Online store development

We build online stores for companies selling to end customers or other businesses: €840-€6,300, most often around €1,950, based on the quotes we have sent. A store with a catalogue, card or cash-on-delivery payments and shipping waybills is usually ready in two to three months, like Q-Parts.bg, Labimex and UnitGold; Videoto was completed in two. Before you receive a quote, you see a demo of the homepage and product page with your products.

What you get

  • Payment options for buyers

Card payment via Stripe, bank transfer or cash on delivery. UnitGold, Akbari Perfume and Videoto have accepted online card payments from day one.

  • Shipping labels without retyping

The store creates the waybill through the courier’s system: Q-Parts.bg with Econt, and Akbari Perfume with Econt and Speedy, with their live prices shown in the order.

  • Search across a large catalogue

Filters by brand and type, searches by VIN or part number as entered by the customer, as with Q-Parts.bg, Labimex and the Pelikan DTM store with 860 products.

  • You manage the orders

An admin panel for products, inventory, orders and statuses, with an integration with your ERP system when needed, as with Pelikan DTM.

  • Product pages for Google

Each product has its own URL, title, description and structured data that Google can understand and display.

Stores we have built

Q-Parts.bg sells auto parts with VIN number search, make and model filters, and shipping labels through Econt. Labimex is a laboratory supplies store with business pricing and a quotation system. UnitGold sells investment gold with live pricing and card payments. Videoto sells personalised video greetings with online payment. Akbari Perfume House is a niche perfume store that we have been building and maintaining since 2023: an option to choose a second fragrance at a discount directly on the product page, live Econt and Speedy rates in the order, and server-side ad tracking. The Pelikan DTM store runs on WooCommerce with a custom theme, 860 products organised in a category tree, price enquiry functionality, and a connection to the company’s ERP system. The Omega Light catalogue displays more than 3 700 power supplies with 61 parameters and price levels for business customers.

They are all live and included in our portfolio with their own addresses. Visit them and place a test order: that way, you will see what you will get.

Custom code or WooCommerce

We build stores; we do not rent them out. With custom Next.js code, the store does exactly what your business needs: customer-specific pricing, stock levels from the warehouse, a non-standard ordering process, or a business customer portal. With WooCommerce, we build a custom theme for your brand, without a purchased template or a visual editor that slows down the pages, and leave only the plugins you actually need. That is how the Pelikan DTM store runs quickly with 860 products.

In both cases, the code, data and domain are yours. The difference is who will work with the store every day: if your team knows WordPress, WooCommerce will be easier for them; if the store needs to communicate with your warehouse, invoicing system or ERP system, custom code is the better route. We tell you which of the two we recommend in our very first reply.

Payments, couriers and invoices

Card payments through Stripe, cash on delivery and bank transfer, according to the buyer’s choice. The store creates shipping labels through the Econt or Speedy system, with the delivery price calculated live in the order, and the customer receives the tracking number. The order form can require a phone number and make the email address optional, while invoice details can be clearly visible when the buyers are businesses, as with Pelikan DTM.

Invoices can be issued automatically when an order is placed if the store is connected to your accounting or warehouse software. We build connections with Microinvest, an ERP system or another software product whenever it provides a way to exchange data; we check this before preparing the quote, not afterwards.

Migrating from an existing store

If you already sell online and want to change platforms, we migrate your products, categories, images, customers and order history when the old system makes them available. Every old URL is redirected to the new one, so you do not lose the value Google has already given you, and after launch we check in Search Console that the new pages have been found. The old store stays live until the day of the switch.

What you get and what is not included

You get a store on your domain with SSL, an admin panel for products, stock, orders and statuses, product pages with titles, descriptions and structured data for Google, a sitemap and Search Console, Google Analytics 4 with order tracking and, if you advertise on Facebook, server-side tracking, as with Akbari Perfume. Team training and all access credentials in your name.

Not included: product images and descriptions, which we receive from you or from the old store; the courier contract and Stripe fees, which are your responsibility; the advertising budget and ad management, which are a separate service; and the subscription for a rented platform, if you choose one after all. All of this is set out in the quote.

Store hosting and maintenance

A store with a large catalogue needs its own server, not shared hosting, as well as protection from bots that crash stores with filters: for Pelikan DTM, requests without a real visitor to filtered pages are rejected, while scheduled tasks run from the server according to a schedule. Post-launch support is optional: €100-€350 per month, depending on the workload. It includes updates, nightly backups, checks that the store is responding, and minor changes. We have maintained Akbari Perfume this way since 2023.

How we work

01

You describe what you sell

What products you sell, how many, whether you sell to businesses or end customers, how you deliver and how customers pay you.

02

Questions and price range

We ask about the catalogue, payments, courier and warehouse, and tell you where within the €840-€6,300 range your store will fall.

03

Store demo

We show the homepage and product page with your products and logo at a URL you can open in your browser.

04

Written proposal

An exact price, features, integrations, exclusions and timeline in one document that you accept online.

05

Test orders and launch

We place test orders with payment and shipping waybills, migrate the products and launch the store on your domain.

Frequently asked questions

Online store development: €840-€6,300, typically around €1,950. The exact price is included in the written proposal.

It depends on the scope, which we set out in the proposal. For comparison, here are examples from our portfolio: Pelikan DTM: Since March 2026, continuously developed to this day, Akbari Perfume House: since 2023, continuously developed to this day, UnitGold: 3 months.

Yours. The code, products, customers and orders are handed over with the project and remain on your domain. You do not rent a platform that could raise its price or shut down tomorrow; if you decide to work with someone else, you leave with everything.

If you wish, we can maintain the project for €100-€350 per month. We specify what maintenance includes in the quote.

Yes, when the software provides a way to connect. The Pelikan DTM store sends orders to the company’s ERP system and retrieves its products from it. Q-Parts.bg creates shipping labels through Econt, while Akbari Perfume, UnitGold and Videoto accept card payments through Stripe. We can tell you which connection is possible with your software after we see what you use.

Custom Next.js code when there are B2B prices, a warehouse connection or a non-standard ordering process; WooCommerce on WordPress with a custom theme when the catalogue is standard and your team knows the admin panel, as with Pelikan DTM. We do not put you on a rented platform with a monthly subscription unless you specifically prefer one.

Yes. Part of the catalogue can have a shopping cart, while the rest can have an enquiry button or prices on request, as with Pelikan DTM, where wholesale prices are negotiated and every product has a “Request a price” option. You can add more products to the online shop later without building a new store.

Yes, in two ways: the store becomes part of your current website with the same design, or it is a separate section on the same domain, linked to the website. Which option is better depends on what your current website is built on; we will tell you after reviewing it.

Yes, if the old store supports export or has a data connection. We migrate the products, categories, images and customers, redirect the old URLs to the new ones, and check in Search Console that Google has found them.
