Security company software
Software for security companies is the ERP that works alongside monitoring software: sites and contracts for SOT and physical security, monthly invoices by contract, patrols by area on a map, security guards and their deadlines, equipment in the warehouse, and the documents required by the Private Security Activity Act. Alarms continue to be received by the monitoring software used by the duty officer. A custom system like this costs 3 000-29 300 €, most often around 8 600 € (based on 98 of our quotes as of 14 August 2026).
What it includes
- Sites and contracts
Every site with an SOT, physical security or video surveillance contract, price, term and person in charge, with a history of changes.
- Monthly contract invoices
One invoice per contract for the month, issued all at once, in euro, with a ten-digit numbering sequence and no duplicates.
- Patrols on a GPS map
Where every patrol is now, by area, which site was inspected and when.
- Security guards
Qualifications, briefings, employee ID cards and the sites where each person works.
- Equipment warehouse
Sensors, control panels and cameras by serial number: in the warehouse, with a technician or installed at a site.
- Notifications and deadlines
Reminders about notifications to the Ministry of Interior for a new or terminated contract and for a new security guard.
How the process works
- 1The site contract records the type of security, the monthly price and the person responsible, while the system reminds you about the notification to the MVR.
- 2Patrols work by area and are shown on the map. Site checks are logged from a phone.
- 3At the beginning of the month, invoices for all active contracts are issued at once, while paid and unpaid invoices appear on one screen.

Two programs, not one
A security company works with two types of software, and it is important not to confuse them. The first is monitoring software: it receives signals from alarm control panels, displays them to the duty officer and records events. It is provided by the equipment manufacturer or a specialist company: for Ajax systems, this is PRO Desktop by Ajax, while monitoring stations use programs such as Manitou and Securithor, with pricing available on request.
The second is management software: which sites you have, which contracts cover them, at what price, which security guard works where, where the patrols are, which invoice has been paid and which notification to the Ministry of Interior is due. Monitoring software does not do this, and we could not find a ready-made Bulgarian product designed specifically for it. We build this second type of software and do not replace the first.
What the Private Security Activity Act requires
Part of a security company's work involves documents and deadlines with the Ministry of Interior. Based on the text of the Private Security Activity Act published by the Ministry of Interior, the software should remember at least the following:
- Notification to the authority that issued the licence and to the regional directorate of the Ministry of Interior within 14 days when a security monitoring contract is signed or terminated (Art. 52, para. 3).
- Notification for every employment contract with a security guard within 7 days of its registration with the NRA (Art. 51).
- A security assessment of every guarded site at least once a year, documented in a written report (Art. 52, para. 1, item 1).
- Daily and periodic briefings for security guards, recorded in an instruction logbook (Art. 52, para. 1, item 4).
- A Video Surveillance Register when the company provides video surveillance under a contract (Art. 52, para. 1, item 2).
- The documentation for each site specified by the regulations under the Act (Art. 52, para. 2).
Monthly invoices: where the most hours are lost
A company with 200 SOT contracts issues 200 invoices every month, most with the same amount. Doing this by hand takes a day of work, and there is always one missed contract or one duplicate invoice. In the system, invoices for all active contracts are generated at once for the selected month, one per contract, with a ten-digit sequential numbering sequence and in euro; they are not generated a second time for the same period.
Paid, unpaid and overdue invoices are shown on one screen, payments are marked with one click, and the overdue customer is visible next to their site. More about invoice rules, numbering and the euro is available on the page about invoicing software.
Patrols and areas
Mobile patrols are shown on a real-time map, sites are divided by area, and every site inspection is recorded from the phone with the time and location. This lets the duty officer see the nearest patrol when an alarm is triggered, while at the end of the month the manager can see which sites were inspected and how often, providing proof for the customer as well.
When off-the-shelf software is enough
A small company with a few dozen sites can work with monitoring software, invoicing software and a spreadsheet for its contracts. If there are up to around twenty invoices a month and one or two patrols, a custom system costing 3 000-29 300 € does not pay off, so we do not offer one.
A system makes sense when there are hundreds of contracts, invoices are issued for each contract every month, there are several patrols covering different areas, guards change frequently and notifications to the MVR start getting missed.
What we have not done so far
As of 17 October 2026, Sekyuriti ERP is a demo with sample data, built around the needs of a company providing SOT and physical security services. We do not yet have a security company using a system launched by us. We have not connected a system to monitoring software or an alarm receiving centre. If you need signals to come into the ERP, we first check what output your monitoring software provides. The system reminds you about notifications to the MVR and prepares them, but does not submit them automatically.
Timeline and price
A system for a security company costs 3 000-29 300 €, most often around 8 600 €, based on our quotes. Support after launch costs 100-350 € per month and is optional. We start with the module that saves the most time, usually contracts and monthly invoices, then add patrols and inventory.
What you gain
Monthly invoices in one click
One per contract, with none missed and none duplicated.
Never miss an MVR deadline
The system reminds you about the notifications required for each contract and security guard.
Patrols on a map
Who is closest and which site has been inspected.

Integrations we have already built: GPS, SMS. We check other integrations and include them in the quote.
No. Alarms continue to be received by the monitoring software, such as PRO Desktop for Ajax or the monitoring station's software. The system from Saitami manages the contracts, invoices, patrols and security guards alongside it.
