What makes us different
We write copy that will be measured. The ad, the page and the email are three parts of one promise, so we write and review them together: based on enquiries, calls and sales, not clicks. For Akbari Perfume, the ad creatives state the brand's offer word for word, while the fragrance pairing and price shown in the image are the pairing and price the cart will actually display; the style of the copy and creatives changed with the data, from poster to photo, because that is what the sales figures showed. For Dobrite Hamali, the page after the ad is built to generate calls: a price calculator, a call button fixed to the bottom of the screen, and tracking for every call back to the ad it came from. For Camélia Désir, we wrote the emails the shop sends to its customers. The projects are in the portfolio.
What we do in the first month
We start with the service you want to sell and what customers search for when they need it: we review Search Console and your advertising account data if you are already advertising. We capture one offer in one sentence-the same sentence that will appear in the ad, on the page and in the email. We write the ads: headlines and descriptions for Google, six to eight ads for Facebook and Instagram, as posts and stories, in Bulgarian and English when the market is international. We write the page after the ad so that it continues the promise and leads to a call, form or WhatsApp message. We write the emails sent after an enquiry: confirmation, reminder and post-purchase email.
We send everything to you for approval on one page. When you give us access to Google Ads, Meta and the email platform, we upload the copy ourselves; otherwise, we deliver it ready to use, organised by campaign.
What we do every following month
We review which ads and pages generate enquiries and which do not. We rewrite the weak ones, create new variants to test, and add Google pages for the searches that the ads show are working: paid and organic traffic learn from each other. We expand one good topic into several formats: an article, an ad, a post and an email. At the end of the month, you receive a report showing which texts went into the campaigns and what they generated.
How we evaluate copy
We evaluate an ad by cost per enquiry, not clicks: an ad with many clicks and no calls is expensive, not successful. We evaluate the page after the ad by how many visitors called or submitted a form, and if that number is low, the problem is usually the page, not the ad. We evaluate an email by replies and orders. When our client has a CRM system, we can also see which enquiry became a won deal, and that is the number we use to decide what to write next month.
What you get
Copy that is yours and remains yours, uploaded to the campaigns or delivered ready to use; a page after the ad that can be read on a phone in seconds; emails that run automatically; and reporting based on enquiries, not clicks.
What is not included in the price
Ad management and the advertising budget are separate: the budget is paid to Google or Meta. Building a new website, photo and video production, translations into other languages and email platform fees are quoted separately.
What we will not do
We will not promise in an ad something that the page and checkout do not confirm. We will not publish copy that no one on our team has read, copy the competition, write reviews or upload anything without your “yes”. We will not promise you a number of enquiries: we promise copy written to be measured and an honest report of what it generated.
