What Websites We Build
Websites for businesses that sell services and want enquiries: clinics, repair shops, builders, transport companies, manufacturers and professional firms. On the Vida Luxe website, clients of the aesthetic clinic can book an appointment online. GP Invest sells cash registers and POS terminals through a catalogue without a shopping cart because the price is agreed by phone. FastPool.bg sends every pool enquiry as a notification in Telegram, while the National Elevator Company has a calculator that provides an indicative quote and sends the enquiry to the company's CRM system. Dobre Hamali has a moving cost calculator, Bohemia Barber accepts bookings with a selected barber, and KMP Build shows its projects before and after.
We also build more specialised websites. Christian Centre Sofia has 17 pages, each with its own design, card donations through Stripe and a custom system that lets the church team edit the site in Bulgarian and English directly on the page. Lihtgiter Bulgaria, a manufacturer of grating, received an enquiry form where customers can attach their drawings, plus editing that lets the manager change texts and publish articles without WordPress and without a monthly fee. AGA Transfer, Baytown Machinery and Eli & Eli in Berlin are available in more than one language.
All these websites are live and listed in our portfolio with their addresses. Open them on your phone: that will show you what you will get more accurately than any description.
How We Work: Demo Before the Quote
We start with your business, not a template. You tell us what you sell and to whom, send us your logo and a few photos if you have them, and we build the homepage around your services. We send it to you as a browser link, together with a brief review of your current site, if you have one: what loads slowly, which pages have no title and whether the form submissions come through. The demo does not commit you to anything.
If you like the direction, we agree on the pages and write the quote. It contains a list of the pages, exactly what is included, what is not included, the deadline and the exact price. You accept it online. We then collect the texts and images: we use what you already have and tell you where something is missing. The timeframe in the quote starts on the day we receive them because this is the step that most often delays a website.
We build the site separately from the old one, on a temporary address where you can review and comment on it. When you approve it, we point the domain, enable tracking and redirect the old addresses to the new ones if you had a website. The old site keeps working until the last day.
What you get at launch
A working website on Your domain with an SSL certificate. A mobile version tested on a real phone. A separate page for each service, with its own title and description for Google, structured data for the company and its services, a sitemap and Search Console registration so You can see which searches Google displays You for. Google Analytics 4, set up to count forms, calls and clicks to Viber and WhatsApp. An admin panel or editing directly on the page, plus a short tutorial on how to use it. All access credentials registered in Your name and handed over to You.
Support after launch is optional: €100-€350 per month, depending on what we maintain. It includes updates, a nightly backup, checks that the website is responding and minor content changes. A website like the one for Lichtgiter Bulgaria can also run without it.
What is not included
Writing copy from scratch. We organise and edit what You send us and point out what is missing; if You want us to write the copy, that is a separate line in the quote. Professional photography: we use Your photos or suitable stock images. The domain fee You pay to the registrar. Hosting is a separate line if it is with us, and costs nothing if it stays with You. Google and Facebook advertising and monthly work on Google rankings are separate services with separate quotes. Everything is listed in the quote so there are no questions after launch.
