will not message numbers without consent, buy or "find" databases of phone numbers, send the same message every day, or hide the opt-out button. We will not promise you a number of orders from a campaign. We show you what the previous campaign generated and what we are changing. - [Telegram marketing](https://saitami.bg/en/telegram-marketing): €250-€2,500. Telegram marketing for businesses: a channel for your customers, a bot that answers questions and accepts requests, and website and system notifications that reach your team within seconds. Telegram marketing for businesses is the channel where the company writes to its customers, the bot that answers frequently asked questions and accepts enquiries, and the notifications from your website and systems that reach your team within seconds. It is suitable for a company whose customers already use Telegram, and for any team that wants to learn about every new order or enquiry immediately; the price of our marketing packages is {price_marketing}, calculated based on the offers we actually send (their number and date are shown below the price), while the bot and notifications are often a one-off job at the lower end of the range. Every month, you see how many subscribers the channel has, how many enquiries the bot has accepted and how many of them have become orders. ## How we are different The Telegram notifications we build are already working live: the website forms of Natsionalna Asansyorna Kompaniya, FastPool.bg and Elite Call Center send every new enquiry to the team as a Telegram message the moment it is submitted. We do the same for a new order in the store, a changed status or a payment. We measure results by enquiries and orders, not subscribers: a channel with few people who buy is worth more than one with many who only read. The bot is registered to your account, and its code is handed over with the project. ## What we do in the first month We start with what you need Telegram for: a channel where you can write to your customers, a bot that answers and accepts enquiries, or notifications for your team. Most often, it is a combination. We register the bot to your account and connect it to your website, store or system so that the notifications come through. We write the answers to frequently asked questions: prices, timelines, opening hours and availability, as well as the flow the bot uses to accept an enquiry: several short questions, the enquiry number and a message for the person who will handle it. The solution with a chatbot for enquiries from the demo.mmm.software website shows what such a flow looks like. If there is going to be a channel, we set it up: name, description, first posts and where customers can learn about it: on the website, in the store, in the email after an order or on the receipt. Subscribers come from your customers, not from elsewhere. You see and approve everything before it goes live. ## What we do every following month We write the channel posts according to a content calendar and show them to you before publishing. We add the questions that have come up to the bot and check that enquiries reach the right person. We monitor the notifications: if something stops working, we see it before you do. At the end of the month, you receive a report: subscribers, posts, enquiries through the bot and how many of them have become orders. When the bot and notifications are a one-off job, the monthly part is only their maintenance, if you want it. ## How the channel grows Subscribers come from the places where your customers already are: a link to the channel on the website and in the store, a line in the email after an order, a code on the receipt and business card, and a short explanation of why it is worth subscribing: you are the first to learn about availability, timelines and discounts. A channel that posts rarely but provides useful information keeps people; a channel that sends advertising every day loses them. That is why the calendar includes several posts a month, each with a reason, and each approved by you. ## What you get A bot registered to your account with code that belongs to you, notifications from your website and systems, a channel with posts you approve, and a report based on enquiries and orders. Conversations can be added to your CRM system under the customer history. ## What is not included in the price Advertising on Google or Meta, website or online store development, and changes to your systems so they can send events are quoted separately. Telegram does not charge for bots and channels, so there are no external fees here. ## What we will not do We will not search for, collect or publish lists of groups to join, and we will not add people to a channel or group without their consent: subscribers are your customers who have chosen to read your content themselves. We will not buy subscribers or send advertising to people who have not asked for it. We will not promise you a number of subscribers or orders: we show what the channel has delivered and what we are changing. - [WhatsApp marketing](https://saitami.bg/en/whatsapp-marketing): €250-€2,500. WhatsApp marketing for businesses: WhatsApp Business with approved templates, automated replies, a catalogue in the conversation and all conversations in one inbox, tracked by orders and booked appointments. WhatsApp marketing for business means WhatsApp Business for your company: approved templates for confirmations, reminders and offers, automatic replies to frequently asked questions, a product catalogue right in the conversation, and all conversations in one inbox alongside Viber, email and phone calls. It is suitable for companies with international customers and for any business whose customers already message them on WhatsApp; the price of our marketing packages is {price_marketing}, based on the offers we actually send (their number and date are shown below the price), while Meta’s fees for business messages are paid separately. Every month, you see how many messages were sent, how many conversations customers started and how many of them became orders or booked appointments. ## How we are different We count clicks to WhatsApp from your website and ads as enquiries and track them back to the ad they came from, so you know which campaign brings conversations, not just clicks. Conversations do not remain on one phone: in the “Contact Centre” solution at demo.mmm.software, WhatsApp, Viber, email and calls appear in one list alongside the customer’s history, with tickets with deadlines and a live dashboard. We also have a ready-made solution for companies that want WhatsApp conversations stored in customer folders instead of disappearing with an employee’s phone. ## What we do in the first month First, we determine what you need: the WhatsApp Business app on one phone with manual replies, or the WhatsApp Business API, which allows automatic messages, multiple operators and a connection to a CRM system. We register the company’s number and profile: name, logo, description, opening hours, address and product catalogue, if you sell products. We write templates for order confirmations, appointment reminders, offers and post-purchase questions and submit them to WhatsApp for approval; without an approved template, a company cannot message a customer first. We write automatic replies to frequently asked questions and decide where questions that require a person should be routed. We add the WhatsApp button to your website and ads and set up click tracking as enquiries. You review the profile, templates and replies and approve them before anything goes live. The first send-out takes place within three business days after the templates are approved. ## What we do every following month We write the month’s campaigns for customers who have given consent: a new product, promotion or reminder. You see every message before it is sent. We add to the automatic replies and templates based on what customers ask. We make sure conversations reach a person during business hours and that no one is left without a reply. At the end of the month, you receive a report showing messages sent, delivered and read, conversations started by customers, and how many of them became orders or booked appointments. ## What we write in the templates A template is a message the company sends first, and WhatsApp approves it in advance, so we write it to pass approval the first time and be useful to the customer: an order confirmation with the order number and deadline, an appointment reminder with an option to cancel, a message saying the goods are with the courier, a post-purchase question asking whether everything is alright, and an offer only to people who requested it. Every template includes the customer’s name and one clear next step, while promotional templates are few and infrequent because every unnecessary message can get a number blocked. ## What you get A profile and number registered in your name, approved templates, automatic replies, a catalogue in the conversation, a button on your website and in your ads that is tracked, conversations in one inbox with the customer’s history, and a monthly report by order. ## What is not included in the price Meta’s fees for business messages are paid to Meta according to its Bulgaria pricing. Google or Meta advertising, website or online store development, and changes to your systems are quoted separately. ## What we will not do We will not message people without their consent, buy or collect databases of phone numbers, bypass WhatsApp’s rules with unapproved bulk messages from a personal phone, or hide the opt-out process. We will not promise you a number of orders: we show what each template and campaign has generated and what we are changing. - [Custom CRM system development](https://saitami.bg/en/crm-system-development): €3,000-€29,300. Custom CRM development for small and medium-sized businesses: customers, enquiries, deals, PDF quotes, tasks and a phone in the browser, with the data kept with you. Custom CRM development is for a Bulgarian company with a sales team whose customers, enquiries and quotes are currently scattered across Excel, email and employees’ phones: everything about one customer in one place, deal stages tailored to the way you sell, and tasks showing who owes what today. In our proposals, the CRM system costs {price_erp}, usually around {price_erp_typical}, and goes live within two to three months; Saitami ERP, our own system with CRM, a browser-based phone and PDF quotes, took six. Before the proposal, you see a demo with your stages, and the code and customer database belong to you. - [Custom software development](https://saitami.bg/en/custom-software-development): €3,000-€29,300. Web systems, platforms and mobile apps built around your process, with code that belongs to you. We build software when off-the-shelf products do not fit the way your company works: platforms such as FIX and LiftexPro, booking systems such as ZapaziChas, and call centers such as Elite Call Center. We work with Next.js, .NET and React Native on PostgreSQL. Before you receive an offer, you see a demo of the core screens. - [Business process automation](https://saitami.bg/en/business-process-automation): €3,000-€29,300. Business process automation for small and medium-sized businesses: requests, approvals, invoices and reports that currently move through Excel, emails and re-entering data become a system with steps, roles and notifications. Business process automation is a project for a Bulgarian company where a process runs through Excel, emails and chats: requests arrive by email and someone retypes them, approvals are chased by phone, and invoices are pulled from a spreadsheet. We turn the process into a system with steps, roles, notifications and reports, where data moves automatically; based on our proposals, such a project costs {price_erp}, most often around {price_erp_typical}, and the first process is operational after four to eight weeks. Examples you can open now: B2B requests from email in the Testen Dom solution, AI invoice recognition in Ekovat, and the Pelikan DTM ERP system, where a purchase invoice automatically updates stock. - [Company database](https://saitami.bg/en/business-database): the price is stated in the quote. A database of companies by industry, city and size: name, UIC, phone number, email address, address and website from public sources, without duplicates, in Excel, CSV or directly in your CRM system. A company database is a list collected according to your criteria for a Bulgarian company that sells to other companies: industry, city, size, and whether it has a website, phone number or email address, with the name, UIC, address and website for each row. The price is included in the quote and depends on the number of companies, the fields and how narrow the niche is, while the list is ready within one to two weeks after approval. We collect only what companies have published themselves in the Commercial Register, on Google Maps and on their websites, deliver it without duplicates in Excel, CSV or directly in your CRM system, and tell you in advance when the niche is too narrow to be worthwhile. - [Data extraction from websites](https://saitami.bg/en/web-scraping-service): the price is stated in the quote. Data extraction from websites, catalogues and PDF specifications using a script for the specific source: organised in Excel, CSV or your system, either as a one-off or on a schedule. Web scraping is a script written for a specific website, catalogue or set of documents. It collects the fields a Bulgarian business needs and delivers them in an organised format: competitors’ prices for a public procurement tender, contacts from a professional register, technical parameters from a manufacturer’s specifications. The price is included in the proposal after we review the source, because it depends on its structure, the number of fields and whether the data is needed once or on a schedule; a one-off extraction is ready within a few days to two weeks. Our largest project of this kind was the OMEGA LIGHT catalogue, where more than three thousand MEAN WELL power supplies were given sixty-one technical parameters each, extracted from the manufacturer’s specifications; the script and data remain yours. - [B2B lead generation](https://saitami.bg/en/lead-generation-service): the price is stated