How much does it cost?
€3,000–€29,300, usually around €8,600. The exact price is stated in the written quote.
How long does it take?

Who owns the code?
Yours. The code and data are handed over with the project, and you can continue development with another team.
What happens after launch?
If you wish, we can maintain the project for €100–€350 per month. We specify what maintenance includes in the quote.
Can you connect the system to payments, phones, and documents?
Yes. LiftexPro accepts payments through Stripe, Saitami’s CRM system has a built-in SIP phone, and the Account-X demo recognizes documents with AI and matches bank payments.
Can I see a live system?
Yes. The portfolio includes live demo systems—an ERP for a security company, a manufacturing ERP, one for an accounting firm and one for taxi dispatching. After the initial conversation, we also build a demo with your modules.
Can you transfer data from Excel or our old software?
Yes, if the data can be exported to a file or through an API. We specify how we will transfer it in the proposal.
Off-the-shelf ERP or custom ERP?
An off-the-shelf system can be launched faster, but your processes must adapt to it. A custom ERP follows your process, and you own the code.
