About the Project
Account-X is an ERP that brings an accounting firm and each of its clients onto one screen. The manager sees turnover, active clients, documents to process and upcoming NRA deadlines; each accountant sees only their own companies.
Document flow uses AI recognition — the system reads invoices and suggests postings with a confidence score, instead of manual entry. Bank statements are reconciled automatically, and VAT ledgers and year-end closing are prepared per company.
Roles (manager, chief accountant, payroll, client) each see a view tailored to their work. The client portal gives companies access to their documents, invoices and reports, without email ping-pong.
The platform is available as a working interactive demo with sample data.