in the quote. B2B lead generation: we select companies based on your customer profile, send each one a personalised email with one reminder, and pass the respondents on to you in a spreadsheet or directly into your CRM system. B2B lead generation, or finding clients for companies that sell to other companies, means selecting companies that match your customer profile, sending each of them a personal email with one follow-up, and passing the replies to you or directly into your CRM system. It is suitable for a company with a clearly defined customer and an offer that can be explained in a few sentences; the price of our marketing offers is {price_marketing}, based on the offers we actually send (their number and date are shown below the price), while the exact number of companies and emails is specified in the written proposal. Every month, you see the list of companies before sending, each email before it goes out, and every reply together with the company and the email it replies to. ## What makes us different We do not have a public project with results we can show here, so we explain exactly what you receive and how we measure it: by replies, booked meetings and won deals in your CRM system, not by emails sent. The emails are sent from your address so companies reply to you, not to us. We use the same method for our own clients: a short email that names the company, explains why we are writing to it and shows something made for it. Our tools are in the portfolio: Saitami ERP with automated emails and a CRM where every reply stays with the company, plus the outbound calling infrastructure we built for Elite Call Center. ## What we do in the first month We start with the customer profile: industry, city, company size, the signs that help you identify a good customer, and who makes the decision within the company. We collect companies from public sources: registers, directories and websites, and show you the list before writing to anyone. If you have your own database, we work with it; if not, we build one, and it remains yours. We prepare the email setup: an address on your domain from which the emails will be sent, with SPF, DKIM and DMARC configured so the emails reach the inbox, and a gradual increase in volume so they are not blocked. We write the email: short, with the company name, the reason we are writing and one offer, plus one follow-up for those who have not replied. Every email includes an opt-out method. You review and approve the emails. The first batch goes out at the end of the first month, in small groups, so we can read the replies and adjust the copy. ## What we do each following month We send batches to the agreed number of companies. Every reply reaches you on the day it arrives, together with the company and the email it replies to, in a spreadsheet or directly in your CRM system. A company that has not replied receives only one more email; a company that has opted out receives no more. After each batch, we review which segment and which copy generate replies and change them before the next batch goes out. At the end of the month, you receive a report covering emails sent, replies, booked meetings and, when we have access to the CRM, won deals. ## What the email looks like Short enough to read on a phone. It starts with something showing that we looked at that specific company: its website, location or industry, not a generic compliment. It says in one sentence what you offer and who it helps, and ends with an easy question that can be answered in one sentence. No attachments, no list of every service and no promises that the offer does not actually support. The follow-up is even shorter and arrives a few days later. When we can show something made for the company, we show it: that is how we write to our own future clients too. ## What you receive A list of companies that belongs to you, an address on your domain configured for sending, emails you have approved, every reply with its history, and a monthly report covering meetings and deals. When you stop, the list, correspondence and address remain with you. ## What is not included in the price Google or Meta advertising and the ad budget are separate. Calling companies after the email, creating an enquiry page and building a CRM system for managing replies are quoted separately. If you only need the list, without the emails, that is our company database service. ## What we will not do We will not write to personal addresses collected without a valid basis, and we will not buy email databases. We will not send emails without an opt-out method, and we will not write again to a company that has opted out. We will not pretend to be someone else, and we will not promise a number of meetings: responses depend on your offer and the market, while the proposal states how many companies we select and how many emails we send. - [API integrations](https://saitami.bg/en/software-integrations-api): the price is stated in the quote. API integrations for businesses: we connect your website, store, ERP and CRM system with Econt, Speedy, Stripe, banks, telephony, Meta and your programs, so you do not have to re-enter data. API integrations are connections between the software a Bulgarian business already uses, so orders, payments, waybills and customers move automatically instead of being copied by hand: store to ERP, website to CRM, Stripe to invoicing, Econt and Speedy to the order. The price is included in the quote after we review both systems' documentation, because every connection is a separate piece of work: one connection takes anywhere from a few days to two or three weeks, while several connected systems are a one- to two-month project. Connections we have built so far include Econt, Speedy and Meta Conversions API in the Akbari Perfume store, WooCommerce to the ERP system of Pelikan DTM, Stripe on the Hristiyanski tsentar Sofia website and A1 SIP telephony for Elite Call Center; you retain the code for every connection. - [Taking Over and Maintaining an Existing Website](https://saitami.bg/en/website-support-service): €100-€350 per month. We take over websites or online stores built by someone else: review, priority fixes, updates and monthly maintenance. We take over websites and online stores built by another company or a previous developer, on WordPress, WooCommerce or custom code, for owners who no longer have anyone looking after their site: {price_support}, based on the quotes we have sent, plus one-off fixes if the review shows they are needed. We start by reviewing the code, plugins, hosting and forms, then tell you what needs fixing first. The site stays on your domain and, if you want, on your hosting. - [Business software](https://saitami.bg/en/business-software): €3,000-€29,300. Custom business software for a small or medium-sized company: enquiries, orders, inventory, field teams, invoices and reports in one system that replaces spreadsheets, chats and paper. Business software is the system a small or medium-sized Bulgarian company uses to manage its daily work instead of spreadsheets, chats and paper: enquiries, orders, inventory, field teams, invoices and reports organised around the process that costs you the most manual work. In our quotes, such a system costs {price_erp}, most often around {price_erp_typical}; the first module is operational after two to three months, and the system then grows module by module. Examples include Ekovat for a plumbing company with field teams, LiftexPro for lift companies, Pelikan DTM's ERP system and OMEGA LIGHT's catalogue system; the Universal ERP and Pergoli i navesi solutions are available to open now, without registration. - [Call center infrastructure](https://saitami.bg/en/call-center-infrastructure): the price is stated in the quote. Call centre infrastructure for companies with operators: SIP telephony, automatic dialling, call recording, CRM and a live dashboard, built as one system that belongs to you. Call centre infrastructure is the system where the operators of a Bulgarian company talk, record and report: SIP telephony, inbound and outbound calls, automated dialling with a script, recording every customer call in the CRM, and a live dashboard for the supervisor. We include the price in the quote after a demo with Your queues because it depends on the number of operators, channels and reports, while phone lines are paid to the telecom operator; we built Elite Call Center in six months, while a browser phone connected to an existing CRM can be up and running in weeks. The Contact Centre solution opens now, without registration, with calls, email, chat, Viber and Facebook in one list. - [Content for SEO and ads](https://saitami.bg/en/content-marketing): €250-€2,500. Content for SEO and advertising: copy for Google and Meta ads, the post-click page, follow-up emails and the pages Google displays, written for one campaign and one service. SEO and advertising content is the copy that works together in a campaign: Google and Meta ads, the page they lead to, the emails sent after an enquiry, and the pages Google shows for the same search-for businesses that already advertise or are about to start and have no one to write all of it consistently. The price of our marketing packages is {price_marketing}, based on the offers we have actually sent (the number of offers and the date are shown below the price); copy is counted per item in the written proposal. Every month, you see which texts have gone into the campaigns, which ads and pages are generating enquiries, and which ones we are changing. ## What makes us different We write copy that will be measured. The ad, the page and the email are three parts of one promise, so we write and review them together: based on enquiries, calls and sales, not clicks. For Akbari Perfume, the ad creatives state the brand's offer word for word, while the fragrance pairing and price shown in the image are the pairing and price the cart will actually display; the style of the copy and creatives changed with the data, from poster to photo, because that is what the sales figures showed. For Dobrite Hamali, the page after the ad is built to generate calls: a price calculator, a call button fixed to the bottom of the screen, and tracking for every call back to the ad it came from. For Camélia Désir, we wrote the emails the shop sends to its customers. The projects are in the portfolio. ## What we do in the first month We start with the service you want to sell and what customers search for when they need it: we review Search Console and your advertising account data if you are already advertising. We capture one offer in one sentence-the same sentence that will appear in the ad, on the page and in the email. We write the ads: headlines and descriptions for Google, six to eight ads for Facebook and Instagram, as posts and stories, in Bulgarian and English when the market is international. We write the page after the ad so that it continues the promise and leads to a call, form or WhatsApp message. We write the emails sent after an enquiry: confirmation, reminder and post-purchase email. We send everything to you for approval on one page. When you give us access to Google Ads, Meta and the email platform, we upload the copy ourselves; otherwise, we deliver it ready to use, organised by campaign. ## What we do every following month We review which ads and pages generate enquiries and which do not. We rewrite the weak ones, create new variants to test, and add Google pages for the searches that the ads show are working: paid and organic traffic learn from each other. We expand one good topic into several formats: an article, an ad, a post and an email. At the end of the month, you receive a report showing which texts went into the campaigns and what they generated. ## How we evaluate copy We evaluate an ad by cost per enquiry, not clicks: an ad with many clicks and no calls is expensive, not successful. We evaluate the page after the ad by how many visitors called or submitted a form, and if that number is low, the problem is usually the page, not the ad. We evaluate an email by replies and orders. When our client has a CRM system, we can also see which enquiry became a won deal, and that is the number we use to decide what to write next month. ## What you get Copy that is yours and remains yours, uploaded to the campaigns or delivered ready to use; a page after the ad that can be read on a phone in seconds; emails that run automatically; and reporting based on enquiries, not clicks. ## What is not included in the price Ad management and the advertising budget are separate: the budget is paid to Google or Meta. Building a new website, photo and video production, translations into other languages and email platform fees are quoted separately. ## What we will not do We will not promise in an ad something that the page and checkout do not confirm. We will not publish copy that no one on our team has read, copy the competition, write reviews or upload anything without your “yes”. We will not promise you a number of enquiries: we promise copy written to be measured and an honest report of what it generated. ## Software categories (62) - [ERP System](https://saitami.bg/en/erp-system): ERP systems for a small or medium-sized company in Bulgaria: Odoo, Microsoft Business Central, ERP.net and SAP Business One, with their prices as of 17.10.2026, the three-year cost for 15 users, and when a custom ERP is the better option, with examples from warehousing, manufacturing and field teams. The ERP system brings sales, inventory, invoicing, production, teams and reports together in one program, so no one has to re-enter data from spreadsheets. Ready-made ERP systems cost from 6,90 € to 110 dollars per user per month, plus implementation. Custom ERP, built around your company's processes, costs 3 000-29 300 €, most often around 8 600 € (based on 98 of our quotes as of 14 August 2026), paid once with no per-user fee. Working examples include Pelikan DTM for distribution, Testen Dom for food production, Ekovat for plumbing and heating, and LiftexPro for elevator companies. - [CRM system](https://saitami.bg/en/crm-system): CRM systems for a company in Bulgaria: HubSpot, Pipedrive, Bitrix24, Zoho and Bulgaria's InfoServ, with their prices as of 17.10.2026, the three-year cost for 10 salespeople, and when a custom CRM becomes cheaper. We