About the project
ZapaziChas is a SaaS online booking platform designed for businesses offering time-based services: beauty salons, dental practices, fitness studios, consultants and more. The platform solves the problem of manually managing schedules and missed appointments.
Their customers can book an appointment through the web or mobile app and see available slots in real time. The system automatically sends reminders by SMS and email: 24 hours and 1 hour before the appointment.
For businesses, the platform offers a complete management dashboard: employee and schedule management, services with prices and durations, a customer database with visit history and financial reports.
The mobile app (React Native + Expo) allows end users to search for nearby businesses, browse ratings and reviews and book in just a few taps. Push notifications remind them about upcoming appointments.
The multi-tenant architecture allows each business to have its own customized booking page with a custom URL, logo and colors. The API enables the booking widget to be integrated into the business’s own website.
