In brief: the school register and everything else
Saitami builds the system for a private school or learning centre: students, groups, attendance, fees, card payments and a parent portal. Schools keep the mandatory documents under Ordinance No. 8 of 2016 in the electronic register they already use.
Private schools, language and learning centres, and programming and sports schools need something else: website enrolment, level-based groups, schedules and rooms, attendance, monthly fees with card payments, and a parent portal. We build this to order, and in a private school we build it alongside the electronic gradebook, not instead of it.
KingsTim: 3 524 schools and kindergartens
For KingsTim, we built a national platform for quiz olympiads by profession for children from kindergarten through 12th grade: 3 524 schools and kindergartens, eight roles with their own dashboards, timed tests, video and a code word, PDF certificates with QR codes, a teacher who pays for the whole class, and an in-browser video studio.

Children's data
Students' data is children's personal data under GDPR: only the necessary data is collected, with the parent's informed consent for photos and messages, access is role-based, and the parent sees only their own child. Hosting is in the EU, and a log records who has seen what.

What we have not done so far
We have not built an electronic gradebook under Ordinance No. 8 and have not connected a system to NEISPUIO. We do not have a private school using a system launched by us; the learning centre demo uses sample data.
