A site that does not change can run without it too: Likhtgiter Bulgaria’s site has no monthly fee.
We work from Sofia with clients across Bulgaria: remotely, and on site when the project requires it.

Can I stop maintenance, and what remains mine?
Yes, starting the following month, with no penalties. The site, code, content, domain and all access credentials are yours at all times; if you stop, we hand over the latest backup and, if the site was hosted with us, move it to hosting of your choice.
What exactly does maintenance include, and what does it not include?
Includes: updating the framework, plugins and server after a backup, nightly backups to a separate server, checking that the site is responding, checking that forms are coming through, the SSL certificate and minor content changes. Does not include: new sections and features, monthly work on Google rankings, advertising, article writing, or third-party fees such as the domain or paid plugins. We provide a separate quote for anything outside the list.
Is monthly maintenance mandatory after the build?
No. A site that does not change and has no database can run without it; Likhtgiter Bulgaria’s site is hosted by the company with no monthly fee to us. A store or WordPress site, however, has updates every month, and an unupdated site is the most common route to a breach, so we recommend it in those cases.
Are minor content changes included in maintenance?
Yes. New text, a new image, a new page based on an existing template, or a change to the phone number or form are included in the monthly service. A new section with a new structure or a new feature is quoted separately, and we tell you before we build it, not afterwards.
Does maintenance include hosting and the domain?
Hosting is a line item in the same monthly quote when the site is with us, and for most of our clients the two are included in one amount. The domain remains registered in your name, and you pay the registrar for it; if you prefer, we can renew it for you as a separate line item.
Do you maintain websites built by another company?
Yes, after a technical review that determines what needs to be fixed first and what can be maintained. This is a separate service-taking over a site built by someone else-with the same monthly price after the review.
What happens if the site goes down?
The automatic check alerts us and we start restoring the site, usually before you have noticed anything. Nightly backups allow us to restore the site to its last working state.
