In brief: the checkout is ready-made, the integration is our job
Saitami builds the store's system: one stock level for the till and website, an online store, multiple locations, business prices and reports for the owner. The on-site till remains a program approved by the NRA (Microinvest Sklad Pro 298 € excluding VAT, micro.bg from 6,85 € per month, Detelina POS 17,20 € per month, Plyus Minus Sklad from 12 €), connected to the system.
A custom system makes sense when the shop also has an online store, there are several locations, you sell to businesses with their own prices, or the cash register program cannot send stock data to the website.
What we have built so far
For Pelikan DTM, a distributor of office equipment with two locations and 2 564 products, we built inventory management, a checkout with a barcode scanner, deliveries and purchase invoices, plus their WooCommerce online store with 860 products, connected to an ERP. Akbari Perfume has five shops in Sofia and Plovdiv and its own online store, where the owner manages inventory. We show website-to-inventory synchronisation in the 3DPrintX demo.
What the law requires
The checkout is SUPTO under Ordinance N-18, listed with the NRA and registered for the location; in-store sales, including card payments, come with a receipt. An online store that accepts card payments submits its information to the NRA before launch. Prices on labels, at the checkout and on the website are in euro and match.
Timeline and price
An online store connected to inventory costs 840-6 300 €; a system for several locations with inventory, business prices and reports costs 3 000-29 300 €, based on our quotes. Support costs 100-350 € per month and is optional.
What we have not done so far
We have not registered our own cash register program with the NRA and have not connected a fiscal device in a live system. The checkout remains the ready-made SUPTO program, while we check its integration based on the program and model.
