How the process works

In brief: ready-made or custom system
Saitami's fitness system sells memberships online, lets members in with a QR code, handles group class bookings and includes an app with the gym's name, with no per-member fee. Gymdesk costs 75 dollars per month for up to 50 active members and increases with their number; PushPress has a free plan with higher payment fees.
A custom system makes sense when there are multiple gyms, subscriptions have your own rules (freezes, family and corporate memberships), the app needs to carry your branding or the per-member fee has already become higher than the one-off price.

What we have built so far
Heal Fit is an app published in the App Store for therapeutic and rehabilitative exercise, created with instructor Marusya Ivanova: a video library of workouts in Bulgarian, an introductory course, progress series, previews before unlocking, a group class schedule and live class bookings. In ZapaziChas, fitness studios schedule appointments with SMS and email reminders.

What we have not done so far
We have not connected a system to turnstiles, access cards or a cash register with a receipt printer, and we do not have a live system for a gym with many members. If you need turnstile access, we check its model and include the integration in the quote.
