Saitami's learning platform carries your name and follows your rules: courses, video, tests, certificates, card payments and groups, with no monthly fee and no percentage of sales. Teachable starts at 29 dollars per month, LearnWorlds at 24 dollars, while Moodle is free but requires someone to maintain it.
A custom platform makes sense when your training has its own rules: a teacher paying for an entire class, a company enrolling employees, round-based competitions, tests with video and a timer, roles that the ready-made platform does not offer, or hundreds of students, where the percentages have already become significant.

What we have built so far
For KingsTim, we built a national platform for career quest olympiads: 3 524 schools and kindergartens, eight roles with their own dashboards, timed round-based tests with video and a code word, PDF certificates with QR codes, a teacher paying for the entire class, and a browser-based video studio where children create clips with the test questions displayed on the timeline.
Heal Fit is an App Store app with a video library, an introductory course, progress series, a preview before unlocking, and registration for live activities. We show groups, schedules, grades and a parent portal in the demo for an education center.
What to decide before building the platform
These questions determine the price more than the design does:
- Who pays: the student by card, the company for a group, or the teacher for the class.
- Where the videos are hosted: on the platform, Vimeo or YouTube, and who uploads them.
- What types of tests: multiple choice, video-based, timed, round-based or manually graded.
- A certificate with a QR code, and whether it needs to follow an organisation's template.
- A mobile app or just a website.
Timeline and price
A platform with courses, tests, certificates and card payments costs 3 000-29 300 €, based on our quotes. With a mobile app, it is at the upper end. Maintenance costs 100-350 € per month and is optional.
What we have not done so far
We have not connected a platform via SCORM or xAPI, nor migrated courses from Moodle, Teachable or LearnWorlds. If your courses are in one of these formats, we check what the platform can export before giving you a price.
