Case study: e-commerce store with ERP integration
An anonymized e-commerce case study where orders, products, inventory, and customer communication were prepared for connection to internal ERP/CRM logic.

Challenge
Online sales needed a fast customer journey, but also internal order: who handles the order, how status is preserved, and how data reaches ERP/CRM.
Solution
We structured the store around product, order, customer, and status. The frontend sells, while backend logic stays ready for inventory, courier, payment, and marketing automation.
About the Project
The project started as an online store, but it was clear from the beginning that a catalog and checkout would not be enough. The business needed a cleaner process for products, orders, inventory, payments, deliveries, and follow-up communication with customers.
The architecture was therefore designed for integration: product data, order statuses, customer profiles, notifications, and administrative actions are structured so they can connect to ERP, CRM, courier services, or marketing automation.
The first working scope included UX for fast product discovery, mobile checkout, an administrative order handling process, and basic technical SEO structure. The system can then be upgraded with automatic inventory updates, customer segmentation, and internal sales reporting.
This case study does not use fake revenue, conversions, or logos. It shows how Saitami thinks about e-commerce as part of a business system, not as an isolated website.
