3. REST API to portals + commission engine. Two-way connectors to imot.bg, OLX and Bazar. The commission engine reads YAML/JSON rules: percentages, splits, co-brokerage, bonus thresholds — no code changes when a scheme changes.
4. Mobile app (React Native). A broker at a viewing adds a listing on the spot — photos, GPS, ID scan for the contract. Push on new leads, buyer chat, viewings calendar. Offline-first; works without signal and syncs on return.
