The warehouse system from Saitami makes the warehouse one stock balance shared with the online store, second location, production and field salespeople, according to your rules, with no per-user fee: it costs €3,000-€29,300, most often around €8,600, across 98 of our quotes as of 14 August 2026. Ready-made warehouse programs cover one location with standard documents: according to the manufacturers' websites, Microinvest Sklad Pro costs €298 excluding VAT per computer, Plyus Minus Sklad Standart costs €12 per month excluding VAT with annual prepayment, micro.bg starts at €6,85 per user per month, and Vladovsoft Sklad has a free version for up to 25 products.

Every price below was taken from the manufacturer's page on 17 October 2026, with a link to it; where the manufacturer does not publish a price, we write "on request" and do not make one up.

Ready-made warehouse software in Bulgaria comes in three types: software with a per-computer licence, installed on Windows; cloud-based software with a per-user subscription; and warehouse systems for large warehouses with terminals, implemented to specification. A custom system is the fourth type: it is built for one company and paid for once.

Custom system

Our recommendation for several locations, an online store using the same stock balance, salespeople taking orders by phone, or rules that the ready-made program cannot preserve. No per-user fee, and the code and data are yours.

Ready-made warehouse software

A program for one store or warehouse with standard documents. It can be up and running in a day, costs from zero to several hundred euros, and several of the options are SUPTO for the till.

How to choose: six questions before the price

The checklist is the same, regardless of who makes the software. Answer it for your company before comparing prices.

How many sites do you have, and does each have its own prices? How many people will work at the same time, and from where: one computer in the warehouse, several computers on the network or a phone in the field? Do you sell food, cosmetics, medicines or consumables where items with the earliest expiry date must be issued first? Do you have an online store, and which platform is it on? Do you sell at a shop checkout? Does your accountant need to receive data from the warehouse, and which software do they use?

If you have one site, standard documents and a store on a platform the software already integrates with, the choice is between the ready-made programs above, and the deciding factors are price and what your people are used to. If any answer starts with “but in our case”, read the final two sections as well.

What ready-made programs cover

A store, warehouse or service business with one location, standard documents and products without special rules. An online store on a platform supported by the program: Microinvest says that Sklad Pro and micro.bg exchange product catalogues and orders in both directions with CloudCart, GombaShop, Shopiko, DreamShop, Seliton, OpenCart, WooCommerce, PrestaShop and Magento.

The till is a separate consideration. Microinvest Sklad Pro, micro.bg and the Plyus Minus POS module are SUPTO according to the manufacturers' websites. Our system is not on the NRA's public SUPTO list, and the till remains in such a program connected to the warehouse. If you sell through a till, we ask about the model and which software will manage it before making an offer.

Why companies move to their own system

Pelikan DTM in Gabrovo sells office equipment wholesale and retail and runs a bookshop. Before the system, the warehouse, bookshop, invoices and online store lived in separate programs and spreadsheets. Now each of the 2,564 items has four prices: purchase, wholesale, store and bookshop. The supplier order is accepted line by line and automatically loads the warehouse, the checkout cannot sell an item that is out of stock, the stocktake of 2,500 items is saved as a draft, and the WooCommerce online store reads from the same database. None of these rules is complicated. Together, they did not fit into ready-made software.

The signals from the other companies that contact us are the same. A food store keeps its warehouse on one computer and sales in another program, and wants one place for around 30 devices, with batches and products sold by weight. A distributor with more than 50,000 items enters the same data twice in two unconnected systems and wants one database for the warehouse, catalogue and website, with price groups and warehouse staff working from their phones. In both cases, the problem is not the warehouse but the fact that it operates separately from everything else.

The third option: keep the software and build what is missing around it

You do not always need to replace the software. A trading company working with micro.bg asked us for a system with sales representative profiles, reports by representative and monthly targets, without entering the same information in two places, and with the transfer of records from micro.bg. A wholesaler asked for an online store connected to Microinvest Pro. In both cases, the existing software remains in place for the warehouse and documents, while only what it lacks is built to order. The client postponed one project; the other is awaiting a decision by December.

We give the opposite advice too: if all you are missing is a connection to an online store on a supported platform, use the manufacturer's ready-made integration instead of paying us.

Data from the old software

The most common fear is “we will lose our data”. This is the process we follow: products, barcodes, partners and opening stock are exported from the old software or from Excel; duplicate records are cleaned up, which is work included in the quote; the new system runs in parallel for a short time; the old system is then stopped, not on the day the new one goes live. With Pelikan, Excel import and export are part of the system.

Ask the same question of any provider of ready-made software: how can the data be exported if you decide to switch one day? The answer tells you how dependent you are on it.

Custom-built system, if:

  • have two or more locations with their own prices and transfers
  • the online store, warehouse and sales staff need to see the same stock level
  • someone copies data from the software into Excel to get their report
  • the warehouse is part of manufacturing, servicing or rentals, rather than a standalone operation
  • want the code and data to belong to you and to start with one module

Ready-made warehouse software, if:

  • you have one location and standard documents
  • you sell at a checkout and need software from the SUPTO list
  • your online store runs on a platform the software already integrates with
  • your accountant works with the same vendor
  • you need to get started this week

Frequently asked questions

What is the best warehouse management software?

For a company with an online store, a second location, production or field salespeople: a warehouse system from Saitami with one stock balance for everything, with no per-user fee. For one store with a till: Microinvest Sklad Pro, micro.bg or Plyus Minus. For warehouse management and accounting in one program: Ajur, Biznes Navigator or Plyus Minus. For a large warehouse with terminals: MobeeWMS or ERP.net.

How much does warehouse management software cost?

According to the vendors' websites as of 17.10.2026: Microinvest Sklad Pro €298 excluding VAT per computer, Plyus Minus Sklad from €12 per month excluding VAT, micro.bg from €6,85 per user per month, Vladosoft Sklad Plyus €89 per year, and the Azhur Warehouse module €104 excluding VAT plus a database licence. A custom-built system from us costs €3,000-€29,300, across 98 of our quotes as of 14 August 2026.

Is there free warehouse management software?

Yes. Microinvest Sklad is a free product, Vladosoft Sklad is free for up to 25 products, and Odoo's warehouse application is free if it is the only one you use. Free versions have limitations, so check what is missing before moving your warehouse into them.

What is the alternative to Microinvest Sklad?

It depends on what you are missing. If you want the cloud, micro.bg is from the same manufacturer, while Plus Minus and ERP.net are other Bulgarian options. If you need inventory together with accounting, Ajur or Business Navigator. If Microinvest works for you but the store, sales reps or second site are not connected to it, you can keep it and build only what is missing around it.

Does a custom system work with a barcode scanner, scales and a cash register?

With a barcode scanner, yes, because it works with any web system. We connect scanner scales and label scales depending on the model. So far, we have not connected a cash register to a live system: we check the model and list the connection as a separate line in the quote, and if you need software from the SUPTO list, we will tell you.

Can we migrate data from Microinvest or micro.bg?

Yes. Items, barcodes, partners and stock levels are imported from an Excel export or from the old program's database before launch. Cleaning up duplicate records is a separate line in the quote, and the old program is only shut down after a short period of parallel operation.

Cloud-based or installed warehouse software?

Cloud-based when people work from several locations or from their phones: micro.bg, ERP.net and Odoo. Installed on Windows when the warehouse is in one location and you want a one-time licence: Microinvest Sklad Pro or Business Navigator. Our system runs in a browser, with no per-workstation fee.
