About the project

A voice agent is an AI phone assistant that answers every call, including at 3 in the morning. It speaks natural Bulgarian, follows your script and works 24/7, with no shifts.

Instead of a recording that someone has to listen to, the agent asks the right questions, classifies the call as urgent or routine, and sends the team a ready-made case: classification, caller, phone number, site and description, all filled in during the call.

The solution showcases five companies with five different scenarios (construction, service/emergency company, clinic, online store and logistics) and how the agent behaves in each one. It opens with an access code that we send upon request.
