The Challenge
TasteBG is a chain of 5 fast-food restaurants in Sofia. With delivery growth through Glovo and Foodpanda, their operations became dramatically complex.
- 3 different systems — POS for dine-in, separate tablets for Glovo and Foodpanda. Kitchen confused by multiple order sources
- Glovo and Foodpanda took 25-30% commission. With 30-35% margins, delivery profit was symbolic
- No own online ordering channel — direct customers had to call by phone
- No real-time inventory tracking — sometimes sold items they didn't have
- 5 locations operated as islands — no centralized menu, pricing, or recipe management
The owners calculated that shifting even 30% of platform orders to their own channel would save over 15,000 BGN monthly in commissions alone.

We built a complete restaurant ERP platform with 5 integrated modules covering every business aspect.
Unified POS System
Touchscreen POS optimized for speed — orders in 3-4 taps. Unifies all channels (dine-in, takeaway, Glovo, Foodpanda, own online) into one queue. Each order auto-routes to kitchen display with correct priority. Supports offline mode.
Kitchen Display System (KDS)
Replaced paper tickets with real-time screen. Color coding shows priority — green (new), yellow (waiting 5+ min), red (late). Cooks tap items when done, auto-notifying servers or delivery. Average prep time dropped 22%.
Own Online Ordering Platform
Branded website and mobile app for direct orders. Visual menu, easy customization, real-time tracking, own delivery with GPS, and loyalty program — every 10th order free.
