ERP System Development in Botevgrad

Custom ERP system development for a small or medium-sized business: inventory, sales, invoices, production and reports built around your process, with the code and data in your hands.

Custom ERP system development is a project for a small or medium-sized Bulgarian business that has outgrown Excel, paper records or its old software: inventory, sales, invoices, production or service in one system that follows your process, not the other way around. Based on our quotes, an ERP system costs €3,000-€29,300, most often around €8,600; the first module is operational after two to three months, while the full system is implemented in stages over six to eight months, as with LiftexPro and Saitami ERP. Before the quote, you open a demo with your modules, while the code and data remain yours.

We work from Sofia with clients across Bulgaria: remotely, and on site when the project requires it.

What you get

  • Built around your process, not a template

You decide who enters data, who approves it and what gets invoiced. The modules and roles follow how your company works today.

  • Warehouse with barcodes and batches

Stock at two locations and a till with a barcode scanner, as in the ERP system of Pelikan DTM; batches with expiry dates, as in the Testen Dom solution.

  • Invoices and payments without retyping

Invoices, pro forma invoices and goods receipt notes in PDF, generated from the data in the system. LiftexPro invoices under a contract every month and accepts card payments through Stripe.

  • Your field team works from their phones

An app for technicians with service reports, photos and digital signatures, as in LiftexPro, with offline mode for sites without coverage.

  • Reports managers can open themselves

Turnover, stock, receivables and tasks in real time, by site and employee, without waiting for someone to generate a report.

  • You own the code and data

You receive the code, database and access credentials. You can continue with us or another team.

How we work

  1. 1
    Describe How You Work Today

In Excel, on paper or in old software: who enters orders, who monitors inventory and who issues invoices.

  2. 2
    Questions and price range

We ask about the modules, locations, users and integrations, and in our first response we tell you which end of the range the project falls into.

  3. 3
    Demo with your modules

We build the main screens with your data so you can see them before you decide. The demo is free.

  4. 4
    Written proposal

Modules, stages, exact price, timeline and what is not included, all in one document that you approve online.

  5. 5
    Phased implementation

We launch the first module, transfer the data from Excel or the old software, train the team and add the next modules.

  6. 6
    Post-launch maintenance

Optional monthly support: monitoring, backups, minor changes and answers to the team’s questions.

Questions and answers

ERP System Development in Botevgrad: how much does it cost?

ERP System Development in Botevgrad: €3,000-€29,300, typically around €8,600. The exact price is included in the written proposal.

ERP System Development in Botevgrad: how long does it take?

It depends on the scope, which we set out in the proposal. For comparison, here are examples from our portfolio: Pelikan DTM: since April 2026, continuously developed, Elite Call Center: 6 months, LiftexPro: 8 months.

With the one-off price, do I buy the system itself or do I pay a subscription?

You buy it. The code, database and access credentials are handed over with the project; there is no licence and no per-user fee. There is a monthly charge only if you choose support from us or we rent the server for you; both are listed separately in the quote.

ERP System Development in Botevgrad: what happens after launch?

If you wish, we can maintain the project for €100-€350 per month. We specify what maintenance includes in the quote.

Can it integrate with Microinvest, the cash register, scales, the bank and the accounting software?

When the other system has an API or exports files, yes. The Akbari Perfume store creates waybills through Econt and Speedy, LiftexPro accepts payments through Stripe, and the Account-X solution matches bank statements. We check connections to a specific cash register, scale or accounting system before preparing the quote and specify in it exactly what passes between the systems.

Off-the-shelf ERP software such as Odoo or a custom-built solution?

Saitami's custom-built system follows your processes, connects to your software, has no per-user fee, and the code is yours. Off-the-shelf software gets up and running faster, but your processes have to adapt to it and you pay a subscription for every user for as long as you use it.

Can you transfer data from Excel or the old software without interrupting our work?

Yes. We transfer products, customers, inventory and open documents from a file or through an API and remove duplicates. The old software keeps running until the day of the switch, while the new system goes live with verified data. What we transfer and how we verify it is specified in the quote.

Where is the system hosted, and can I use my own server?

It can run on your server or on a server in Europe that we rent for you. The system can also be installed on a computer at your company if you do not have a stable internet connection. Backups, access and data security are described in the quote before you make a decision.

Will it run reliably with fifty or sixty users at the same time?

Yes. Our systems run in a browser on a PostgreSQL database and are load-tested before we launch them. The number of users does not change the price; the modules and integrations do.

How much does support cost per month, and can I use the system without it?

You can use it without support; the system is yours and works without us. Support is a separate monthly line in the quote and includes backups, monitoring, minor changes and answers to the team’s questions.

What happens if the system turns out to be difficult to use or cannot generate the reports I need?

That is why, before preparing the quote, we create a demo with your screens, then launch each module with your team and refine it based on what we see in real-world use. We list reports by name in the quote, so it is clear what you will be able to generate from day one.
