Digital marketing services for more customers
We help businesses that want more genuine enquiries and sales combine Google Ads, Facebook and Instagram advertising, SEO and content in one measurable plan. We select the channels based on how customers search for your service or product, and track not only clicks but also forms, calls and won deals.

How does digital marketing bring in more customers?
Advertising grows your customer base when it connects the right offer with someone who has a reason to buy. It starts with a specific goal: a service enquiry, a call, a booking, an order or the sale of a higher-priced product.
Google Ads reaches people who are already searching for a solution. Facebook and Instagram show your service to selected audiences and bring back visitors who have not made a decision yet. SEO and content build visibility for recurring searches and give potential customers more information before they get in touch.
The three areas work together, but not in the same way. Paid advertising tests the offer and creates a flow of visits. Content answers questions and objections. SEO gradually expands the reach of pages that can be found without paying for every click.
Which channel is right for your business?
| Channel | Best suited when | What we measure |
|---|---|---|
| Google Ads | Customers are searching for a specific service, product, area or urgent solution | Clicks, calls, forms, enquiries and deals |
| Facebook and Instagram | You have a visual product, promotion, local service or audience that needs to remember you first | Visits, enquiries, sign-ups and sales |
| SEO | There is steady demand and you can publish useful pages about services, products and questions | Organic visits, rankings, forms and calls |
| Content | The sale requires explanation, comparison, trust or more than one interaction | Pages read, engagement and assisted conversions |
For construction services, renovations, medical and cosmetic procedures or emergency assistance, Google Ads is often the natural first channel. For an online store, product campaigns, social media advertising and category content are important. B2B services usually need clear landing pages, useful materials and more time before a deal is closed.
How do you combine Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, SEO and content?
We start with the customer journey, not with a list of channels. For example, someone may see a post on Instagram, search for the company on Google, read a page answering important questions and send an enquiry after returning to the site. If we look only at the last click, we will attribute the entire result to one channel and make the wrong decision.
For Google Ads, we prepare campaigns by service, product, location and purchase intent. For Facebook and Instagram, we create audiences, messaging and visuals for different stages of the decision-making process. SEO and content organise the site around search queries and give ads suitable landing pages. When needed, the page is improved with a landing page, while a larger structure may require a new or redesigned website.
How do you measure enquiries and sales?
Before we start, we clarify what counts as a real conversion for your business. It may be a submitted form, phone call, quote request, online order or appointment booking. We set up tracking for these actions and check that the data is being sent correctly by the website and advertising platforms.
When possible, we connect advertising conversions to the CRM or sales process. This shows which enquiries are qualified, which have received an offer and which have become deals. We do not count the click as a customer. We track what happened after it.
For the Dobrite Hamali project, the website was built to generate moving service enquiries, with a price calculator, Google Ads integration and call tracking. This is the important link between advertising and actual contact with the company.
How do you determine the budget and expected results?
We split the budget into two parts: ad spend on Google or Meta, and a management fee covering setup, optimisation, analysis and content. Monthly digital marketing work ranges from €250–€2,500. The exact amount depends on the number of channels, campaigns and landing pages, the need for new copy, and how often we analyse the results.
The advertising budget is not based on guesswork. We look at demand, geographic reach, sale value, margin, capacity to handle enquiries and historical data, if available. When there is no data, we start with controlled testing and then shift the budget to the campaigns and messages that generate quality leads.
We do not promise a fixed number of customers. Expected results are framed as a hypothesis with clear assumptions: existing demand, a competitive offer, a working website, sufficient budget and prompt handling of enquiries. After launch, we compare the forecast with actual conversions and adjust the plan.
How long does it take for the plan to start working?
The first stage is an audit of the website, offers, channels and tracking. Next come setup, ad creatives, landing pages and conversion tracking. Google Ads can start collecting data once the campaigns are activated, but assessing traffic quality requires enough real visits and enquiries.
SEO and content take longer because pages need to be crawled, evaluated and developed. That is why we usually use paid advertising to capture current demand while organic visibility and content build over time.
How does the process work?
- 01Getting to know your business
We clarify your services, products, areas, customers, margin, capacity and how enquiries are received and handled.
- 02Audit and plan
We review the website, advertising accounts, search queries, competitors’ offers, existing content and current tracking. We set priorities by channel.
- 03Campaign preparation
We create the structure, ad messaging, audiences and landing pages. We set up forms, calls and the other meaningful conversion actions.
- 04Testing and optimisation
We compare keywords, messaging, audiences and pages. We stop what is ineffective, develop what works and check the quality of enquiries.
- 05Reporting and next steps
You receive a report on spend, visits, conversions and sales results when sales data is connected to your system. We then define the next tests.
What do you need to prepare?
We need access to the website and advertising accounts, a list of services or products, the areas you serve, prices or the way you prepare quotes, photos and examples from your work. Data on previous enquiries, deals and customers is also useful. You approve the copy and messaging, and we turn them into a campaign structure with tracking.
Frequently asked questions
Is digital marketing suitable for a small business?
Yes, if there is a clearly described service, genuine capacity to take on work and a way to receive enquiries. With a limited budget, we start with the most important service and area instead of spreading the advertising across too many channels.
Do I need to use Google Ads and Facebook at the same time?
Not always. Google Ads is a logical starting point when there is active demand, while Facebook and Instagram are useful for visual products, local services and reaching visitors again. The choice depends on the customer journey, budget and objective.
Can you track calls generated by advertising?
Yes, when phone conversion tracking is set up and we have access to the necessary systems. We separate advertising calls from other contacts and, when a CRM connection is available, track what happened after the conversation.
How much do digital marketing services cost?
Management and related marketing activities range from €250–€2,500. The price varies according to the channels, number of campaigns, content, landing pages, tracking and need for ongoing testing; ad spend on the platforms is determined separately.
