In brief: the till and the system around it
On-site payments go through an NRA-approved till programme under Ordinance N-18, so the till is ready to use. We build the system around it: barcode orders, status tracking, customer notifications, business customers, and collection and delivery routes.
It makes sense when you process hundreds of orders a week, have business customers with monthly invoices, or operate several locations while customers keep calling to ask whether their order is ready.
What we have built so far
We do not have a laundry using a system deployed by us. We build barcode scanning, batches and status tracking from acceptance to write-off at Testen Dom, a food production company, and at Pelikan DTM, a warehouse and till operation with barcode scanners at two locations.

What we have not done so far
We have not connected a system to a till or to laundry machines. The till remains a separate NRA-approved programme, and we assess how to connect to it on a case-by-case basis.
