NAK - National Elevator Company
Corporate website for a Bulgarian elevator company with a portfolio, quote calculator and CRM integration.
Manufacturer of steel grating and stair treads from the Lichtgitter Group: 17 pages, an enquiry form with drawing upload, and a built-in editor that lets the company change text and photos directly on the website and add articles, without coding and without a monthly fee.

A manufacturer whose enquiries nearly always include a drawing had a website more than ten years old, with no enquiry form, a slow home page and the same title on all 19 pages in Google. The manager also wanted to change text and add articles himself, without depending on us and without a monthly fee.
A new 17-page website with a form that accepts drawings and an editor built into the website itself: type text where it appears, replace a photo with one click, and publish an article from the panel. Everything runs on the hosting the company was already paying for, as fast static HTML.
Lichtgitter’s dark and red colours, photos from the company’s own projects, and a path to the enquiry form on every screen.

The manager logs in with a link sent by email and sees the same website, only with a dark bar at the top. He points to a heading or paragraph, a red outline appears around it, and he types directly into it as in a text editor. The bar says “Unsaved changes” until he clicks “Save”. The design cannot be broken: only text and photos can be edited, not the layout.

No WordPress, no computer software and no password to remember. It works on a phone too.

Headings, paragraphs, labels and table cells are written directly on the page. Pasted text loses external formatting, so no font is imported from Word.
JPEG, PNG or WebP up to 8 MB. The server resizes it to fit its place, so the page does not become heavy.
A new article with a title, text and photos is published from the panel. Exactly what the manager was asking about when he wondered whether to use Visual Studio.
Every save keeps the previous version of the page, which can be restored with one click.
Google titles, descriptions and structured data remain intact with every edit and every new article.
It runs on the shared hosting the company was already paying for. No WordPress to update and no monthly fee.
The manager told us that almost every enquiry comes with a drawing, sketch or diagram. The form is built around that: a file upload field (PDF, JPG, PNG, DWG or DXF), material and surface finish, dimensions, quantity and installation location. There are no prices on the site because every quote is individual. The enquiry arrives in the company’s inbox with the file attached, ready for a quote.

The technical details are for the engineer who selects grating based on load and span.

The strongest proof of a manufacturer is where its grating is installed.

The delivery table that appears as a table on desktop becomes a set of cards on mobile, with no horizontal scrolling.

Google has known lichtgitter.bg since 2005. The new site inherits that trust instead of starting from scratch.
Old links from other websites, the group website and Google search results lead to the relevant new pages instead of an error page.
On mobile, the large hero image loads in 2.3 seconds instead of 4.2. Google’s speed score is 98 out of 100, while its SEO score is 100 out of 100.
Each page has its own title, starting with the words people search for: “Grating…”.
ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity receive each page’s name, UIC, address, the responsible people’s phone numbers, its products and its connection to the Lichtgitter group.
Lichtgitter Bulgaria manufactures contact-welded and press-locked grating, stair treads, fibreglass-reinforced resin grating and perforated profiles in Skutare, near Plovdiv. The company has been operating since 2004 and is part of the Lichtgitter Group, which has been making grating since 1929. Its customers include Aurubis, Solvey Sodi and KCM, and its grating can be found on the steel bridge in Simeonovgrad, at the ancient forum in Plovdiv and on the first licensed rooftop helipad in Bulgaria.
The old website was more than ten years old. It had no enquiry form, the home page loaded slowly because of its heavy images, and all 19 pages had the same title in Google. When we contacted the company about the form, the manager explained that the reason was simple: almost every enquiry comes with a drawing, hand sketch or diagram, every quotation is individual, and there is no price list.
So we built a drawing upload form. Customers attach a drawing, sketch or photo of the site (PDF, JPG, PNG, DWG or DXF), choose the material and surface treatment, and enter the dimensions, quantity and where the grating will be installed. The enquiry arrives in the company’s inbox with the file, ready for a quotation. There are no prices on the website, and there should not be.
The new website has 17 pages: a home page, the two types of grating with their technical details, industrial and architectural applications, projects the company is proud of, a delivery table, references and brochures that open directly on screen, plus about and contact pages with a map pointing to the exact company location. The design takes the red and dark tones from the Lichtgitter logo, while the photos show the company’s own projects.
The editing system took the most work. The manager wanted to be able to add complete articles with photos himself and asked whether he should use Visual Studio or Expression Web. He did not need to. He logs in at lichtgitter.bg/redakcia using a link sent by email, with no password to remember. The website opens in editing mode: click any text and type directly into it, click “Change photo” on any image, and “Save” saves the page. If something goes wrong, “Restore previous” brings back the last saved version. From “Articles”, he can write a new article with a title, text and photos and publish it with one click.
Everything runs on the hosting the company was already paying for. There is no WordPress to update and no monthly fee payable to us. The website remains fast static HTML, while the editor preserves the titles, Google descriptions and structured data with every change.
It took 10 days from the demo to the launch of lichtgitter.bg, in October 2026. After launch, we also added free redirects for 63 old URLs, a “Questions and answers” section, and a company description for Google and AI assistants. Google’s speed score reached 98 out of 100.