use one like this to manage our own sales too. The CRM system keeps every customer and their complete history: calls, emails, quotes, tasks and the progress of the deal. Off-the-shelf CRMs cost anywhere from free to 150 dollars per user per month; a custom CRM built around the way your team sells costs 3 000-29 300 € as a one-off payment (based on 98 of our quotes as of 14 August 2026), with no per-user fee. We use such a system to run our own sales too: Saitami ERP. - [Booking system](https://saitami.bg/en/booking-system): An online appointment booking system for a salon, barbershop, clinic, studio or repair shop: Fresha, SimplyBook.me and Booksy with their prices as of 17.10.2026, when a ready-made platform is enough and when you need a system of your own on your website, as we built for Bohemia Barber. A booking system is the calendar where clients choose a service, employee and available time themselves, while the business sees its day without answering the phone. Ready-made platforms cost from free to around 50 € per month and can be up and running within an hour. A custom system makes sense when bookings need to be on your website and under your brand, with your own rules for deposits, cancellations and reminders, without a monthly fee per employee: a website with online booking costs 500-5 000 €, while a complete system with an app costs 3 000-29 300 € (based on 98 of our quotes as of 14 August 2026). - [Hospital software](https://saitami.bg/en/hospital-software): Hospital and medical software for a hospital or medical centre: what a hospital information system must do (NHIS, NHIF, clinical pathways), why we do not offer one, and what we build around it: appointment booking, a patient portal, internal reports and a website. Saitami builds the systems a hospital uses to work with its patients and staff: online booking, a patient portal, internal reports and a website connected to the hospital's data: 3 000-29 300 € (based on 98 of our quotes as of August 14, 2026). The hospital information system itself (patient records, clinical pathways, reports to the NHIF and records in NHIS) is a regulated product from a specialist provider, usually procured through a tender, and remains in place. - [Accounting software](https://saitami.bg/en/accounting-software): Accounting software for a company or accounting firm in Bulgaria: Microinvest Delta Pro, Plus Minus, Ajur and Business Navigator, what the software needs to do in 2026 (euro, SAF-T, electronic invoices), and the Account-X system for accounting firms: a document portal, AI recognition and NRA deadlines. Saitami builds the system that saves an accounting firm hours every month: Account-X collects documents from clients through a portal, reads invoices with AI, reconciles the bank, and reminds you of NRA deadlines. A system like this costs 3 000-29 300 € (based on 98 of our quotes as of 14 August 2026). The accounting itself (chart of accounts, VAT ledgers, fixed assets, payroll, closing) remains in the software the firm already uses: Plus Minus, Ajur, Microinvest Delta Pro or Biznes Navigator. - [Warehouse software](https://saitami.bg/en/warehouse-software): Custom warehouse software: stock by location, batches and expiry dates, barcodes, website orders, waybills and stocktaking. Price based on our quotes, delivery time, the industry solution and the Pelikan DTM system. Custom warehouse software is a warehouse management program that tracks every product from receipt to dispatch: stock levels by location, batches and expiry dates, barcode scanning, orders from traders and the website, waybills and stocktaking. It costs 3 000-29 300 €, most often around 8 600 € (based on 98 of our offers as of 14 August 2026), and we deliver the first working version in 5 to 8 weeks. This is how the warehouse of Pelikan DTM works, a distributor of office equipment with a main warehouse, a bookshop and an online store. The 3DPrintX solution shows how a warehouse can be connected to the website. - [HR software](https://saitami.bg/en/hr-software): HR software for a company with shift-based teams: employees, schedules, summarized working time, leave, documents and permissions. Plus Minus Zaplati, Business Navigator Zaplati and Factorial, with their prices as of 17.10.2026, what remains in the payroll software and when a custom HR module makes sense. The HR software manages the people in the company: who works when, shifts and schedules, leave, documents and who can see what in the system. Salaries and social security contributions remain in the accountant's payroll software, which costs from 12 € per month. A custom HR module makes sense when shift schedules, sites and employees' work need to be in the same system as customers and invoices: 3 000-29 300 € (based on 98 of our quotes as of 14 August 2026). Elite Call Center's ERP has such a module. - [POS system](https://saitami.bg/en/pos-system): POS system for a shop, restaurant or service business in Bulgaria: Detelina, Microinvest, micro.bg, HelloPOS and Plus Minus, with their prices as of 17.10.2026, what Ordinance N-18 requires, and when a custom system for the warehouse, online store and reports around the till is worthwhile. A POS system is the on-site till: barcoded items, cash or card payments, receipts, and stock that decreases with every sale. In Bulgaria, till software must be SUPTO approved by the NRA, so for the till itself we recommend an off-the-shelf solution: from 5 € per month for Detelina POS Android to 298 € one-off for Microinvest Sklad Pro. We build the system around the till when inventory, the online store, suppliers, and reports do not fit into the till software: 3 000-29 300 € (based on 98 of our quotes as of 14 August 2026). - [Helpdesk system](https://saitami.bg/en/helpdesk-software): A helpdesk system for companies that support customers by phone, email, chat, Viber and WhatsApp: tickets with deadlines, a live dashboard, a knowledge base, AI replies and a customer portal. Zendesk and Freshdesk with their prices as of 17.10.2026, and when a custom system makes sense. The helpdesk system brings every call, email, chat and message into one list of tickets with an assignee and a deadline, while the supervisor sees the workload live. Ready-made systems cost from 19 to 149 dollars per agent per month; a custom system makes sense when your phone calls, customers and contracts need to be in it, or when you have many agents: 3 000-29 300 € (based on 98 of our quotes as of 14 August 2026). - [Project management software](https://saitami.bg/en/project-management-software): Project management software for a business with orders, sites or client projects: stages, tasks and deadlines, time tracking, field teams, budget versus quote, and a client portal. monday.com and Asana with their prices as of 17.10.2026, and when a custom system makes sense. Project management software shows every project with its stages, tasks, deadlines and owners, the hours logged and how far the budget has progressed. Ready-made platforms range from free to around 25 dollars per user per month and work well for an office-based team. A custom system makes sense when a project starts with a quote, runs through field teams and materials, and ends with a report and invoice: 3 000-29 300 € (based on 98 of our quotes as of 14 August 2026). - [Fitness software](https://saitami.bg/en/fitness-software): Fitness software for a trainer, yoga or Pilates studio: your own app with video workouts, courses, subscriptions with card payments and group class bookings. Trainerize with its prices as of 17.10.2026, and when your own app in the App Store makes sense, as with Heal Fit. Fitness software for a trainer or studio is an app where clients work out to your videos, follow a course, pay a subscription and book live classes. Ready-made platforms for trainers cost from 9 to around 250 dollars per month; a custom app under your brand, published in the App Store and Google Play, costs 200-15 000 € (based on our 98 quotes as of 14 August 2026). We built one like this for Heal Fit. - [Real estate software](https://saitami.bg/en/real-estate-software): Software and CRM for real estate agencies in Bulgaria: OptiEstate, Estate+, Realistimo Sfera, MaxEstates and Maija, prices as of 17.10.2026, publishing on imot.bg and other portals, AML obligations, and when it makes sense to build your own system with a website and map. Real estate software is a CRM for a brokerage agency: properties and prospective buyers are kept in one database, new properties are automatically matched with searches, viewings and deals have a history, and listings appear on the agency's website and portals such as imot.bg. Saitami's system is for an agency or investor with its own website and property map, new buildings sold by apartment, or its own rules for commissions and lead distribution: it costs 3 000-29 300 € (based on our 98 quotes as of 14 August 2026), with no per-broker fee. Ready-made real estate CRMs in Bulgaria cost from free to around 32 € per broker per month. - [Hotel software](https://saitami.bg/en/hotel-software): Custom hotel software for a family-run hotel, guesthouse or hotel without a receptionist: bookings from the website and platforms in one calendar, door codes, rooms and cleaning, ESTI and daily revenue. Pricing based on our quotations, timeline and the answers to hoteliers’ questions. Custom hotel software is a program for a family hotel, guesthouse or small hotel with a restaurant: bookings from the website and platforms in one room calendar, check-in with a door code, room status for housekeeping, a guest register with an ESTI file, and daily income and expenses for the owner. It costs 3 000-29 300 €, most often around 8 600 € (based on 98 of our quotes as of 14 August 2026); a hotel website with an enquiry form for stays or with online booking costs 500-5 000 €, and we show a working version of the system 4 weeks after the first meeting and launch the website in 2 weeks. We do not yet have a hotel client with a complete system in our portfolio: we show the No-reception hotel solution live, built following an enquiry from a hotel in Bansko, as well as the direct-booking website of Eli & Eli Berlin for holiday apartments. - [Restaurant software](https://saitami.bg/en/restaurant-software): Restaurant software in Bulgaria: Detelina, Microinvest Sklad Pro Light, Barsy, HelloPOS and Hype, with their prices as of 17.10.2026, what Ordinance N-18 and the allergen regulation require, and when it makes sense to have your own commission-free online ordering and reservation system. Restaurant software is the program a venue uses to manage tables, orders sent to the kitchen and bar, bills and receipts, and often deliveries and reservations as well. Saitami builds the online side that brings in orders without commission: the menu on your own website, delivery and takeaway orders, card payments and table reservations. Such a website costs 840-6 300 €, most often around 1 950 € (based on our 98 quotes as of 14 August 2026). The till and kitchen remain in the restaurant software registered with the NRA (from around 5 to 100 € per month). - [Transport software](https://saitami.bg/en/transport-software): Transport software for carriers and freight forwarders in Bulgaria: trips, drivers, a GPS fleet map, CMR and eCMR, trip costs, tachograph and inspection deadlines. Ready-made TMS Cargo Manage and Zeron Transport with their prices as of 17.10.2026, plus when a custom system makes sense. Transport software (TMS) is the program where a carrier or freight forwarder manages orders and trips, drivers and vehicles, CMR consignment notes, trip costs and invoices, and often a GPS fleet map as well. For a freight forwarder or small carrier with standard orders, ready-made cloud software costs 7 to 29 € per month. A custom system makes sense when trips, rates and costs need to follow Your rules, or when the system must connect to GPS, fuel cards and accounting: it costs 3 000-29 300 €, most often around 8 600 € (based on 98 of our quotes as of 14 August 2026). - [Logistics software](https://saitami.bg/en/logistics-software): Logistics software for freight forwarders and warehouses holding clients' goods: orders, carriers, margin by route, CMR, barcode warehouse operations and a client portal. Cargo Manage, Trans.eu and MobeeWMS, with their prices as of 17.10.2026 and when a custom system makes sense. Logistics software tracks the order from the client to delivery: which carrier transports it, at what price, what the margin is, where the documents are and when it was paid. For third-party warehousing, it also tracks who owns the goods, where they are stored and what is billed. Ready-made freight forwarding software starts at 7 € per month; a custom system makes sense when freight forwarding, warehousing, the client portal and invoicing need to be one system: 3 000-29 300 € (based on 98 of our quotes as of 14 August 2026). - [Online Store Platform](https://saitami.bg/en/ecommerce-platform): Online store platform in Bulgaria: Shopify, CloudCart and WooCommerce with their prices as of 17.10.2026, the three-year cost, Econt and Speedy, card payments, warehouse integration, and when a custom store works out better. With examples from stores we have built and maintain. An online store platform includes the catalogue, cart, payment, delivery and the panel where you manage products and orders. A hosted platform such as Shopify or CloudCart costs 19-384 € per month, plus fees; WooCommerce is free, but hosting, the theme and extensions cost extra. An online store from us costs 840-6 300 €, usually around 1 950 € (based on 98 of our quotes as of 14 August 2026), as a one-time payment with no percentage of sales. - [LMS system](https://saitami.bg/en/lms-system): An LMS system for online courses, employee training or an education centre: video lessons, tests, certificates and course sales with card payments. Ready-made platforms cost from 24 to around 300 dollars per month. Moodle is free, but requires a server and maintenance. A custom platform makes sense when your training uses your own rules, roles and payment flows: 3 000-29 300 € (based on 98 of our quotes as of 14 August 2026). - [CMS system](https://saitami.bg/en/cms-system): A CMS system where your team can change the website's text, images, posts and languages themselves: WordPress, Payload CMS or a custom