Modules

Inventory and sales is a smaller project than an ERP system with manufacturing, deliveries and servicing. Each module is a separate line in the proposal, so you can see what each one costs and what can be added later.

Data

Migration from Excel or an old programme with duplicate records requires data cleaning. Migration is part of the proposal, not a surprise halfway through.

Rules

Approvals, thresholds, automated tasks and notifications must be described precisely before they are built. That is why we map out the process together with you before preparing the proposal.

What is not included in the price

Hosting and support

Support costs €100-€350 per month for most systems: servers in the European Union, a copy after every change and a full archive every night, a monthly recovery test, security updates, and a response to support requests. For a system with an app and portal, it is listed separately in the proposal.

New functionality

A new screen, report, integration or changed rule is quoted separately, in writing, before work begins. Errors caused by us are always fixed free of charge.

Third-party software and fees

The accounting software licence, courier and payment processor fees, and SMS provider fees are paid to those providers. The integration with them is included in the proposal; the providers themselves are not.

Per-user licences

None. The code and data are yours, with no per-user licence and no limit on the number of locations or employees.

How you pay

Before preparing the quote, we build a working demo around your process: your products, locations and roles, with sample figures. This lets you see the system before you pay. Then we provide a written quote by module, including the timeline, support and what we expect from you: one person who makes decisions and answers questions.

Payment is made in stages: part upfront and the balance upon acceptance with real data and a trained team; with more modules, each module has its own stage. Modules planned for later appear in the quote as separate line items with their own price.

Support starts when the system goes live. The quoted price is final for the described scope; any change in scope is documented and approved in writing before work begins.

A client who wanted ERP for the entire company started only with the local workshop and reduced the scope and price: that is a normal conversation, not a refusal.

A system with a portal, app and multiple integrations: several months in stages. Data exchange formats with other programmes are confirmed with their providers before we commit to a timeline.

The system runs on our servers in the European Union or on your server. Support for €100-€350 per month keeps it running and secure: backups, updates and responses to support requests. New reports and modules are added through a separate proposal when the company needs them.
