Eli & Eli Berlin is a Berlin-based short-term rental company that was paying a commission on every booking made through platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com.
Solution
We built a direct booking platform integrated with Airbnb and Booking calendars, automated pricing and an in-platform chat for communicating with guests.

About the project
Eli & Eli is a family business offering luxury holiday apartments in the heart of Berlin. The client wanted its own website to reduce its reliance on Booking.com and Airbnb and secure direct bookings with lower commissions.
We developed an elegant website focused on apartment photography and a smooth booking process. Each apartment has a detailed page with a gallery, amenities, map location and availability calendar. Visitors can select their dates and book directly.
The website supports English and German, with the language automatically detected based on the visitor's IP address. We integrated a cookie consent banner that complies with GDPR requirements for the EU market.
Special focus was placed on SEO for keywords such as "Ferienwohnungen Berlin Mitte" and "holiday apartments Berlin central".