editor directly on the page. When to choose which option, what it costs, and examples from Hristiyanski tsentar Sofiya, Lihtgiter and Akbari Perfume. The CMS system is where your team changes the website without a developer: text, images, posts, products and languages. WordPress is free, but the theme, extensions and updates are your responsibility; Payload CMS is open source and sits behind the website; a custom editor directly on the page is easiest for the team. A website with a CMS costs 500-5 000 € (based on 98 of our quotes as of 14 August 2026). - [Dental software](https://saitami.bg/en/dental-software): Custom dental software for a clinic or dental office: patient records with photos and a dental chart, doctors' calendars, online booking, treatment plans and invoices. An online store costs 840-6 300 €, while a system for items and repairs costs 3 000-29 300 € (based on 98 of our quotes as of 14 August 2026). - [Funeral agency software](https://saitami.bg/en/funeral-software): Software and website for a funeral agency: the order with selected services and prices, documents and dates in one place, the team’s tasks in a calendar, the invoice generated from the order, and a website with services, prices and a round-the-clock phone number. The funeral agency software brings the selected services, documents, dates and the family’s contact details together in one order, assigns the team’s tasks in a calendar and issues the invoice from the order. The website presents the services and prices clearly and includes a round-the-clock phone number because people search for help at a difficult time. A website costs 500-5 000 €, while a system costs 3 000-29 300 € (based on 98 of our quotes as of 14 August 2026). - [Security company software](https://saitami.bg/en/security-company-software): Security company software: sites and contracts for SOT and physical security, monthly invoices by contract, patrols on a GPS map, staff, and notifications to the MVR under the Private Security Activity Act. What monitoring software does, what the ERP does, and what it costs. Software for security companies is the ERP that works alongside monitoring software: sites and contracts for SOT and physical security, monthly invoices by contract, patrols by area on a map, security guards and their deadlines, equipment in the warehouse, and the documents required by the Private Security Activity Act. Alarms continue to be received by the monitoring software used by the duty officer. A custom system like this costs 3 000-29 300 €, most often around 8 600 € (based on 98 of our quotes as of 14 August 2026). - [Subscription software](https://saitami.bg/en/subscription-management-software): Software for subscriptions and recurring payments: plans, recurring automatic card payments, scheduled invoices with the Bulgarian required details, failed payments and reminders, and a subscriber portal. Stripe Billing, its pricing as of 17.10.2026, and when a custom system makes sense. Subscription software sells plans, charges the card every month or year, retries failed payments, issues invoices on schedule, and gives subscribers a portal for their plan, card, and invoices. Stripe Billing charges 0.7% of the amount billed; a custom system with Bulgarian invoices and your contract rules costs 3 000-29 300 € (based on 98 of our quotes as of 14 August 2026). - [Document management software](https://saitami.bg/en/document-management-software): Document management software for a company or organisation: incoming and outgoing numbers, email import, sequential approvals, signing with KEP, AI invoice recognition, natural-language search and an archive with retention periods. How much off-the-shelf solutions cost and when a custom system makes sense. Document management software assigns a number to every incoming and outgoing document, routes it through the approvers, signs it with a qualified electronic signature (KEP), and stores it in an archive with a retention period and an activity log showing who did what. Ready-made systems start at around 125 € one-off per connection and go up to a cloud subscription; a custom system makes sense when documents need to follow Your rules and be linked to customers, contracts and invoices: 3 000-29 300 € (based on 98 of our quotes as of 14 August 2026). - [Quality management software](https://saitami.bg/en/quality-management-software): Quality management software for ISO 9001 or HACCP: controlled documents with versions and approvals, nonconformities and corrective actions with an assigned person responsible and a deadline, internal audits, training and records. What we do and what we have not done. Quality management software stores procedures and instructions as controlled documents with versions, approvals and signatures, turns every nonconformity into a task with an assigned person responsible and a deadline, and manages the audits, training and records that the certification body wants to see. Custom-built around Your management system, it costs 3 000-29 300 € (based on 98 of our quotes as of 14 August 2026). - [Invoicing software](https://saitami.bg/en/invoicing-software): Invoicing software: a free online invoice with the details required under Art. 114 of the VAT Act, ready-made software and its pricing, the rules for invoices in euro, numbering and electronic invoicing from 2028, plus custom software with monthly invoicing and card payments. Invoicing software is the software a company uses to issue invoices, proforma invoices and credit notes with all the details required under Art. 114 of the VAT Act, in euro and with sequential ten-digit numbering. For a few invoices a month, the free invoice on this page or ready-made software costing a few euro a month is enough; custom software makes sense when invoices need to be generated automatically from contracts, orders or subscriptions and customers need to pay by card. As a complete system, it costs 3 000-29 300 €, most often around 8 600 € (based on 98 of our quotes as of 14 August 2026). - [Retail store software](https://saitami.bg/en/retail-software): Software for a shop with in-store and online sales: a cash register program approved by the NRA, barcode inventory management, and an online store with one stock level and prices changed in one place. Microinvest, micro.bg, Detelina and Plyus Minus, with their prices as of 17.10.2026, and when a custom system makes sense. Shop software combines the checkout, inventory and online store with one stock level: items sold in-store and online are deducted from the same quantity, and the price is changed in one place. In Bulgaria, the checkout must be SUPTO, approved by the NRA, so we recommend a ready-made program for it, from 6,85 € per user per month; we build the online store and the integration: 840-6 300 €, while the full system costs 3 000-29 300 € (based on 98 of our quotes as of 14 August 2026). ## Comparisons and buying guides (15) Each comparison names the ready-made products a Bulgarian company is weighing up, with a public source and date for every fact, and shows what the company gets with the system from Saitami. - [Custom ERP or off-the-shelf ERP: which one and when, with prices from 98 quotes](https://saitami.bg/en/saitami-vs-ready-made-erp): A ready-made ERP when your process is standard; a custom ERP when the rules are yours or integrations are needed. A modern platform connecting customers with professional tradespeople: a mobile app, web portal and AI-powered search. Project price: €35,000. Live: https://fix-app.eu FIX is an innovative platform that solves one of the most common problems for households in Bulgaria: finding a reliable tradesperson. When the client came to us, the market was dominated by Facebook groups and word-of-mouth recommendations. There was no centralized platform with a rating system and guaranteed quality. We developed a complete ecosystem: a mobile app for iOS and Android (React Native + Expo), a web platform for searching and booking (Next.js), and an admin panel for managing the entire business. Users can find tradespeople by service category and location, view ratings and reviews, and book an appointment directly through the app. One of the key innovations is the AI-powered search, which understands natural language. Instead of choosing from categories, you can write "the tap in my bathroom is leaking" and the system automatically suggests plumbers in your area. We use Gemini AI to classify requests and match them with suitable tradespeople. For tradespeople, we developed a separate interface that lets them manage their profile, accept or decline requests, generate invoices and receive payments directly in the app through a Stripe integration. Push notifications ensure a fast response to new requests. The backend is built on .NET with a PostgreSQL database, hosted on a VPS with hot reload for fast iteration. Real-time chat between the customer and the tradesperson is implemented through WebSocket, allowing them to discuss details before and during the service. We paid special attention to UX design: the path from search to booking is short, and the interface is minimalist, with clear hierarchy and navigation. - [KinetiX AI: fitness app with an AI coach](https://saitami.bg/en/kinetix-ai-fitness-app-with-ai-form-correction): KinetiX AI · Fitness and health · 2026. A mobile app that watches through the phone’s camera, counts reps and corrects your form by voice, in real time, without the video ever leaving the device. App, backend, admin panel and website built from scratch. Live: https://kinetixfit.com KinetiX AI is the idea of a fitness coach from Sofia: an app that does what he does in the gym when he stands next to a client. It watches you perform an exercise, counts your reps and tells you what to fix while you’re doing it. Not after the workout, and not from a video you sent somewhere. Right on the phone. We started in August 2026 with the question that decides everything: can a phone tell the difference between a proper and an improper squat in real time, without a server? We built a browser prototype in two weeks: the camera, a pose model (33 points on the body, 30 times per second) and the first rules for squats and bicep curls. The client opened it on his phone at the gym, recorded the screen and sent us the clips. From there, we worked on his recordings every week: which camera angle is misleading, when a back is “rounded” and when the person is simply short, how late is too late for a cue. The product’s core is the ai-core package: points from the model go in, and rep-level verdicts and instructions come out. Each exercise has rules for joint angles, tilt and symmetry, with thresholds tuned against real videos, not a textbook. Before analysis starts, the app checks the camera angle and whether the whole body is visible, because half of incorrect verdicts come from a poorly positioned phone. The coach gives one instruction at a time-the most important one-and waits for you to do it; it praises you when your reps are clean. The voice is recorded, not synthesized on the spot: Bulgarian and English, calm, with no exclamation marks. Around the core, we built the complete app: sign-up with an email code, Google or Apple, onboarding, ready-made workouts by category (HIIT, strength, stretching, technique), a player with sets, rest periods and trainer video, progress with history and clean reps by exercise, and a Pro subscription for AI mode. Everything is bilingual from the first screen. The backend is Next.js with PostgreSQL: authentication, catalog, sessions, subscription permissions and Stripe. The admin panel is for the client himself: he manages exercises and AI criteria, workout programs, uploads his videos (the server transcodes them with ffmpeg), views users, statistics, payments and the early-access email list from the website. Developers have a separate role because a new exercise requires algorithm work, not just another row in a table. The kinetixfit.com website follows the product’s brand guidelines: green pose nodes as a visual signature, real recordings from the app instead of stock footage, two languages and an early-access form that writes directly to the backend. We registered the client’s company with the Apple Developer Program and Google Play Console, released the app in TestFlight and set up its business email on its own domain. The project is in progress: the app is with the client for testing, with the App Store, Google Play and in-store subscriptions still to come. - [OMEGA LIGHT - MEAN WELL catalogue system with parametric search](https://saitami.bg/en/omega-light-mean-well-power-supply-catalog): Omega Light · Distribution of power supplies and LED components · 2026. Software system for the catalogue of MEAN WELL’s official distributor in Bulgaria (meanwell.bg): over 3 700 power supplies with 61 technical parameters, typo-tolerant search, filters, a one-page configurator, comparison, price tiers for business customers, quotation requests without registration, and SEO migration from the old site without losing URLs. Live: https://meanwell.bg OMEGA LIGHT is MEAN WELL's official importer and distributor for Bulgaria, with retail locations in Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna, Burgas, Stara Zagora and Blagoevgrad. MEAN WELL makes power supplies: LED drivers, DIN-rail power supplies, adapters, chargers, DC-DC converters and inverters. Its catalogue contains thousands of models that differ in power, voltage, current, protection and enclosure, and the buyer - usually an engineer or electrician - searches precisely by these figures. The old site was a single static 1.4 MB file with the entire catalogue on one page and no parameter search. Customers had known it for 15 years, so the new site preserves its look: the dark red bar and MEAN WELL's red accent, but everything underneath is new. The catalogue was built from scratch and is simultaneously a website, B2B store and product data system. Over 3 700 models are organised into a tree of groups, categories, series and model groups, with 61 technical parameters, each with its own type and unit of measurement. The parameters were not entered by hand: they were extracted from the manufacturer's specifications in PDF format, across four different table layouts, then supplemented and checked against the customer's tables. Search accepts the model