Client request: the scanned request for construction and installation works and materials, the report and invoice on one line, with the itemised report below showing the plan, completed work and remaining balance.

Work cards: date, request, site, technician, number of workers, hours and equipment recorded for each day on site.

Manager's dashboard: active and overdue requests, stock items, requests by month and the team's latest activity.

Warehouse, vehicle fleet and documents

Stock levels: received, issued and available quantities by material, with an internal warehouse and stock allocated to requests.

Vehicle fleet: insurance, technical inspection and vignette for each vehicle, with advance expiry warnings.

AI recognition: an uploaded PDF or photo of a request or delivery note is read automatically, then an operator reviews the fields and confirms them before saving.

Documents by request: the scanned request, materials request, OCR versions and reports all in one place.

About the project

Ecowat is a custom-built ERP system for a company with field operations. Instead of scattered spreadsheets and paper, the entire process lives in one place: requests, team work orders, fleet, warehouse and reports.

A key module is AI-powered document recognition: an uploaded invoice or delivery note (PDF/photo) is read automatically, extracting the number, dates, site, contract, delivery points and product lines, each with a confidence level. An operator confirms the recognised data, which then flows into orders and inventory instead of being entered manually.

The system has role-based permissions, runs in a browser and is accessible to teams in the field and in the office.
