In brief: the till and the system around it
Sales at an optician's shop go through an NRA-approved cash register programme, so the till remains ready-made. We build the system around it: client records, glasses orders, inventory of frames and lenses, and examination bookings.
Health data
Examinations and prescriptions are health data under GDPR: access is limited to the optometrist and the employees handling the order, with a log of who viewed what and hosting in the EU.
What we have built so far
We do not have an optical store running a system built by us. We show patient records with examinations and appointment scheduling in the dental clinic demo, built online booking for Vida Luxe aesthetic clinic, and a barcode inventory system across two locations for Pelikan DTM.