as people actually type it: partially, without hyphens or with letters in the wrong order. Filters narrow the results by voltage, power, class, PFC, water protection and availability, with the number of remaining models shown next to each value. The configurator asks six questions on one page, and the number of suitable models changes with every selection. Comparison places up to four models side by side and highlights the differences. Prices are in euro, with a base price and wholesale price on every product page. Business customers see their price levels and individual prices without being shown how they were calculated. A quote request requires no registration, while the quick request accepts a list of models and quantities pasted directly from a table. The migration preserves the searches the company had built up over the years: every old page and all six language versions of the old site redirect to the new URLs, while 1 139 old files (specifications, certificates and catalogues) remain available at the same URLs as before. Before launch, we checked 1 267 old URLs one by one: not a single one was lost. The site has been live at meanwell.bg since 8 October 2026. The first two stages were completed weeks ahead of the deadlines in the contract. - [OMEGA LAIT, OSRAM DECOR decorative lamp catalog](https://saitami.bg/en/omega-light-osram-decor-lighting-catalog): Omega Light · Lighting distribution · 2026. Catalog of OSRAM and LEDVANCE decorative lamps for their official distributor in Bulgaria (led-decor.bg): 910 models organized by interior style, series and room, data taken directly from OSRAM spreadsheets, barcode search, quick list-based enquiry and a look based on the DECOR 2026/27 presentation. From accepted quote to live website: 15 days. Live: https://led-decor.bg OMEGA LAIT is the official distributor of LEDVANCE and OSRAM for Bulgaria, with offices in Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna, Burgas, Stara Zagora and Blagoevgrad. We had already built their MEAN WELL power supply catalog on meanwell.bg. The second catalog serves a completely different buyer: not an engineer searching by volts and amps, but someone furnishing their home and choosing a lamp based on how the room will look. That is why the catalog is organized the way OSRAM presents the DECOR 2026/27 collection: by interior style (Playful, Clean, Nostalgia, Boho, Glamorous, Industrial), then by series and room. The look follows OSRAM's presentation: a warm, light background, OSRAM orange as an accent, large interior photos and plenty of whitespace. The data was not entered by hand. OSRAM provides its distributors with a spreadsheet containing around 14 000 products and 135 columns, while OMEGA LAIT has its own price list. The catalog connects them by barcode (EAN): the OSRAM spreadsheet supplies the categories, descriptions, images and documents, while the price list supplies the price and the decision about what to sell. Bulgarian names are assembled automatically from the type, series and color, with the correct grammatical gender: "Pendant lamp Decor Bolty E27, yellow". Updating means uploading the new spreadsheets in the admin panel: first a test run that shows what will change, then one click. Buyers can find a lamp by style, series, category or search. Retailers and installers who arrive with the code from the box can enter the full barcode, the first seven digits or just the last six. Quick enquiry accepts a complete list pasted from a spreadsheet or email, with a barcode or name on each line, and recognizes every line. Prices are in euro including VAT, with time-limited promotional prices, and enquiries do not require registration: the customer collects the lamps in a list, sends it, and the OMEGA LAIT team replies with availability, lead time and final price. The homepage, banners and promotions are changed from the admin panel, and the company now handles this itself. The catalog has been live at led-decor.bg since 14 October 2026, 15 days after the quote was accepted. - [LiftexPro - ERP for elevator companies](https://saitami.bg/en/liftexpro-elevator-erp): LiftexPro · Elevators · 2024. SaaS ERP system for elevator companies, covering everything from inspection scheduling and building management to a mobile app for technicians and automatic invoicing. Live: https://liftexpro.com LiftexPro is a specialized SaaS platform for companies that maintain and install elevators. Elevator companies often run their businesses using Excel spreadsheets and paper forms. We developed a complete ERP system that automates the entire workflow: managing buildings and elevators, scheduling technical inspections, generating reports, invoicing, and financial analysis. The mobile app for technicians (React Native + Expo) is the key innovation. Field technicians have access to technical documentation, drawings, and repair history directly on their phones. They can complete reports with a digital signature, add photos, and log completed work in real time. Automatic invoicing runs on its own: the system generates invoices based on subscription plans and completed services. Stripe integration enables online payments for the elevator companies' customers. The building manager module gives building managers access to elevator status, upcoming inspections, and invoices without having to call the service company. The backend is built with .NET and PostgreSQL, while the frontend uses Next.js. The system supports a multi-tenant architecture: each elevator company has its own isolated workspace with customized settings and branding. - [Pelikan DTM - ERP system for warehouse, checkout and documents](https://saitami.bg/en/pelikan-dtm-erp-warehouse-pos): Pelikan DTM · Office equipment distribution · 2026. An integrated business process management system for an office equipment distributor: two locations, 2 564 products, a checkout with a barcode scanner, deliveries, purchase invoices, PDF documents, quotations, price lists, stocktakes, reports and a connection to the online store. Built as part of a project co-financed by the European Union. Pelikan DTM is the official representative of CITIZEN SYSTEMS JAPAN for Bulgaria, based in Gabrovo. The company sells calculators, thermal printers, healthcare products and office equipment wholesale and retail, and runs a bookshop in the same city. Before the system was introduced, the warehouse, bookshop, invoices and online store lived in separate spreadsheets and programmes, while stock levels were checked manually. The system was built from scratch for this company and is the foundation of project BG16RFPR001-1.012-1066-C01 “Building an Integrated Business Process Management System at Pelikan DTM OOD” under the Competitiveness and Innovation in Enterprises Programme 2021-2027, co-financed by the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund. Each product has four prices (cost, wholesale, store and bookshop) and stock by location: Office, the main warehouse, and Bookshop. The checkout sells by barcode scanner or name search and does not allow an out-of-stock item to be sold. A delivery starts as a supplier order, is received line by line at the purchase price and automatically adds the goods to the warehouse. A purchase invoice can create a new product directly from its line, without leaving the document. Sales are issued as an invoice, pro forma invoice, receipt or delivery note, with PDF generation and printing, discounts and VAT by rate. A quotation becomes an invoice with one click, while the price list prepares a catalogue using a selected price source and a discount for a specific customer. Amounts are in euro, and documents also show the value in Bulgarian leva at the fixed exchange rate of 1.95583, as required during the transition to the euro. A stocktake is the physical counting of a location. It handles 2 500 products at once, with server-side pagination and search, and remains a draft while counting is in progress. It distinguishes a counted zero from an uncounted product, so nothing is reset by mistake. A transfer between the warehouse and bookshop is a single document with an unlimited number of lines, printing before saving, and valuation at the price of the destination location. The online store pelikan-dtm.com is connected to the system: its orders enter the ERP as orders, while products are published from the ERP to the store. Above it all are roles (the administrator and bookshop see different things), an audit log of every action, a real-time log of user errors and a font-size setting for easier reading behind the counter. - [KingsTeam - vocational quest olympiad and video studio](https://saitami.bg/en/kingsteam-quest-olympiad-video-studio): KingsTeam · Education and olympiads · 2026. National platform for vocational olympiads: 3 524 schools and kindergartens, 8 roles, tests with video and a timer, QR-coded certificates, and a browser-based video studio with transitions, captions, camera recording and questions on the timeline. Live: https://kingsteamolympiad-qp.com KingsTeam runs vocational quest olympiads for children from kindergarten through 12th grade. The child chooses a country, city and type of competition, signs up for a profession such as “Detective”, “Architect” or “Doctor”, and takes tests in rounds: qualification, final and superfinal. Each round begins with a video lesson, and the questions appear exactly when the lesson reaches them. This is the most ambitious project we have built in education, and the most demanding client we have worked with. Not as a complaint, but as a number: in three months, we logged 185 separate requests, each with a number, solution and status in a single register that never deletes a row. Some were one word in a text. Others were entire modules, such as the video studio below. The client knew exactly how everything had to look and did not accept “almost”. The platform was built from scratch. Coding began on 28 June 2026, and the site went live on 15 September, eleven weeks later. On launch day, we released five production versions. Behind the site are 40 pages, around 46 000 lines of TypeScript and 39 database migrations. There are eight roles inside: student, graduate, teacher, kindergarten teacher, expert, manager, sponsor and administrator, each with its own dashboard. The register contains 3 524 schools and kindergartens in 5 414 populated places, imported from the public MON register without losing a single existing record. 15 professions, 63 tests, 603 questions. The teacher registers and pays for the entire class at once. Each participant receives a personal code, while anyone who passes the final receives a PDF certificate with a QR code that can be verified publicly without displaying the child’s name. The test engine supports a timer, multiple-choice and open-ended questions, photos and mathematical symbols in questions and answers, video-based tasks and a code word for each round. The home page features a real spinning globe built with three.js, a map of active competitions by region and animated tickets, and the administrator can rearrange it independently. Then came the most difficult request. The olympiad lessons are videos, and the client wanted to edit them independently, directly in the admin panel, like in CapCut or Filmora. Not just upload and trim, but full editing. We built it. The video studio runs in the browser, with no software to install. Videos, photos and music are dragged onto the timeline. Clips can be trimmed, sped up, muted, colour-adjusted and cropped. There are 13 types of transitions between clips. Captions come in six fonts, with entrance and exit animations, while stickers and picture-in-picture elements can sit on up to eight tracks stacked on top of one another. There is camera and microphone recording directly into the project, four aspect ratios including 9:16 for mobile, undo, keyboard shortcuts and automatic saving. Test questions appear as markers on the timeline itself. Wherever the marker is, the video pauses and the child answers. Move a clip and the questions move with it. One button exports the finished video and adds it to the test together with the questions. The export is a real video assembled on the server with FFmpeg, not a screen recording. The server has two cores and 2 GB of memory, while the lessons are 35 minutes long in 1080p, so we split the rendering into three steps: first the audio, then each clip and transition separately, and finally everything together with the captions. A two-minute Full HD video exports in about three minutes using 624 MB of memory. The browser preview and the exported file are generated by the same function, so a caption that appears at 3.2 seconds appears at 3.2 seconds in the file too. - [Ekovat: custom ERP for water and sewerage companies and field teams](https://saitami.bg/en/ecowat-custom-erp): industry solution · Water supply and sewerage · 2026. Custom ERP for a company with field operations: requests, work orders, fleet, warehouse and AI-powered document and invoice recognition. Live: https://ecowat.mmm.software Ecowat is a custom-built ERP system for a company with field operations. Instead of scattered spreadsheets and paper, the entire process lives in one place: requests, team work orders, fleet, warehouse and reports. A key module is AI-powered document recognition: an uploaded invoice or delivery note (PDF/photo) is read automatically, extracting the number, dates, site, contract, delivery points and product lines, each with a confidence level. An operator confirms the recognised data, which then flows into orders and inventory instead of being entered manually. The system has role-based permissions, runs in a browser and is accessible to teams in the field and in the office. - [Pro Structura: platform and landing page for a productivity system](https://saitami.bg/en/prostructura-productivity-system): Pro Structura · Productivity · 2025. Live: https://prostructura.bg Pro Structura is a digital engineering guide that turns chaos into order through a practical productivity system in 30 chapters. We built a conversion-focused landing page with a clear content structure, sections for chapters and modules, testimonials, a pricing plan and strong call-to-action elements. The design is dark and focused, with accents and animations that smoothly guide visitors from the promise to the purchase. The page