Event management software
Event software includes the event page, registration or ticket with payment, QR code confirmation and entry check-in, plus lists and reports for the organiser. Ticketing platforms charge a fee for every ticket; a custom website has no percentage fee and runs under your brand: 500-5 000 €, while a system with tickets and entry costs 3 000-29 300 € (based on 98 of our quotes as of 14 August 2026).

In brief: ticketing platform or custom website
Saitami's event website sells tickets under your name: registration, card payments, QR check-in and a guest list, with no percentage of each ticket. Eventbrite charges 3,7% plus 1,79 dollars per paid ticket and another 2,9% for payment processing.
A custom website makes sense when you run events regularly under your own brand: conferences, training sessions, shows and private events. The percentage taken from every ticket then adds up to a substantial amount, while your visitors and their data remain yours.
The fee calculation
For 2 000 tickets a year at 30 dollars each, Eventbrite's fee is 3,7% plus 1,79 dollars, or 2,90 dollars per ticket, plus 2,9% for payment processing, or 0,87 dollars. That is around 7 540 dollars a year, according to their page on 17 October 2026. A custom website only pays Stripe's card processing fee.
What we have built so far
For Volt Party Show, we built a website for LED shows and special effects, with full-screen video, a portfolio and an enquiry form, in Bulgarian and English. The website of Hristiyanski tsentar Sofia has card donations through Stripe and a countdown to the next event, calculated from the schedule. The KingsTim platform registers schools and kindergartens for olympiad rounds, 3 524 in total, with PDF certificates containing a QR code.
What to decide before building the website
These questions determine the price:
- Free registration, paid ticket or enquiry for a private event.
- How many ticket types, with early-bird prices, promo codes and group discounts.
- Assigned seating or simply a set number of seats.
- Receipt: for tickets paid by card online, the online store information is submitted to the NRA under Ordinance N-18.
- An invoice for companies that pay for their employees.
Timeline and price
An event website with a programme, registration and card payments costs 500-5 000 €, based on our quotes; a system with ticket types, QR check-in, seating and reports costs 3 000-29 300 €. Support costs 100-350 € per month and is optional.
What we have not done so far
We have not sold assigned seats based on a venue seating plan or connected a website to Eventim, Ticketstation or another ticketing platform. If you need this, we will check what the platform supports before giving you a price.
