Logo design

We create logos and visual identities for new companies and brands, and for companies launching a new website or store: the price depends on the number of concepts and applications and we state it in the proposal; logo design is not among the services for which we have a measured price range, so we do not make up a figure. Bohemia Barber received an identity, brand book and website in two weeks; Camélia Désir received a logo, colours, typography, packaging and store in two months. You receive the logo in vector files for print and in PNG and SVG for websites and social media, along with the source files.

What you get

  • Several directions

We present several concepts, and you choose one for refinement. The number is specified in the quote.

  • Colours and fonts

A colour palette with colour codes and fonts used consistently across the website, print and social media, as with Camélia Désir.

  • Brand guidelines

Logo usage guidelines: spacing, sizes, backgrounds and what not to do, as in the Bohemia Barber brand book.

  • All formats

Vector files for print, PNG and SVG files for the website and social media, versions for light and dark backgrounds, and the source files.

  • The logo becomes part of the website

When we build the website too, the logo’s colours and fonts become the website’s colours and fonts, as with Bohemia Barber and Camélia Désir.

What we do

A logo and everything around it, so the brand looks consistent everywhere: a palette with colour codes, fonts for headings and body text, rules for how to use the logo and how not to use it, versions for light and dark backgrounds, a circular social media profile, and small sizes. For Camélia Désir, a Bulgarian brand for women’s tights, we created a camellia logo, a palette of dark burgundy, gold and cream, serif typography for the headings, and a product photography style, followed by the packaging: a woven ribbon, a thank-you card and branded paper. For Bohemia Barber in Haskovo, we created the identity and brand book they opened with, together with the website and booking system.

We don’t create a logo “just for the website”. Your logo will appear on a sign, a business card, workwear, an invoice and an Instagram profile, so we ask where else it will be used before drawing the first direction.

How we work

You tell us about the brand: what you do, who it is for, what you like and what you do not want it to resemble. Examples of brands you like are more useful than a long brief. We ask where the logo will be used and set the price based on the number of concepts and applications. The quote specifies how many directions you will see, how many revision rounds are included and what you receive at the end.

In the first round, we present several different directions, not variations of one. You choose one and we refine it: shape, colour, font, how it looks at small and large sizes, and on light and dark backgrounds. Once it is ready, we deliver the files and guidelines. Bohemia Barber received its identity and website in two weeks; Camélia Désir’s brand and online store took two months because they also included packaging and a bilingual store.

What you get

The logo in vector files for print and in PNG and SVG files for the website and social media, in every version: primary, horizontal, symbol without text, for light and dark backgrounds, and for a circular profile. The source files, so any designer who works with them after us can use them. Colours as codes for print and screen. Font names and their licence terms. A brand guide when it is included in the quote, as with Bohemia Barber: spacing, minimum sizes, backgrounds and what not to do. Everything belongs to you, and no one else receives the same logo.

What is not included

Registering the logo as a trademark with the Patent Office, which you or your lawyer handle; we provide the files in the format required for the application. Printing business cards, signs and packaging, for which we provide the files to the printer. A photoshoot. The website or online store itself, which is a separate service with a separate quote, although we most often build them together. All of this is specified in the quote.

Logo and website together

Our best results are where the logo and website are created by the same team: the logo’s colours and fonts become the website’s colours and fonts, the photos follow the same style, and the brand looks consistent on the sign and on screen. Bohemia Barber started that way: identity, brand book, a website with bookings by barber, and social media profiles. Camélia Désir did too: logo, packaging and a bilingual online store with card payments. Vida Luxe’s website takes the clinic’s dark, luxurious style and carries it across every page.

You have a logo, but only as an image

A common situation: the logo was created years ago, exists only as a small JPG from a business card, and nobody knows where the original is. The first thing we do is ask the person who created it for the original file; they usually still have it. If it really is gone, we do not redraw the old logo by eye or re-create it with a font that “looks similar”, because the result always shows-on the sign and on the website. We create a new logo based on the old one, with your explicit approval, and deliver it with all the files so the same situation does not happen again.

How we work

01

Describe your brand

What you do, who you do it for, what you like and what you do not. A few sentences and examples of brands you like are enough.

02

Questions and pricing

We ask where the logo will be used: website, sign, packaging, workwear, and set the price according to the concepts and applications.

03

Written proposal

The number of concepts, revision rounds, what you receive at the end and the deadline, all in one document.

04

Concepts and refinement

We present the concepts, refine the one you choose within the agreed revision rounds, and deliver the files and guidelines.

Frequently asked questions

Logo design: the price depends on the scope, which we set out in the proposal.

It depends on the scope, which we set out in the proposal.

It belongs to you, with all usage rights. And yes: together with the finished logo, we deliver the source files, vectors, colour codes, and font names with their licence terms. No one else receives the same logo.

If you wish, we can maintain the project for €100-€350 per month. We specify what maintenance includes in the quote.

Several different directions in the first round, not variations of the same one; the number is specified in the quote. You choose one and we refine it through the agreed revision rounds. If none of them feels right, you tell us and we start again before we get to the final files.

First, we ask the person who created it for the original file; they usually still have it. If it really is gone, we create a new logo based on the old one, with this explicitly agreed in advance-we do not redraw the old one by eye or re-create it with a font, because the result always shows.

A few sentences about your business and customers, examples of brands you like, and where the logo will be used. You do not need a ready-made brief; we ask the questions.

Yes. For Bohemia Barber, we created the identity, brand book and website with its booking system; for Camélia Désir, the logo, colours, typography, packaging and online store. When we do both, the logo and website speak the same visual language from day one.

No, registration with the Patent Office is your responsibility or your lawyer’s. We provide the files in the format required for the application, and advise you to check the name in the register before we commit to a direction.

What do you want us to build?

You describe the project, we come back with questions and a price range, then a demo and a written proposal.
