Delivery software

Saitami's delivery system connects website and phone orders, routes, the driver's app, cash on delivery and invoices in one place, with no per-driver or per-order fee. Off-the-shelf solutions (Shipday free for up to 300 orders, Routific 150 dollars per month for up to 1 000, OptimoRoute from 35,10 dollars per driver) cover routes, but not your money and orders.

A custom system makes sense when delivery is just one step in your operations: the order comes from your website or a sales representative, stock is deducted from the warehouse, some deliveries go with your drivers and others with Econt or Speedy, and everything needs to be viewed and invoiced in one place.

The prices are from their websites, checked on 17 October 2026, in dollars and excluding taxes. They cover routes and drivers; they do not include integration with Econt and Speedy or with your Bulgarian software.

This is where ready-made foreign systems fall short. When a shipment is sent with Econt or Speedy, cash on delivery is a postal money transfer and the courier is responsible for it. When your driver collects payment in cash or by card at the address, the payment is collected by your business and a cash receipt must be issued under Ordinance N-18, so the driver carries a mobile fiscal device.

That is why the delivery system must know who collected the money, how much they collected and for which order, and reconcile it with the till and the orders at the end of the day. If you have your own drivers, tell us at the start: we check the fiscal devices you use and specify in the quote how sales are sent to them.

In the online store of Akbari Perfume House, the customer chooses Econt or Speedy in a single order: Econt through its official module, Speedy through its API, with offices, lockers, address and live pricing. Q-Parts, an auto parts store, is integrated with Econt.

In the taxi dispatch system, the order goes to an available driver in its zone, vehicles appear on a real-time map, the driver works from an app, and payment is made by card through myPOS or in cash. The demo for a transport company shows routes and trips.

Whatever you choose, run one real day with your addresses and drivers and check:

• How long does it take to assign the day's orders, and can they be reassigned when a driver drops out?
• How does the driver's app work without coverage and on an older phone?
• How is a returned or refused shipment put back into the warehouse and the report?
• Is the Econt or Speedy waybill created from the order, without retyping?
• How is the money collected by each driver reconciled with the orders and the till?
• The three-year cost with your current number of orders and with twice as many.

A delivery system with route planning, a driver app, a map and integration with Econt or Speedy costs 3 000-29 300 €, based on our quotes, with no per-driver or per-order fee. We launch the first working version in 4 to 8 weeks; support costs 100-350 € per month and is optional.

We have not built automatic route planning based on travel time for dozens of drivers with time windows; so far, routes have been arranged by the dispatcher or by zones. If you need large-scale route optimization, we integrate a ready-made service for it and list it as a separate line in the quote.
