Speedy and Econt Integration — One-Click Waybills
Speedy Econt integration by Saitami ends the daily routine of generating waybills in Speedy My and the Econt.bg portal. We wire Speedy webservice and Econt SOAP/REST directly into your ERP and shop — the waybill is created from the order, the A6 label prints and the AWB returns to the system without opening a courier site.
What our Speedy Econt integration includes
Automatic waybill from a confirmed order
On order confirmation the backend calls createBillOfLading on Speedy webservice or createAWB on Econt REST, gets the AWB, a base64 PDF label and a tracking URL within seconds. The AWB is written back to ERP, the e-shop order and the customer profile.
Cash on delivery and unified parameters
Cash on delivery in EUR and BGN, payout IBAN, open-parcel and try-on options, declared value, fragile flag, document return. The same parameter object is sent to both Speedy and Econt — no separate code path per carrier.
A6 label print — 100x150 mm
A 100x150 mm A6 label with Code 128 barcode and QR renders straight from the API response and prints on the warehouse Zebra or thermal printer. Batches of 30 to 100 orders print at once with a pickup protocol ready for the driver to sign.
Offices, addresses and add-on services
Office delivery, BoxNow lockers, Econt AutoOffice, door-to-door with zone validation, PUD pickup, the Econt eEconomy.bg tariff, fixed-hour and Saturday delivery. A full office picker by city and district, embeddable in checkout.
Real-time tracking webhook
Webhook from Speedy and polling from Econt keep every parcel status fresh — accepted, in transit, delivered, returned. The customer is notified via email, SMS or Viber and ERP shows a parcel map by city and carrier.
Returns and claims workflow
A return is opened by the original AWB or manually — a return document is created in ERP, stock returns after inspection and a credit note is issued. For lost or damaged parcels a claim is opened with photos and tracked to settlement.
Who it is for
Online stores
OpenCart, WooCommerce, Shopify or custom shops shipping daily through Speedy My and the Econt portal. After integration the waybill comes out of checkout — the customer picks an office or address and the operator clicks once.
B2B distributors
Wholesale distributors shipping pallets and multi-parcel cartons to shops, pharmacies and offices on Speedy and Econt contract pricing. The integration handles multi-parcel waybills, pre-advice and cargo profile.
Companies above 50 parcels per day
Above 50 parcels per day, manual waybill work in Speedy My or the Econt portal eats 6 to 8 operator hours. The BG courier API drops it under 30 seconds per parcel and removes a full FTE from payroll.
How we build the Speedy and Econt integration
1. Audit of the current process and contracts
We review your Speedy and Econt contracts, typical volume, return rate and COD share. We map both carrier statuses to the internal ERP status and finalise dispatch rules by weight, destination and COD.
2. Node.js backend over Speedy webservice + Econt REST
Node.js with TypeScript over Speedy webservice (REST/JSON) and Econt SOAP/REST. One unified shipment model — queue-based with idempotency keys, retry with exponential backoff and a persistent API log. Zero lost AWBs on transient outages.
3. Sandbox, address validation and UAT
The build runs through Speedy sandbox and Econt demo with 500 test parcels covering COD, returns, BoxNow and AutoOffice. Addresses validate against both carrier nomenclatures before the shipment request.
4. Webhook to ERP and checkout widget
We wire the integration into your ERP and online store. See also our API integrations, the OpenCart integration and our inventory stock system for stock-aware shipping.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I run Speedy and Econt at the same time?
Yes, and that is the standard setup. One backend with a unified shipment model keeps active contracts to both carriers. The system picks Speedy or Econt automatically by weight, destination, COD amount and office type. Checkout shows both with live pricing and ETA, no operator copying tariffs from courier websites.
Does it support cash on delivery?
Yes, cash on delivery is a first-class parameter — amount, currency (EUR or BGN), payout IBAN, payer details and a document-return option for the receipt. Both Speedy and Econt remit COD to the agreed IBAN, and ERP closes the order line once the carrier marks the COD as paid.
Can you integrate BoxNow as well?
Yes. BoxNow integration plugs into the same unified model as a separate carrier driver — BoxNow REST for locker reservation, an A6 label and a tracking webhook. At checkout a BoxNow locker picker appears side by side with Speedy offices and Econt AutoOffice. No extra work on shop or ERP side.
How much does Speedy Econt integration cost?
A base Speedy Econt integration with automatic waybill, A6 label print, cash on delivery and tracking webhook to ERP starts at €1,200 one-off. Adding BoxNow, multi-parcel, returns workflow and claims is between €2,400 and €4,800. Maintenance is €140 to €320 per month depending on parcel volume.
