What we build
A CRM system, to us, is where the sales team works: a customer record with the full history, enquiries with their source, deals by stage, quotes and contracts, tasks with deadlines, and reports for the manager. The system follows Your way of selling: by phone, email, Viber, at a viewing or in a meeting.
That is how we built Saitami ERP, our own system: a CRM with a browser phone, call recording and transcription, PDF quotes generated from the customer record, and emails with an AI-suggested reply. For Elite Call Center, the CRM module stores every call with its recording in the customer record and gives the supervisor a live dashboard. In the Contact Centre solution, calls, email, chat, Viber and Facebook come into one list with a shared history, while the Quote Tracking solution shows who opened the quote, when and how many times.
Open the solutions at demo.mmm.software without registration. After the first conversation, we create a demo with Your stages and Your customers.
How the project works
First, you describe how you sell today: where enquiries come from, who handles them, what the stages are and what you want to see every morning. We ask about your team, channels and the systems the CRM needs to connect to: your website, email, phone system and invoicing. In our first reply, we tell you which end of the range the project falls into. Based on our quotes, a CRM system is €3,000-€29,300, most often around €8,600: customer records, deals and quotes are at the lower end; a phone in the browser, all channels in one list and a customer portal are at the higher end.
We then build a demo with your stages and your data. The quote describes the modules, integrations, exact price, timeline and what is not included, and is accepted online. Payment is made in stages, with an invoice for each one.
We launch in two to three months: we migrate the customers from Excel or your old system, train the team and go live. Saitami ERP, including phone, tickets and invoicing, took six months because it is also an ERP.
What you get
A working system on your domain, with the code in a repository in your name, the customer database and all access credentials. Instructions for deploying the system on another server. Team training and a document outlining the rules: who sees what, when a reminder is sent and how quotes are numbered.
The system works in a browser on both computers and phones. Enquiries from your website, email and messengers come in automatically. There is no per-user fee and no subscription for the system itself; after launch, you can choose monthly support from us (€100-€350 per month in our quotes) or continue without it.
What is not included
Phone lines and numbers are arranged with a telecom operator, and their cost is not ours. Fees for external services, such as SMS, Viber Business, WhatsApp Business or an AI model, are paid to their providers. The server, if we rent one for you, is listed separately in the quote. Cleaning a customer database with thousands of duplicates is priced separately after we review the file. Outbound campaigns with automated dialing are part of call centre infrastructure, not the CRM system.
Custom CRM or ready-made CRM
Ready-made CRM systems work well when your process is standard and your team is small: they can be up and running in a day and cost less in the first year. Their drawbacks are the per-user subscription, data stored on someone else’s server and stages that are not your own. A custom-built system makes sense when you sell through your own process, need integration with your phone system, website and invoicing, or need the customer database to stay exclusively with you. We have set out the difference with figures in the comparison Custom CRM vs SaaS CRM and on the page How Much Does a CRM System Cost? When a ready-made system will do the job, we will tell you.
Off-the-shelf CRMs and their prices (17.10.2026)
According to their websites, excluding VAT: HubSpot Sales Hub is free for up to 2 users, Starter costs $7 to $20 per seat per month, and Professional starts at $90 per seat plus a one-time $1,500 onboarding fee. Pipedrive costs $14, $39, $59 and $79 per user per month with annual billing (Lite, Growth, Premium, Ultimate). Bitrix24 costs €49 per month for 5 users, €99 for 50 and €199 for 100 with annual billing. Zoho CRM is free for up to 3 users. Bulgarian company InfoServ costs €14 to €55 per user per month.
The three-year total for 10 salespeople: HubSpot Professional, $32,400 plus $1,500 for onboarding; Pipedrive Premium, $21,240; Bitrix24 Standard, €3,564. We say it openly: if Bitrix24 or Zoho works for you, a custom CRM will not be cheaper. It is cheaper than HubSpot and Pipedrive with 10 or more salespeople, and it makes sense when an off-the-shelf CRM does not do what your sales process requires.
What the manager sees every morning
Reports are why most companies want a CRM system, so we list them by name in the quote. They usually include: yesterday’s enquiries and who handled them; deals by stage and how long they have been at each stage; quotes sent this week and which ones have been opened; overdue tasks by salesperson; and monthly revenue by enquiry source. Each report is a view of the data in the system, not a spreadsheet someone fills in on Friday. If you want to see something else, tell us in the first conversation and we will include it in the demo.