is mobile-first, fast and optimised for SEO and advertising. - [Crypto.bg: cryptocurrency buying and selling platform](https://saitami.bg/en/crypto-bg-cryptocurrency-exchange): Crypto.bg · Cryptocurrencies · 2022. A Bulgarian platform for buying and selling Bitcoin, Ethereum and other cryptocurrencies with payments in Bulgarian lev. Crypto.bg is a Bulgarian platform for buying and selling cryptocurrency with payments in BGN. We developed a web platform that allows users to buy Bitcoin, Ethereum and USDC directly with BGN through EasyPay, FastPay and bank transfer. The focus was on simplicity: unlike international exchanges, Crypto.bg offers a streamlined process suitable for beginners. Security was the top priority. We implemented two-factor authentication (2FA), cold storage for most funds, and an automated system for monitoring suspicious transactions. All users undergo KYC verification in line with Bulgarian legislation. We integrated a live cryptocurrency price ticker with a 7-day chart, a P2P forum for direct exchange between users, and a detailed FAQ section in Bulgarian. The platform uses real-time WebSocket updates to refresh prices without reloading the page. We also developed the mobile version of the website, optimised for fast purchases from a phone. - [MysteryBet: crypto gaming platform](https://saitami.bg/en/mysterybet-crypto-gaming): MysteryBet · Gaming · 2023. Innovative blockchain gaming platform with crypto rewards, promoted by rapper Smokepurpp. MysteryBet is one of the most ambitious projects we have worked on: a blockchain gaming platform that combines crypto technologies with casual games. American rapper Smokepurpp became the face of the brand. The project involved developing a web platform with multiple gaming modules, each with unique mechanics and visual design. Players could bet and win cryptocurrency through a transparent provably fair system that guaranteed the integrity of results through blockchain verification. The design is aggressively modern: a dark theme, neon accents, animated backgrounds and a cinematic aesthetic. We worked with professional photographers on the promotional materials featuring Smokepurpp, including luxury visuals with Maybach cars. The technical challenge was immense: integration with multiple blockchain networks, a real-time gaming engine, a system for managing user balances and withdrawals, and compliance with regulatory requirements across different jurisdictions. The marketing campaign included influencer partnerships, a social media strategy and promotional videos with Smokepurpp. - [Heal Fit: iOS app for therapeutic exercise](https://saitami.bg/en/heal-fit-therapeutic-fitness-app): Heal Fit · Health and rehabilitation · 2026. iOS app for therapeutic and rehabilitative exercise: video workouts in Bulgarian, progress series and registration for live sessions. Live: https://apps.apple.com/bg/app/heal-fit/id6775526464 Heal Fit is an App Store app for therapeutic and rehabilitation exercise, created together with instructor Marusya Ivanova. Everything is in one place and in Bulgarian: a workout video library, an introductory course for beginners, and series that guide users step by step. Users can work out at home at their own pace or sign up for live group sessions through the built-in schedule. A short preview of each workout lets them see its content before unlocking the full video. The app was designed with a clean, calming interface suited to a health-focused audience and is available for free on the App Store. - [Natsionalna Asansyorna Kompania: website with a quote calculator](https://saitami.bg/en/nak-website): National Elevator Company · Elevators · 2024. Corporate website for a Bulgarian elevator company with a portfolio, quote calculator and CRM integration. Live: https://nec.eu.com Natsionalna Asansyorna Kompaniya (NAK) is a Bulgarian company specialising in elevator installation, modernisation and maintenance. We created a modern corporate website focused on trust and professionalism. The portfolio section showcases real projects with before-and-after photos, technical details and client reviews. This is crucial for B2B sales in the industry. The quote calculator allows potential customers to get an approximate price for a new elevator or the modernisation of an existing one. The form collects information about the building, number of stops and elevator type, then generates a preliminary estimate. The CRM integration connects the website to the internal customer management system. Every enquiry automatically creates a new lead with complete information, speeding up the sales process. The SEO strategy focuses on local searches: "block of flats elevator", "elevator modernisation price" and similar terms. - [Saitami ERP: the system we use to manage our sales, with calls, emails, quotes and invoices in one place](https://saitami.bg/en/saitami-erp-system): industry solution · Software company · 2026. Our own ERP and CRM system: a priority-ranked task queue, browser-based calls with recording and transcription, emails prepared by AI according to our rules, quotes and invoices that clients can open and accept online, and recorded meetings with summaries. We build the same system to order for companies with sales and customer service teams. Saitami ERP is the system our team works in every day. It is one system: contacts, deals, calls, emails, meetings, quotes, invoices and tasks are all in one place and connected to one another. The queue prioritises the work. Every task carries its reason: an overdue promise, someone waiting for our reply, a hot lead, the money at stake in a deal, an open quote, a ready-to-send email. A team member opens the first one and moves forward task by task, with the system dialing calls automatically when they tell it to. Calls take place in the browser. The conversation is recorded, transcribed within minutes and summarised; during the call, the screen shows what has been said so far, what has been promised and what to ask next. After the call, the system suggests the next step automatically: an email, a meeting or a quote. Emails are prepared by AI according to the company’s rules: what can be promised, what cannot and how the company should sound. The team member reads, edits and clicks “Send”. Every reply we owe stays in the queue until it is sent. Quotes, contracts, specifications and invoices are documents in the system with a public page: the client opens them, we can see when and where they were opened, the client accepts with one click, and the payment is recorded against the document. The deal knows how much it is worth and what has been paid. Meetings have a recording and summary, whether they take place in the system’s meeting room, online or in person with a phone recording. The tasks left by the meeting come out of the summary. Campaigns email new companies based on a measured reason: the system opens the company’s website, measures it and writes about what it has seen. The machine builds a system demonstration for every company that replies, and the team member sends it with the email. There is an iPhone and Mac app with the queue, calls and notes. Team members have roles: who can see what, who approves what and who hands a task to whom. - [Labimex: B2B online store for laboratory supplies](https://saitami.bg/en/labimex-laboratory-supplies): Labimex · Laboratory supplies · 2023. B2B e-commerce platform for laboratory consumables and equipment, with a product catalogue and quotation system. Live: https://labimex.net Labimex is a supplier of laboratory consumables, reagents, and equipment in Bulgaria. The company serves universities, hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, and research institutes. They needed a modern B2B platform to replace their outdated paper catalog. We developed an e-commerce solution with a product catalog organized into categories and subcategories. Each product includes technical specifications, PDF documentation, and availability information. Search supports filtering by manufacturer, category, and CAS number (for chemical reagents). The B2B functionality includes a request and quotation system: institutions can submit a list of the products they need and receive a customized quote. This system replaced email-based communication. The design is professional and functional: a dark theme with accents, fast loading, and intuitive navigation suited to specialists who know what they are looking for. - [Vida Luxe: website for an aesthetic clinic with online booking](https://saitami.bg/en/vida-luxe-aesthetic-clinic): Vida Luxe · Aesthetic clinic · 2025. Website for an aesthetic clinic offering laser hair removal and other treatments, with a luxurious dark design and online appointment booking. Live: https://vida-luxe.com Vida Luxe is an aesthetic clinic offering laser hair removal and modern cosmetic treatments. We built an elegant website with a luxurious dark design that reinforces the clinic’s premium positioning. Each service has its own page with descriptions, benefits, and pricing, while clear call-to-action elements and the booking form turn visitors into booked clients. The website is mobile-first, fast, and optimized for local SEO and Google Ads. - [Vida Luxe: Facebook and Instagram posts](https://saitami.bg/en/vida-luxe-facebook-instagram-posts): Vida Luxe · Aesthetic centre · 2026. Aesthetic centre in Ruse: three Facebook and Instagram posts a week, each about a real treatment offered by the centre, with an image generated from a brief, a custom text template and publishing that does not depend on someone being there that day. Live: https://www.instagram.com/vidaluxe_/ Vida Luxe is an aesthetic centre in Ruse whose website we built in 2025. In the summer of 2026, the owner wanted the centre to maintain a regular presence on Facebook and Instagram without hiring someone for it or having to think up new posts every week. We built it as a system, not as a “we’ll put something out”. Every month, we create a calendar: three posts a week, on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 11:20, each tied to a specific device or treatment the centre actually offers: laser hair removal with Elysion Pro, NuEra Tight radiofrequency, Dr. Platon cold plasma, Expert Cleanse PRO cleansing, and Skeyndor and Gigi treatments and cosmetics. The copy uses the formal “you”, and is short and honest: it says who the treatment is for, what it does and what it does not promise. The images are generated by an AI model from a brief written for each post: lighting, shot, person and mood. The model never writes text, however. Every letter on the image is drawn by our own template because generated Cyrillic breaks. The template is locked: the same wordmark, the same headline font, the same gold “Book an appointment” button and “Ruse” on every post. From October, there are five layouts, so no two adjacent posts in the profile look alike while the brand remains consistent. The client approves the entire month from one page: the date, image, copy and hashtags for every post. Nothing goes live without an explicit “yes”. Once approved, Facebook posts are scheduled natively, while Instagram, which has no scheduling in its API, is handled by our publishing module on our server: every ten minutes, it checks what is due and uploads it. Two monitors protect the process: one raises an alarm if the module stops, and the other when fewer than four approved posts remain, roughly a week before the profile falls silent. September 2026: 13 of 13 posts went out on their scheduled day and time, simultaneously on both channels. Before that, we had also tested Google Ads for the centre: the ads reached the top positions but generated no calls, so we recommended stopping after the test instead of spending the client’s budget. - [Lichtgitter Bulgaria: website with editing directly on the page](https://saitami.bg/en/lichtgitter-bulgaria-steel-grating-website): Lichtgitter Bulgaria · Manufacturing of grating and stair treads · 2026. Manufacturer of steel grating and stair treads from the Lichtgitter Group: 17 pages, an enquiry form with drawing upload, and a built-in editor that lets the company change text and photos directly on the website and add articles, without coding and without a monthly fee. Live: https://lichtgitter.bg Lichtgitter Bulgaria manufactures contact-welded and press-locked grating, stair treads, fibreglass-reinforced resin grating and perforated profiles in Skutare, near Plovdiv. The company has been operating since 2004 and is part of the Lichtgitter Group, which has been making grating since 1929. Its customers include Aurubis, Solvey Sodi and KCM, and its grating can be found on the steel bridge in Simeonovgrad, at the ancient forum in Plovdiv and on the first licensed rooftop helipad in Bulgaria. The old website was more than ten years old. It had no enquiry form, the home page loaded slowly because of its heavy images, and all 19 pages had the same title in Google. When we contacted the company about the form, the manager explained that the reason was simple: almost every enquiry comes with a drawing, hand sketch or diagram, every quotation is individual, and there is no price list. So we built a drawing upload form. Customers attach a drawing, sketch or photo of the site (PDF, JPG, PNG, DWG or DXF), choose the material and surface treatment, and enter the dimensions, quantity and where the grating will be installed. The enquiry arrives in the company’s inbox with the file, ready for a quotation. There are no prices on the website, and there should not be. The new website has 17 pages: a home page, the two types of grating with their technical details, industrial and architectural applications, projects the company is proud of, a delivery table, references and brochures that open directly on screen, plus about and contact pages with a map pointing to the exact company location. The design takes the red and dark tones from the Lichtgitter logo, while the photos show the company’s own projects. The editing system took the most work. The manager wanted to be able to add complete articles with photos himself and asked whether he should use Visual Studio or Expression Web. He did not need to. He logs in at lichtgitter.bg/redakcia using a link sent by email, with no password to remember. The website opens in editing mode: click any text and type