Business process automation in Nova Zagora

Business process automation for small and medium-sized businesses: requests, approvals, invoices and reports that currently move through Excel, emails and re-entering data become a system with steps, roles and notifications.

Business process automation is a project for a Bulgarian company where a process runs through Excel, emails and chats: requests arrive by email and someone retypes them, approvals are chased by phone, and invoices are pulled from a spreadsheet. We turn the process into a system with steps, roles, notifications and reports, where data moves automatically; based on our proposals, such a project costs €3,000-€29,300, most often around €8,600, and the first process is operational after four to eight weeks. Examples you can open now: B2B requests from email in the Testen Dom solution, AI invoice recognition in Ekovat, and the Pelikan DTM ERP system, where a purchase invoice automatically updates stock.

We work from Sofia with clients across Bulgaria: remotely, and on site when the project requires it.

What you get

  • From Excel to rule-based screens

The spreadsheet becomes a form with input validation, roles and a history of who changed what. It opens on a phone, which Excel does not handle well.

  • Requests come in automatically

Requests from email, a website form or a customer portal enter the system without retyping, as in the Testen Dom solution.

  • Step-by-step approvals

The request goes through the people who need to approve it, in the right order, with a notification and deadline; the Document Management solution adds a KEP signature.

  • Documents are read automatically

Invoices, delivery notes and contracts are read with AI and added to orders and inventory after a person confirms them, as in Ekovat and Account-X.

  • The invoice follows the process

LiftexPro invoices every month based on the contract and work completed; in Pelikan DTM, a quote becomes an invoice with one click.

  • Reports are generated automatically

The report is a screen built from data in the system, not a spreadsheet someone puts together at the end of the month.

How we work

  1. 1
    You describe the process

Who does what today, in which files and programs, where work gets held up and where mistakes are made.

  2. 2
    Questions and price range

We ask about the steps, people, documents and programs, then tell you where the project falls within the price range.

  3. 3
    Process demo

We show the process as a system using your steps and your example, before preparing the proposal.

  4. 4
    Written proposal

Scope of the first process, integrations, exact price, timeline and what is not included.

  5. 5
    Launching the first process

We transfer the data from Excel, launch the process with the team and refine it based on real-world use.

  6. 6
    The next processes

We add the next process once the first one is used every day. The system can grow into an ERP.

Questions and answers

Business process automation in Nova Zagora: how much does it cost?

Business process automation in Nova Zagora: €3,000-€29,300, typically around €8,600. The exact price is included in the written proposal.

Business process automation in Nova Zagora: how long does it take?

It depends on the scope, which we set out in the proposal. For comparison, here are examples from our portfolio: Pelikan DTM: since April 2026, continuously developed, Elite Call Center: 6 months, LiftexPro: 8 months.

Who owns the code, and where is the data stored?

Yours. The code, data and access credentials are handed over with the project; the system is hosted on your server or on a server rented for you. There is no licence and no per-user fee.

Business process automation in Nova Zagora: what happens after launch?

If you wish, we can maintain the project for €100-€350 per month. We specify what maintenance includes in the quote.

Can you connect the system to the programs we already use, such as Microinvest or our accounting software?

Yes, when they have an API or export files; otherwise, we look for another route, such as automatic import from email, as in the Testen Dom solution, and tell you about the risks before the proposal. Invoices for the accountant can be sent automatically by email or to their software.

Can we start with our Excel file?

Yes, that is usually where we start. The file shows the fields, rules and who fills in what, and we transfer its data into the system. Spreadsheets created years ago and awkward to use on a phone are exactly the kind of case this is for.

What proportion of requests can be processed without a person?

It depends on how consistent the requests are. Standard requests by email or through a portal can come in entirely automatically; documents recognised with AI are added with a confidence score, and a person confirms the uncertain ones. We give you a realistic proportion after seeing examples, not before.

Can approvals and delays trigger notifications while still requiring human confirmation?

Yes. Every step has an owner, a deadline and a notification by email, Telegram or in the system; nothing moves forward without confirmation from the person responsible for it. Overdue steps are shown in a report.

Is this an ERP system, and how long does it take?

We start with one process that is up and running within four to eight weeks. When you add inventory, sales and invoicing, the system becomes an ERP; that is how the system for Pelikan DTM evolved too. The price and timeline for each subsequent step are set out in a separate proposal.

How do you protect the data, and what about external access?

Everyone signs in with their own account and sees only their part; changes are logged with the user’s name and time. The server is in Europe or at your premises, with scheduled backups. We describe the security requirements needed for project applications in the proposal.
