Challenge
Videoto had an ambitious goal: to offer fully personalized AI video greetings for children, where animated characters know each child’s name, age and favorite things.
Solution
We created a generative AI platform that combines animation, voice synthesis and personalised scripts. The user enters the details, and the system generates a unique video delivered by email.

About the project
Videoto is a unique platform that uses AI technologies to create personalized video greetings. Parents can order a special video greeting from Santa Claus, the Tooth Fairy or another favorite character, who says the child’s name and mentions personal details.
The technical challenge was impressive: AI voice synthesis in Bulgarian with the correct pronunciation of names, real-time video compositing and an automated delivery system. The user fills out a short form (the child’s name, age and interests), pays and receives the finished video by email.
We developed a complete e-commerce platform with Next.js, Stripe payment integration and a custom CMS for managing available characters and templates. The admin panel allows the team to add new characters and manage orders.
The SEO strategy focused on seasonal searches such as: "video from Santa Claus for children", "personalized birthday greeting" and similar terms.