directly into it, click “Change photo” on any image, and “Save” saves the page. If something goes wrong, “Restore previous” brings back the last saved version. From “Articles”, he can write a new article with a title, text and photos and publish it with one click. Everything runs on the hosting the company was already paying for. There is no WordPress to update and no monthly fee payable to us. The website remains fast static HTML, while the editor preserves the titles, Google descriptions and structured data with every change. It took 10 days from the demo to the launch of lichtgitter.bg, in October 2026. After launch, we also added free redirects for 63 old URLs, a “Questions and answers” section, and a company description for Google and AI assistants. Google’s speed score reached 98 out of 100. - [PINTOR, website for a manufacturer of paints and renders, with 1 329 colours and a material calculator](https://saitami.bg/en/pintor-paint-render-manufacturer-website): Pintor · Construction materials manufacturing · 2026. Website for a manufacturer of dry construction mixtures, paints, primers, adhesives and renders from Bankya: 41 products in 13 groups with technical data and PDF datasheets, four wall systems with a material calculator, 1 329 colours from two catalogues with searches by code and RGB, HEX, CMYK and LAB, a price list with product numbers, and an admin panel where the company can change everything itself. Live: https://pintor-bg.com PINTOR EOOD manufactures dry construction mixtures, water-based paints, primers, cement and dispersion adhesives, waterproofing products and decorative facade renders, and sells them from its company shop and warehouse in Bankya, near Sofia. The company has been operating since 2015, while its predecessor, LIIV 1 EOOD, was established in 2007. The new website is organised the way a tradesperson thinks about a wall: not by product, but by system, from primer to paint. Four systems, thermal insulation, balconies and terraces, interior walls, and bathrooms, are shown layer by layer: which product comes after which, how long it takes to dry, and how much material is needed per square metre. Each system has a calculator underneath. Enter the area, choose the thickness of the EPS insulation, the anchor length and the render, and the calculator gives you the number of sheets, kilograms, pieces and metres of mesh. The coverage rates come from the company, based on the owner's specifications: 2 EPS sheets, 8 kg of adhesive filler, 5 anchors and 0.9 m of mesh per square metre for the thermal insulation. There are 41 products in 13 groups. Each has its own page with properties, coverage rate, warranty period, packaging with units per pallet, product number, technical datasheet and safety data sheet in PDF, transferred from the old website, plus an enquiry form with the product and package already selected. The colour catalogues contain 1 329 shades: the PINTOR catalogue with 348 and Harmony Synthesis with 981. You can search by shade code or catalogue code. Clicking a colour fills the entire screen and shows the code, catalogue code, RGB, HEX, CMYK and LAB, while “Previous” and “Next” let you browse neighbouring shades. The “Enquire about this shade” button sends an enquiry with the code. For 50 shades, the colour in the catalogue differs from the stated RGB value; on the website, we display them by RGB and have informed the company about this. There are no prices on the website because the company provides a price upon enquiry. That is why the price list is a list of all products with their packages and product numbers, with a search function and a “Request a quote” button on every row. A separate page shows the tiles, sanitaryware and parquet flooring from the brands sold by the shop, with a form for the brand, collection and area. The projects gallery shows facades in Bankya, Gabrovo, Pomorie and Filipovtsi. The owner wanted to add products with photos, descriptions and coverage rates, change colour shades, add projects and change the shop photo himself. The admin panel at pintor-bg.com/admin does exactly that: you log in with your email, a login link arrives within a minute, and from there you can change products, colours, pages, projects and contacts. Every change appears on the website immediately. The website is fast, static HTML hosted on the hosting service the company was already paying for, with no WordPress and no monthly fee to us. Form enquiries arrive in the company's inbox. The old website has been kept in a separate folder on the hosting service, while old URLs lead to the new pages. Every page has its own title and description, structured data for the shop, products and their paths, a sitemap and llms.txt for ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity. Work began on 9 October 2026, and the website went live on 17 October 2026. - [GP Invest: website for cash registers and POS terminals](https://saitami.bg/en/gp-invest-pos-fiscal-devices): GP Invest · Cash registers and POS · 2025. New website and online store for the official representative of CITIZEN SYSTEMS JAPAN in Bulgaria: custom WooCommerce theme, 860 products organised in a category tree, filters by brand and type, colour selection, model-specific accessories, price enquiries and integration with the company’s ERP system. Live: https://pelikan-dtm.com Pelikan DTM is an office equipment distributor from Gabrovo and the official representative of CITIZEN SYSTEMS JAPAN in Bulgaria. Its catalogue includes CITIZEN, ELEVEN, SHARP, HP and REBELL calculators, blood pressure monitors, thermometers and oximeters from RAYCOME and LITTLE DOCTOR, thermal printers and banknote detectors. The pelikan-dtm.com website was built from scratch on WordPress and WooCommerce, using our own custom theme, with no ready-made template or visual editor. The theme is version-controlled and deployed with a script that refuses to overwrite changes made directly on the server. The catalogue of 860 products is organised in a tree up to four levels deep, exactly according to the client’s spreadsheet: “For the Office”, “For Our Health” and “Gift Ideas”, with desktop, pocket, scientific, printing and speciality calculators inside. The store has filters by brand and type, sorting by brand and type, a mega menu on desktop and a three-level menu on mobile. Wholesale prices are negotiated, so the catalogue works on an enquiry basis: every product has a “Price Enquiry” button and a phone number, and the enquiry goes to the right person. Models available in several colours change their image and product number when a colour is selected, while adapters and consumables appear under the models they fit. The search recognises product numbers as customers type them. Checkout requires a phone number and makes the email address optional, while the invoice fields are clearly visible because buyers are mostly businesses. The store is connected to Pelikan DTM’s ERP system: orders go into it, while products come from it. The website is protected from bots that bring stores with filters down: requests without a real visitor behind them to filtered pages are rejected, while AI and SEO bots cannot reach the catalogue. WordPress scheduled tasks run on a schedule rather than on visits, after visits once brought down the server. The footer of every page displays the project banner for the “Competitiveness and Innovation in Enterprises” Programme 2021-2027. - [Akbari Perfume: online store for niche perfumes](https://saitami.bg/en/akbari-perfume-house-luxury-fragrances): Akbari Perfume House · Perfumery · 2023. The online store of a Bulgarian niche perfume brand, built and maintained by us: custom design, the notes of every fragrance, the option to choose a second fragrance at -50% directly on the product page, live Econt and Spidi shipping rates at checkout, server-side Meta tracking, and an SEO layer with guides in Bulgarian and English. Live: https://akbariperfume.com Akbari Perfume is a Bulgarian niche perfume brand with five stores in Sofia and Plovdiv and an online store at akbariperfume.com. We built the site from the first line of code: Next.js with Payload CMS, where the owner manages products, inventory, promotions and coupons herself, without having to contact us for every change. The design is dark, with gold accents and large product photos. Each fragrance has a page with its note pyramid (top, heart and base notes), intensity, prices for 50 and 80 ml, and similar fragrances. The catalogue is available in Bulgarian and English, with categories for women's, men's and unisex perfumes, bestsellers, oils and home fragrances. The brand's commercial rule is “every second 50 or 80 ml perfume at 50% off”, and the store makes it easy instead of explaining it. A second-fragrance selector sits below the order button, adding both fragrances to the cart at once; the cart shows the discount immediately, and the same calculation is used on the product page, in the cart and in the order because the rule lives in one place in the code. Promotional bottles and testers are excluded by definition, while coupons are applied to the already discounted price, so the two discounts never stack accidentally. Delivery is handled by two couriers, and the customer chooses. Econt works through their official module at a fixed price of 5 EUR. Speedy has no module for custom stores, so we built it entirely on their API: searching for a locality, offices and lockers, delivery to an address, live pricing based on the cart's weight, and a waybill created with one click from the order admin. The module rejects anything Speedy cannot serve: a locality without delivery, a locker the parcel will not fit in, or an address with no price. Advertising is measured against real orders. Meta Pixel and Conversions API send every event from both the browser and the server, with deduplication; each order stores the campaign and ad it came from, while the Meta product catalogue is generated from the store's own data. In 2026, we also added the SEO layer: robots and a sitemap with language links, a canonical URL for every page, structured data for the company, its five stores and every product, titles and descriptions for every category, nine guides on the topics people search for when looking for perfume, a questions-and-answers page, a complete English version of the catalogue, and llms.txt for assistants such as ChatGPT and Perplexity. - [Akbari Perfume: Facebook and Instagram advertising](https://saitami.bg/en/akbari-perfume-facebook-instagram-ads): Akbari Perfume House · Perfumery · 2025. Performance advertising for a perfume brand: over 70 Meta ad creatives, campaigns by season and fragrance, a product catalogue built from store data, server-side tracking, and weekly analysis based on revenue, not clicks. Live: https://www.instagram.com/akbariperfume/ Akbari Perfume sells niche perfumes online and in five stores in Sofia and Plovdiv. Meta advertising is the main route to new customers, and we manage it in two stages: campaigns for new fragrances and seasonal occasions from October 2025 to February 2026 (VOYAGE, Sultan, Black Friday, Christmas, Layla and Majnoon, Valentine's Day), followed by monthly management from September 2026 featuring the brand's offer, “Buy one, get the second at -50%”. There are over 70 creatives, shown in the gallery below in the order they were published. Their language changed with the data. At first, they were product posters: one bottle in the world of its notes, with a short line of copy. Then came the pairs with the price of both fragrances, because the offer on the image was what drove orders. From October 2026, the style has been “a photo, not a poster”: an AI model creates the entire scene using the real bottles as a reference-a person, lighting and setting-then the label is replaced with the genuine one from the store, because the model gets it wrong every time. The customer's headline remains word for word on every creative. Each creative names a fragrance pair that the cart will actually calculate this way: both bottles are in stock, neither is promotional, and the price shown in the image is the checkout price. It may sound minor, but it is the difference between an ad that sells and an ad that leads to a dispute in the cart. Behind the creatives is infrastructure without which the numbers mean nothing. The Meta product catalogue was rebuilt from the store data, using the thirty best-selling fragrances based on actual orders over twelve months. Meta Pixel and Conversions API were rewritten so that every purchase reaches Meta from both the browser and the server, with deduplication. Every store order records the campaign and ad it came from. We review the account every week based on revenue and seven-day click attribution, never by number of purchases, because the average order ranges from 35 to 90 euros depending on the fragrance. Before drawing any conclusion, we also read the account log: two other contractors and the owner herself write in it, and a pause or budget change often belongs to someone else. In September 2026, the -50% campaign returned 6.8 times its spend according to Meta data, compared with 3.9 for the account as a whole. - [Christian Center Sofia, website and donations](https://saitami.bg/en/christian-center-sofia-church-website): Christian Center Sofia · Church and donations · 2026. Church in Sofia: 17 pages with bespoke design, card donations through Stripe, and a custom CMS where the team edits the site directly on the page, in Bulgarian and English. Live: https://ccsofia.com Hristiyanski tsentar Sofia is a church in Lyulin with a Sunday service, a children’s ministry, two Bible schools and home groups. They wanted a website that would look unlike any other church website in Bulgaria, and through which people could donate by card without having to copy out an IBAN. This was the most demanding website we have built in this category, for three separate reasons. The first is the home page. Instead of a menu at the top, it features a full-length photo of the pastors, with six round buttons around them: Family, Team, Bible Schools, Learn More, Donate and Give Your Life. The circle is the least forgiving shape in web design because it does not behave like a rectangle when the screen changes. Six circles that had to sit around a person in a photo without covering them, overlapping one another