ERP System for Warehouse

Our ERP system for warehouse unifies WMS, barcode operations and lot tracking in one platform — no separate licenses, no double data entry. Warehouse managers see real-time stock, reservations and movements; floor staff work with rugged mobile scanners.

What our warehouse ERP includes

Multi-warehouse and locations

Unlimited physical warehouses, zones, racks and bins. Support for cold storage, quarantine areas and consignment stock with separate access rules and counting cycles.

FIFO, FEFO and LIFO strategies

Automatic stock rotation by first-in, by expiry date or by last-in. Critical for food, cosmetics, pharma and electronics with warranty windows.

Lot, batch and serial numbers

Full traceability from supplier to end customer. Serial numbers for warranty claims, returns and regulatory audits (HACCP, GMP, ISO 9001).

Pick & pack workflow

Wave, batch and zone picking. The system groups orders and routes the operator along the shortest path through the warehouse aisles.

Mobile RF and barcode terminals

Native Android apps for Zebra, Honeywell and Datalogic scanners. Offline mode, background sync, optional voice commands for hands-free picking.

Cycle counts and transfers

Continuous inventory without stopping operations, ABC analysis for prioritization, inter-warehouse transfers with GPS tracking and electronic waybills.

Who it is for

Distributors

Cold-chain and dry-goods distributors losing margin to expired stock and loading errors. The system enforces FEFO and blocks expedition of out-of-spec lots.

Manufacturers with in-house warehouse

Producers where warehouse and production share one ERP. Finished goods enter with serial numbers, raw materials are consumed by batch — no duplicate entry between shop floor and stockroom.

Omnichannel e-commerce

Online retailers selling through their own store, eMAG, marketplaces and physical outlets. One stock pool, automatic reservation, expedition to Speedy or Econt without manual steps.

How we build it

1. Backbone

PostgreSQL core with partitioning for high-volume movements, replication and point-in-time recovery. REST API plus webhook events so external systems react to each stock movement in near real time.

2. Mobile layer

Native Android for Zebra TC21/TC52, Honeywell CT40, Datalogic Memor 10. See our mobile app development for custom scanner flows.

3. Integrations

eMAG marketplace API, Speedy and Econt waybills, accounting systems, WooCommerce, Shopify, OpenCart, POS terminals. See our API integrations.

4. Rollout

Migration of items and stock, parallel run for 2-4 weeks, shift-by-shift training, English and Bulgarian documentation. Full process at ERP system development.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is WMS and do I need it separately from ERP?

WMS (Warehouse Management System) is a specialized layer for warehouse operations — barcode, bin locations, pick and pack. In our ERP system for warehouse, WMS is a built-in module, not a separate product. This removes the dual-entry problem and the stock-mismatch issue you get when two systems sync over a scheduled API every hour.

Does it support barcode and mobile scanners?

Yes. The platform runs on industrial Android scanners from Zebra, Honeywell and Datalogic. We support EAN-13, EAN-128, Code 128, QR and GS1 DataMatrix for batches and expiry dates. Offline mode is available, with automatic sync once Wi-Fi coverage is restored on the warehouse floor.

How many warehouses can we manage?

There is no hard architectural limit. We have clients running a single 200 sq.m. warehouse and clients with more than 12 locations across Bulgaria and neighboring markets. Each warehouse has its own roles, location tree and counting rules — but a unified item catalogue and a single stock view.

How much does an ERP system for warehouse cost?

Starter projects for one warehouse with up to 5 users begin at €5,500 one-off. More complex rollouts with multiple sites, mobile scanners and integrations to eMAG, Speedy and accounting usually land between €12,000 and €35,000. No monthly license fees — you pay once for development and you own the system.
