Who owns the website, code and domain?+
Yours. The domain is registered in Your name, and the code, content and all access credentials are handed over with the website. If You decide to work with someone else one day, You take everything with You.

If you wish, we can maintain the project for €100-€350 per month. We specify what maintenance includes in the quote.
Can You connect the website to a CRM system, Telegram or payment services?+
Yes. The form on the NAK website sends enquiries to a CRM system, the one on FastPool.bg sends a notification in Telegram, and on the Hristiyanski tsentar Sofia website, card donations are processed through Stripe. The integration is listed as a separate line in the quote.
We have a domain and hosting and do not want to change them. Is that a problem?+
No. We launch the website on Your hosting when it supports it: the Lichtgiter Bulgaria website runs on the shared hosting the company was already paying for, while GP Invest is on its own hosting. The domain always stays with You. If the website needs a server that Your plan does not provide, we tell You before preparing the quote.
Which platform will the website use?+
One of three options: custom Next.js code when the website needs to connect to Your systems or accept bookings and payments; WordPress when You will publish often and are familiar with its admin panel; or a fast static website with editing directly on the page when You want a website with no monthly fee, as with Lichtgiter Bulgaria. We state which one we recommend in our very first reply.
Will I be able to change text and add pages myself?+
Yes. Texts, photos, services and news can be changed from the admin panel or directly on the page. We build a new page with a new structure because it needs to be added to the menu, sitemap and Google in the same way as the others; minor changes are covered by the monthly support.
Can You use the text and photos from my current website?+
Yes, if they are Yours. We move them over, organise them according to the new structure and tell You which pages need new copy or a better photo. You do not need a finished brief for us to get started.
Is SEO included in the price, and do You guarantee top positions in Google?+
The essentials are included: titles, descriptions, structured data, a sitemap, speed optimisation and Search Console. We do not promise rankings because Google decides them; ranking work is a separate monthly service with a separate quote and report.