or becoming harder to read on a phone or a wide monitor were reworked more times than the rest of the page combined. Beneath them, we added a countdown that automatically calculates how long remains until the next service. The second is donations. We did not attach a button to somebody else’s platform; we wrote our own API: Node and PostgreSQL, separate from the website. The donor chooses a one-time donation or a partnership, and the partnership can be monthly or weekly, in other words, a Stripe subscription, not a one-time payment. Each payment is recorded in the database only after Stripe confirms it by webhook, not when the browser returns to the thank-you page, because browsers lie. Stripe sends the same webhook more than once by design, so every event is recorded by its identifier and the second pass records nothing: a duplicate donation cannot appear. The second and every subsequent payment under a monthly partnership arrives as an invoice, not as a new session, and lives in its own table. Anyone who prefers a bank transfer sees the account holder, bank, IBAN and BIC on the same page, and the number can be copied with a single tap. The third is the design. There is no bought template and no repeated layout: each of the seventeen pages was created separately, with its own colours and structure. The Pistis school has questions and answers, the donation page has four giving declarations, and the children’s ministry, home groups, team and sermons all look completely different. The website went live at ccsofia.com in September 2026. After launch, we also carried out GEO optimisation: the site is a Vue application, and every page returned zero words to a bot that did not execute JavaScript, in other words, to the bots used by ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity. We wrote a build-time prerendering process that opens every route in a browser and saves the finished HTML. All seventeen of seventeen pages can now be read by AI search engines. In October 2026, we also added a custom CMS. The church wanted to change the service times, address, team photos and upcoming events itself, without contacting us for every change, while the English version up to that point had been a machine translation that did not work. We had one requirement: the site’s design and HTML had to remain identical down to the last pixel. We placed Directus on the same database and modelled the entire site as content: 71 collections, each page with its own fields, lists of events, leaders, schools and subjects, and a translation of every text field in both languages. The editor is visual: the team opens the site inside the panel, points to a piece of text, a time or a photo, a pencil appears, they make the change and press “Save”. About two minutes later, the site is prerendered again, the static HTML for Google and AI search engines is generated again, and the change is live without any of us touching a thing. Sermons continue to arrive automatically from YouTube and can be hidden with a single checkbox. The English is now a proper translation, not Google Translate, and can be edited from the same place. We gave the client the minimum access possible: an “Editor” role that can see only the visual editor, six lists and their own profile, with no access to donations, users or settings. A password of at least 12 characters, a delay after an incorrect login attempt, and uploads limited to photos and PDF files. Before launch, we automatically compared the DOM of all 17 pages before and after the panel was added: identical. - [Bohemia Barber: website and booking system for a barbershop in Haskovo](https://saitami.bg/en/bohemia-barber-booking-platform): Bohemia Barber · Barbershop · 2026. Barbershop in Haskovo: website, an in-house booking system by barber, admin panel and visual identity. Live: https://barberhaskovo.com Bohemia Barber opened in Haskovo with eight barber chairs and one children's chair. The client wanted a website where customers could book appointments online, and where he could change prices and schedules himself without having to call anyone. We built the website and booking system from scratch instead of connecting a ready-made platform. Each barber has their own schedule; customers choose a barber and see only that person's available time slots, while two appointments can never be booked for the same chair at the same time. After booking, the customer receives a confirmation email from the salon's domain and a file that adds the appointment to their phone calendar, with a reminder two hours beforehand. Barbers, meanwhile, subscribe once using a QR code, and new appointments are added to their calendars automatically. The admin panel is designed for phones because that is where it will be used. Prices, services, team members, working hours by day, holidays, the gallery and photos can all be changed there, and the website rebuilds itself after every change. Barbers have a separate login through which they can see only their own appointments. The website remains fully static: prices and team members are included in the generated HTML rather than loaded afterwards. That is why it opens instantly and Google can read everything. - [Dobrite Hamali: moving services website with a price calculator](https://saitami.bg/en/dobrite-hamali-website): Dobrite Hamali · Moving services · 2024. A conversion-optimized website for moving services in Sofia, featuring a pricing calculator, Google Ads integration and call tracking. Live: https://dobritehamali.com Dobrite Hamali is a moving company in Sofia. The main goal of the project was to generate phone calls and online bookings at the lowest possible cost per lead. We created a conversion-focused landing page. The price calculator lets users get an approximate estimate immediately: they select the type of move, the volume of belongings and the floor. This reduces uncertainty and encourages action. The Google Ads integration includes conversion tracking for phone calls (through dynamic number insertion), form submissions and click-to-call buttons. The website is mobile-first. The "Call now" button is fixed at the bottom of the screen for maximum accessibility. - [Q-Parts.bg - Online Auto Parts Store](https://saitami.bg/en/qparts-bg-ecommerce): Q-Parts.bg · Auto parts · 2024. A modern online store for auto parts with VIN number search, make and model filters, and Econt integration. Live: https://q-parts.bg Q-Parts.bg is an online auto parts store in Bulgaria. We built a modern e-commerce platform that solves the industry's main challenge: finding the right part for a specific vehicle. VIN number search allows customers to enter their vehicle's unique identifier and see only compatible parts. In addition, filtering by make, model and year makes navigation intuitive. The integration with Econt API automatically calculates shipping costs, generates waybills and tracks shipments. Customers can choose delivery to an address or to an Econt office. Each category and subcategory has a unique description, while product pages include JSON-LD schema markup for rich snippets in Google. - [Glasov agent: AI phone assistant for incoming calls](https://saitami.bg/en/glasov-ai-voice-agent): industry solution · Telephony and AI · 2026. An AI phone agent that answers every call: it speaks Bulgarian according to your script, distinguishes urgent issues from routine ones and sends your team a completed case record-not a recording. Live: https://demo.mmm.software/glasov A voice agent is an AI phone assistant that answers every call, including at 3 in the morning. It speaks natural Bulgarian, follows your script and works 24/7, with no shifts. Instead of a recording that someone has to listen to, the agent asks the right questions, classifies the call as urgent or routine, and sends the team a ready-made case: classification, caller, phone number, site and description, all filled in during the call. The solution showcases five companies with five different scenarios (construction, service/emergency company, clinic, online store and logistics) and how the agent behaves in each one. It opens with an access code that we send upon request. - [Mobilen Serviz Burgas: website for mobile tyre changes 24/7](https://saitami.bg/en/mobile-tyre-service-burgas): Mobilen serviz 24/7 Burgas · Auto service · 2025. Live: https://bgavanta.com Avanta is an innovative mobile game inspired by HQ Trivia and adapted for the Bulgarian market. Players take part in daily live games, answer questions and compete for cash prizes in euro. The technical challenge was synchronizing all players in real time. We used WebSocket: questions appear simultaneously on all devices, while the timer is controlled by the server. The mobile app (React Native + Expo) was developed for iOS and Android with fluid animations and gesture-based navigation. Gamification includes leaderboards, streaks, virtual rewards and social features for challenging friends. Monetization comes through real-money entry fees for games with prizes and in-app purchases for extra lives. The Stripe integration enables instant withdrawal of winnings directly to a bank account. The admin panel allows game masters to create questions, schedule games and track real-time statistics. AI-based content generation helps create new questions across different categories. - [Offroad Buddies: GPS app for off-road routes](https://saitami.bg/en/offroad-buddies-app): Offroad Buddies · Off-road and GPS · 2024. Offroad Buddies is a mobile app for the off-road community that allows users to record routes, share them with friends and track one another's locations in real time during group trips. The key feature is real-time tracking during group trips: each participant sees the others' positions on the map, which is crucial on off-road terrain where GSM coverage is unreliable. The app pre-caches maps for offline use. MapBox SDK provides detailed topographic maps with information about terrain, gradients and elevation. Users can mark points of interest such as water crossings, steep sections and camping spots. Social features include profiles, followers, route sharing and leaderboards for achievements such as "longest route" and "highest point". This encourages engagement and regular use. The backend is built with .NET, PostgreSQL and PostGIS for geospatial queries. Real-time tracking uses WebSocket for minimal latency. - [Camélia Désir: brand and online store for tights](https://saitami.bg/en/camelia-desir-branding): Camélia Désir · Luxury brand · 2024. The platform is live: a dispatch console with a live map of Burgas and the phone built into it, plus the Eko Taksi app for Android and iPhone: a map of Burgas, address auto-filled from the user's location, fare calculated according to the company's rates, airport transfers from Burgas Airport at a fixed price based on the flight number, and a notification when the car is 300 m away. The platform belongs entirely to the company: a passenger app, a driver app, a dispatch console connected to the phone system, and card payments. Live: https://taxi.mmm.software Eko Taxi has been a taxi company in Burgas since 2001. Bookings come in through the dispatch number 056 51551, and the company also operates from Burgas Airport: city rides by the meter and transfers to the resorts at a fixed price. The platform carries the “Eko Taxi” brand and belongs entirely to the company: it owns the code, data and brand, with no commission per ride and no vehicle licence. It has four parts: a passenger app, a driver app, a dispatch console connected to the telephone system, and in-app card payments. The passenger app. The map of Burgas uses the brand colours and centres on the user’s GPS location; the pickup address is filled in automatically and can be corrected manually or by moving the map. The fare appears as soon as there is a destination, according to Eko Taxi’s tariff: daytime €1.53 starting fare and €0.77 per kilometre, nighttime €1.74 and €0.87, with no booking fee. The tariff is selected based on the time in Burgas, regardless of the phone’s time zone. Transfers from Burgas Airport use a fixed price from the company’s price list, based on the number of passengers: 4+1 car, 6+1 car or 8+1 minibus. The passenger enters the flight number, the number of passengers up to 30, and whether a child seat is needed. The green 51551 button calls the dispatcher directly from the screen. When the car comes within 300 m, the phone receives a notification, and the app shows the car on the actual streets leading to the address. If the address is on a pedestrian street, the car stops on the nearest street accessible by car, and the app shows which street it is and how many metres the passenger needs to walk. The passenger’s number remains hidden from the driver: the call is routed through the platform. The app is built with React Native and Expo for Android and iPhone under the Eko Taxi name. Updates reach users’ phones over the air, without a new file being uploaded to the store. The dispatch console shows a live map of all vehicles by status, a queue of bookings from the app, and a manual booking option for phone calls, including rides without a specified destination. An incoming call from the telephone system opens the customer’s profile and recent addresses, while call recordings are stored in the console. A booking entered by a dispatcher goes to the first car in the zone’s queue, while an app booking goes to the nearest available car; the driver can decline it, and the booking moves to the next car. The driver app runs on the company’s tablets and includes shift management, a queue, incoming bookings with a countdown, navigation, statuses and today’s rides. Card payments are processed through Stripe, and the driver receives the money from their rides in their own account. Addresses and history from the previous system are migrated, dispatchers and drivers are trained, and the telephone system is transferred last to avoid disrupting operations. - [Taxi dispatch system](https://saitami.bg/en/taxi-dispatch-system): industry solution · Taxi services · 2026. Reports on revenue, average rating and top destinations are generated automatically. The platform opens live as an industry solution with sample data. - [Account-X: ERP for accounting firms](https://saitami.bg/en/account-x-accounting-erp): industry solution · Accounting · 2026.
