How we build it

We are not a reseller of a SaaS platform. Every solution we ship on top of the OpenAI or Anthropic API runs on our own backend — your conversation data, vector store and logic stay with you, not with a third-party vendor that can raise prices or shut down the service.

1. Discovery and content audit

We review the site, FAQ, product catalog and internal docs, identify the 50-200 most frequent queries from your live-chat logs and lock down where the bot will add value.

2. RAG layer over site and documents

We build a Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipeline — crawl the pages, parse PDFs and Word docs, chunk and embed content into a vector store (PostgreSQL with pgvector or Pinecone). Every answer comes from your sources only.

3. Model and prompt engineering

We pick GPT-4 or the Claude API based on quality, latency and token cost. The system prompt defines tone, off-limits topics, language and when to hand off to a human.

4. Next.js widget, one-line embed
