How do you avoid errors between the site and the office?
Reserved quantities and visible requests help prevent duplicate orders. Shared data eliminates retyping from the site log into the act and from the act into the invoice. Photos are organised by project and KSS item instead of being scattered across conversations.
The foreman records completed work, hours and photos on their phone. If the internet is temporarily unavailable, the app can store the data locally and synchronise it when a connection is available again. The exact offline scope is determined by the devices and the information that needs to be used in the field.
For linear projects, routes, kilometres and nodes can be tracked as separate units. The manager can see overdue activities, requests and budget variances without waiting for data to be consolidated from different spreadsheets.
What software and data does the system integrate with?
Integration with the accounting software you use is possible, including Mikroinvest, Plus Minus, Azhur and Biznes navigator, when the specific version and process allow it. We can also connect the system to e-invoicing, NRA, bank statements and investors' internal formats.

- 04We launch a pilot project
The system initially works with one project. We check requests, deliveries, the site diary, KSS and Act No. 19, resolve any ambiguities and prepare the team.
