API integrations are connections between the software a Bulgarian business already uses, so orders, payments, waybills and customers move automatically instead of being copied by hand: store to ERP, website to CRM, Stripe to invoicing, Econt and Speedy to the order. The price is included in the quote after we review both systems' documentation, because every connection is a separate piece of work: one connection takes anywhere from a few days to two or three weeks, while several connected systems are a one- to two-month project. Connections we have built so far include Econt, Speedy and Meta Conversions API in the Akbari Perfume store, WooCommerce to the ERP system of Pelikan DTM, Stripe on the Hristiyanski tsentar Sofia website and A1 SIP telephony for Elite Call Center; you retain the code for every connection.
We work from Sofia with clients across Bulgaria: remotely, and on site when the project requires it.

Stripe sometimes sends the notification twice; the connection on the Hristiyanski tsentar Sofia website records it once. LiftexPro collects monthly subscriptions the same way.
- The store and warehouse with one stock figure
Pelikan DTM’s online store communicates with the company’s ERP system; the 3DPrintX solution shows prices and stock levels in both directions.
- Advertising sees the real sales
Meta Pixel and Conversions API from the server, with duplicate events removed, as in Akbari Perfume. Google Analytics 4 tracks forms and calls.
- Phone and notifications in the system
An A1 SIP line in Vicidial and CRM in Elite Call Center; Telegram notifications for enquiries from the NAK and FastPool.bg websites.
- Every connection keeps a log
It records what was sent, when and with what response, and alerts you when something goes wrong, so an order does not disappear silently.

Who owns the connection code, and what do I receive at the end?
Yours. The code, access credentials and a description of every connection (what passes through it, when and what happens if there is an error) are handed over with the project. The connection works without us.

Can an invoice be issued automatically when an order is placed and sent to the accountant?
Yes. The invoice is created from the order data and sent to the customer and accountant by email, or submitted to their software if it accepts a file or has an API, as Microinvest does. We check which of the two options is possible for you before preparing the quote.
Can you connect software that has no API, such as Microinvest or drafting software?
Often, yes: through import and export files, automatic email imports or database access. In the Testen Dom solution, requests from email enter the system automatically. We tell you before preparing the quote whether the connection is reliable and where it could break.
Can it be connected to the NRA, banks and the cash register?
With a bank: reading statements and matching them to invoices, as in the Account-X solution, when the bank provides access. With a cash register or fiscal printer: through the protocol for the specific model, which we check before preparing the quote. With the NRA and other government systems: only where a public interface exists, and we specify it in the quote without promising more.
Who monitors changes to the law and the provider's API after launch?
Providers change their API versions and requirements. Our support is an optional monthly service and includes monitoring these changes and updating the connection; without it, we notify you when we become aware of a change, but the update is quoted separately.
How long does one connection take?
A well-documented connection, such as Stripe or Econt, takes anywhere from a few days to two or three weeks, including testing. Several systems that need to communicate with one another are a one- to two-month project. The timeframe is stated in the quote.
