Taxi Demo: taxi dispatch system

Taxi Demo is a complete dispatch platform for taxi and transfer companies. The dispatcher sees all active orders in real time on a live GPS map, monitors available and occupied vehicles, and assigns rides manually or automatically by zone.

The system brings together a web dispatch panel, passenger app, driver app and call centre (SIP switchboard) in one solution. Payments are made by card (MyPOS) or in cash, and every customer has a profile with their ride history.

Real-time alerts notify the dispatcher of speeding, leaving the operating zone or a prolonged stop, so they can respond before a problem escalates. Reports on revenue, average rating and top destinations are generated automatically.
