Transport software

Saitami's transport system manages trips, trucks and drivers, CMRs, expenses and invoices according to your rules, with a driver app and client portal. Ready-made cloud TMS platforms (from 7 to 29 € per month) cover standard freight forwarding, but not your contracts, rates and reports.

A custom system makes sense for a carrier with its own fleet when You want to know how much each trip and each truck has earned: fuel from the fuel card, road tolls, the driver's per diems and repairs should be linked to the trip automatically, rates should follow Your rules, and data should flow into accounting without re-entry.

Prices are from the websites as of 17 October 2026. GPS tracking and tachograph analysis are available as separate services, usually charged per vehicle per month.

A carrier's work involves deadlines where missing one means a fine. The system keeps them linked to the vehicle and the driver and sends timely reminders:

• Tachograph: data from the driver card must be downloaded at least every 28 days, and data from the vehicle unit at least every 90 days, under Regulation (EU) No 581/2010.
• Driver card, driving licence, professional competence (code 95) and medical certificate: the expiry date of each.
• Annual technical inspection, third-party liability insurance, comprehensive insurance and CMR insurance for each vehicle.
• Vignette and road toll for the road network in Bulgaria and the countries along the route.
• Mobility Package: posted-driver declarations for the countries where the drivers work.
• CMR for every international transport, on paper or electronically (eCMR).

The most common question a transport company owner asks is how much the truck has earned this month. The answer lies in the costs per trip: fuel, road tolls, per diems, repairs and depreciation, all assigned to the trip and vehicle, compared with the trip price. When fuel card and road toll data arrive as a file each month, the system allocates them to trips automatically, and the report showing "profit per trip, per truck, per driver" is generated without Excel.

Transport is not just about freight. For transfer companies, we built the websites for AGA Transfer and Maybach Transfers, including transfer booking, and for taxis, the dispatch platform we showcase in the EnTaxi demo. There, a trip is a customer booking with an address, time and price, which the driver accepts from their phone.

As of 17 October 2026, we still do not have a freight carrier running a system built by us: the TransportOS demo uses sample data. We have not connected a system to a tachograph, fuel card or specific GPS service; if yours provides a file or connection, we check it before giving a price. eCMR is described in a proposal, not in a live system.

A system for a transport company costs 3 000-29 300 €, most often around 8 600 €, according to our proposals; support costs 100-350 € per month and is optional. You start with trips, drivers and invoices, then add GPS, trip costs and deadlines.
