Existing website maintenance

We take over WordPress, WooCommerce and Next.js websites and online stores that we did not build. We start by reviewing the code, plugins, hosting and forms and tell you what needs to be fixed first. After the fixes, the website moves to monthly maintenance.

What you get

  • Pre-engagement review

We check the code, plugins, hosting, forms and access credentials and tell you what we find.

  • Priority-based fixes

Disabled forms and errors first, then speed and minor issues.

  • Updates and backups

We update the system and plugins after creating a restorable backup.

  • Forms and tracking

We check that form submissions come through and that Google Analytics 4 records them.

  • You keep control of access

The domain, hosting and administrator access remain in your name.

Frequently asked questions

Existing website maintenance: €100-€350 per month. The exact price is included in the written proposal.

Yours. The domain, hosting, code and access credentials remain in your name.

Yes. We need administrator access and access to the hosting. If the code cannot be maintained reasonably, we will tell you after the review.

Here, we first review and fix someone else’s code. After that, the maintenance is the same.

What do you want us to build?

You describe the project, we come back with questions and a price range, then a demo and a written proposal.
